  2. I've seen suggestions for additional features/customization in the Admin Console. I need a field on User records where I can set the office to which a user is assigned.

    I need the ability to edit that field because staff are re-assigned and the license cost needs to follow them. Tech Support tells me only the end-user can request changes. My accounting department argues that "administrator" must change that, otherwise staff have the ability to allocate cost to some other group without permission.

  4. Basically, make it easier to use Surface Pens and digital stylus with Acrobat Pro. Look at Drawboard PDF, a $10 purchase with lifetime updates. It is 100x more feature-rich for using pen input/stylus input. Please add this into Acrobat so I don't have to switch between PDF programs constantly. Also, for goodness sake, fix the Erase feature. It literally takes a scrubbing to get rid of a stray line while using a pen in Acrobat. Make it like every other program in the world -- when I erase one part of a pen stroke, the whole pen stroke gets erased.…

  5. Automatic update today changed my monitor background from blue to green, and not in a good way. I'm using Win 10. The picture went from HD to the worst screen I've ever seen. It looks lined or ridged like corduroy fabric. It has the same effect on all my programs.

  6. I have a monthly subscription for Acrobat Professional several of my computers at my business. I have the creative cloud software installed on my system and ir is open and running. Whenever I launch a pdf document when Acrobat is closed, the program opens then freezes for 15 seconds or so while I think the stupid thing is retrieving my subscription for the 1000th today. I don't care about your piracy concerns. I do care that you are wasting my time multiple times per day by having your program freeze for a ******** reason. You should make the program operate…

  7. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

    At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

  9. Not everyone is a PC literate. hanks to Acrobat's recent push it has severely handicapped my ability to use at least 4 devices. These are older 4-8year pcs. Thanks to Acrobat in unison with M/S and others are responsible

  10. When I am at a slow internet connection, Acrobat DC frequently scans the internet to be sure my copy is properly licensed. Please turn that off! Once a day to check for a license is plenty. The user experience suffers compared to the old days when I owned my own copy of Acrobat Professional XI and it checked for the license on my computer - not in the cloud.

  12. Please bring back Acrobat DC option to clear multiple/all recent files with one button.
    Recent update to forces me to clear them file-by-file.
    Taking away 'bulk' clearing option was a BIG step backward which costs me extra time at work.

  13. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC open a few files and if you close them and later export and open a new .pdf from any program, including Indesign or Illustrator, the program starts and than closes immediately. There no show of error message. After this, the Acrobat will not open any file until you restart the computer (mac or pc).

    All steps on forums was tryed, with no effect, including this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

    Already try open the task manager and stop services to them open Acrobat again. No effect. Sometimes, open a error message, that was send a million times.

  14. Now that I can no longer license Acrobat Std / Pro per device, Adobe must provide customers analytics to ensure I'm not wasting my subscriptions on named users who aren't using them. If I think of a named user subscription like a water tap, I need to ensure the spigot is not left open unnecessarily and wasting water. Please develop analytics (like others have) that tell me if a named user who has an Acrobat Pro subscription is using any Pro functionality, and how frequently.   15. Now that Acrobat Std and Pro are licensed per named user, and not by device, there is no need to have separate installs of Adobe Reader, Acrobat Std / Pro. There should be just one install that I can put on every single computer. If the user doesn't sign in with an Adobe ID (or enterprise/federated ID) they get access to Reader functionality.   17. This concern was previously submitted by Martha in April 2018 and marked as resolved although there does not appear to be a resolution in the comments.

    I have a team account and I am signed in, yet I am receiving this message and unable to perform key functions like "Edit" because the software is not reading my license correctly.

  18. LSMinimumSystemVersion (in your Info.plist file) is broken in Adobe Acrobat

    1.) minimum system version is 10.11 and not 10.4.3
    2.) you've put spaces into it ( 10 . 4 . 3 ) so it doesn't work at all
