  3. First of all, these notifications are super annoying. Second, when they appear, I cannot write comments. Only when I close the notification about the "AI Assistant" - do the comment fields (where I can type) appear again.

  4. My self and 3 other colleagues are experiencing a delay when viewing PDF documents. We are using Adobe Reader continuous release 24.004.20220 64bit.

    The page opens initially then after a few seconds the screen hangs and displays as not responding. After a wait of 34/40 seconds it comes back on line.

    I have updated all staff to the most recent version, this seemed to help, but the problem has arisen again.

  5. The most recent update to how pages function is not user friendly. The scroll bar has virtually disappeared. I must continually re-enable it for every document. Very frustrating.

  6. Create a persistent store for the Page Resize and Scrolling options - Just leave them in the same state they were when the app was last closed or provide a tab in the Preferences dialog where they can be set.

  8. Hi,

    So, I work with Acrobat Pro all day, and I find myself having to waste a lot of time trying to edit docs.

    I am looking to either have a feature that will content aware remove content that I need to remove from a page, or a "right click > edit in Photoshop" for individual pages in the Organize Pages module.

    What happens here is when I click to Edit a document, and the text is now placed in a text box, things get jumbled up. We have documents that were marked with a pen and then scanned back…

Beyond the bugs that go back a decade documented here, someone at Adobe show us proof that you actually see and task the issues that hundreds, if not thousands of people spend their time to bring to your attention here, the place where Adobe Acrobat tells us is the official path to reporting bugs, suggesting features and getting overall feedback to Adobe Acrobat.

    Is it going to take another unsubscribe-gate to get Adobe to start listening again?

  12. The hundreds of hours that Acrobat costs me when trying to edit simple PDF forms is ludicrous in 2025. Absolutely LUDICROUS.

    Touch one element of text, it it tries to pull it in with other text, completely #$%^ing up all of the formatting. Move fields around, and it does the same thing.

    Yet, where is their time focussed in Acrobat? AI ****.

    Adobe Acrobat is the single WORST app in the Adobe product and services portfolio. Every single day I have to work in it, I end up spending the day yelling at my machine, and many days not accomplishing…

  14. You can attempt Google's account recovery procedure if you are unable to recall your Google account's username or password. To confirm your identification, go to the Google Account Recovery page and follow the instructions. This might entail giving a phone number or email address linked to your account for recovery. If that works, you'll be able to go back into your Google account and change your password.

  17. When using the Adobe PDF printer in a browser, pages are printed as images or scanned files, making it difficult to recognize the text.

    Please note that Adobe has brought this issue to the attention of the senior technical team and would like to ask for your help in reporting this issue directly to us. They asked us to send this feedback using this system because the SENIOR team did not want to solve the problem.

  18.  The new layout is so different than the old that it is hampering my productivity. I thought Adobe was supposed to help users, not take away all the features that I need to see immediately when I open a PDF.
     Specifically, I need page numbers and the page up and down arrows front and center. I still don't know how to find those. I need to see at a glance if I have time to read a 5 page or 105 page document.
     Don't hamper users. Make it easy again.
     Allow users -- and tell us how to do this

    • thank you Adobe as usual. Where is the print just as b&W - did you hide that in some other menu? again as usual. Using a mac went thru a lot of ink to get saturated pages that are unreadable without a blacklight. as this goes to user voice and not actual adobe people I have little hope - as usual

  19. there are too many new updates, its everyday and they take forever. while updates are happening, nothing can be edited. Either group the group the updates and do it once a month or every other week, or allow edited while the update happens in the background. this is truly frustrating and everytime I open adobe.
