Adobe esign is completely broke with recent update on forms that are filled out and then sent for signature. After filling out the form, then click send for signature, everything gets wiped out, and all that is left is a "text" box. There was a work around by using the online portal and dropping the filled form into the loader, but now that's broke too. Error code : 401. Can't establish connection with servers
Steps before I encountered the issue :
Wrote a document in LibreOffice Writer, exported it directly as PDF.
Opened it in Adobe Acrobat Pro (Windows). Put 2 signature-type text fields for me and my friend to sign (it's a debt acknowledgment paper, needs 2 signatures)Clicked on "Vérifier et Envoyer" (verify and send button).
Expected Result : send a mail
Observed Result : no mail sent. Error code 401.I also tried to save as a certified directly from the signature tab but it doesn't work. Doesn't work with 1 signature, doesn't work with 2. The progress bar stops half-way…

Cannot see what is selected when zoomed in - it does not highlight the item - makes is very difficult to use Pitstop Also now crashes alot
- please fix the ability to zoom in and edit - in prepress we have to use Pitstop to edit PDFs
- fix all the crashes that are now happening at random
- pitstop and Prinergy plugin drop-down menus sometimes appear blank

Track NAV Pane to Cursor Position
For large documents it is very helpful to track the NAV Pane to your current cursor position in the document. e.g. when you use Find and click on that position, the NAV Pane should show you where you are in the document.

Encrypted PDFs with PDF version 1.6 and spaces in Password cannot be opened
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any PDF
- Encrypt the PDF with a password "12345 " and compatibility "Acrobat 7.0 and later" (128-bit AES)
- Save the PDF
- try to load it using MacOS preview or any other tool, and it will fail to open with the correct password.
Or, use an older version of Acrobat Pro (Say Acrobat 2020), encrypt with the password "12345 " and Acrobat 7.0 Compatibility, save it, and then try to load it with latest Acrobat Pro, and it will fail to open using the correct password

Adobe Acrobat Pro Hangs when Scanning in Windows 11
Attempt to scan from Canon imageformula DRM-160II in Adobe Acrobat Pro with native scanner interface in Windows 11 hangs. The workaround is to scan with the USB driver first, then (without exiting) go back, and then scan with the native scanner interface. The first attachment shows a hung screen, whilst the second attachment shows the reported error when you can close the native interface. Cannon says it is not their problem, as their software works in Windows 11. I fear finger-pointing from both parties. We have in our PDF odd and even headers.
Then we have other header at site 10 .When Export PDF to Word the Header. All header are the same.
We need that in Word are also different headers.
FirstPage is all ok.

Creating Form for signatures has many flaws
When I created my contract and used the Prepare a Form function to add all the fields, it took an hour to edit every field to have a Name, a Tool Tip, field type, required/not required, and I had THREE possible assignees: the SENDER, SIGNER 1, and SIGNER 2.
THEN, when I was ready to request E Signatures, I added the emails for two signers, and it didn't save ANY of the field names or who they were assigned to. Since I am not a signer, but just a sender, there was no way for me to compete the fields…1 vote -
Acrobat show layers and comments at same time
Users should be able to view layers and comments AT THE SAME TIME. The update has layers, comments and such now only in one pane on the right. Users should be able to move those elements around, for instance, to view layers on the left and comments on the right.

Doesnt give me the option of adding a bates label
This formatting does not give me the option to do "more" in editing to be able to add a bates number to my files. Is this option not included for the windows OS?

Measurement calibration in drawings "not to scale"
Please allow to calibrate a measurement with the drawing.
I usually get drawings completely off-scale and the only way of getting a correct scale is trial and error changing values within "Change Scale Ratio and Precision" box.We could:
Select option "Calibrate measurement", draw line in the drawing over known distance, enter the length the line represents.
This will allow to calculate the scale and set it up with usually acceptable tolerance (definitely better than trial and error)...2 votes -
Bug: worst case file handling wrong
- Topic: bad PDF file handling in worst case situations.
