  1. Adjust the highlighting color for the search results or offer the option to adjust the color individual.

I am working in a big international company, working and searching in pdf documents is a daily doing and we are ALL struggling and loosing a lot of time just to find the highlighted results. This would be a life saver.

  2. There needs to be UI themes that don't use the same scheme as MS Office.

It is like giving a room a clean look by having the walls, furniture and art be monochrome and close to the same shade. Any designer is going to tell you contrast is important. If everything blends together, it becomes more difficult to see, strains the eyes and thus more difficult to use and rather visually unappealing. It needs contrast between elements to guide the eye, making things more efficient and visually appealing.

Please give us more themes or tap into all the artists that…

    1. Viewing pdfs from task bar flickering

    2. After minimizing the opened pdfs, I try to go to the task bar to view the 4 or more pdfs that I have running. It wont view all of them (flickers the images) so I cant select the one to open up when I hover over the icon in the task bar until after several tries?

    3. Windows edition: Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1
Adobe Acrobat Standard DC Version 2019.010.20091

    4. Expected result: Show opened pdfs when hovering over task bar Adobe icon.

    5. Observed result: Place pointer over Adobe icon in task bar flickers opened…

  5. When opening a PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro on a Mac, have an option to let the customer decide the default opening size. Right now, the application opens to FULL SCREEN, when it would be much more convenient to have the opening to a smaller size, such as 100% of the page width (such as 8.5 "). When working on more than one document and opening the PDF to check a point, it is very annoying to have the PDF load in full screen, blocking all other things on the desktop, including the customer's primary document.

  6. If the Mac is connected to a WLAN hotspot, but has no internet access via this WLAN and I start Adobe Acrobat, the program crashes. The interface opens briefly and then Acrobat wants to log in with the account to check its license. Either the program terminates itself or the Mac has the beachball. In this case Acrobat cannot be closed normally. Only if I kill the program the Mac can be used normally again. If I have internet access via the WLAN or deactivate the WLAN, Acrobat will work again.

  8. there are lots of fonts that become nonsense symbols when we open a PDF...it would be handy if we could back our, right click and open a PDF as an image, then it would not be an issue.

  9. In Acrobat Pro, reducing the size of the bookmark text also reduced the bookmark height, so more bookmarks were visible at any one time. In Acrobat Pro DC, the bookmark height is fixed at a height that accommodates large text, so reducing the text size doesn't increase the number of visible bookmarks. For example, where I could previously see 57 bookmarks in Acrobat Pro (with small text), I can now only see 40 bookmarks in Acrobat Pro DC.
Having more visible bookmarks makes the bookmark facility more useful. It is easier to find a bookmark, and it is easier to…

  10. On Macbook Pro, OS Mojave: when Acrobat Pro DC starts it's always at the main 15" screen of the Macbook when i simply want to drag the window to my external 27" screen (LG) it crashes instantly. Note that that it does not matter if Acrobat is in fullscreen or regular floating screen modus. I also tried to move the screen by using the Mac OS Mission Control but Acrobat crashes anyway. After crashing i get only the error report: "Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly"'.

  11. Brief title: Bug: no key binding of custom menu
Steps to reproduce the issue: Adding a (sub)menu item through javascript API e.g. app.addSubMenu('CustomScripts', '', 'File', 0)
Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.): Windows 7 running Acrobat 2019.008.20081
Expected result: An alphanumeric key binds to the item name. In the example above, since "C" is binds to Close of File menu item, binding of "u" is expected to the custom menu item named "CustomScripts"
Observed result: No alphanumeric key binding. A user using keyboard can only navigate through arrows, which is tedious and not accessible friendly.

  12. PLEASE! When you make a so-called "improvement" DON'T make it default to new behaviour. Include that new feature as an option, but don't force me, in the middle of my work day, to suddenly have to cope with unexpected behaviour and then spend all kinds of time researching how to REMOVE what you have just done to it. You just made it default to using tabs instead of new windows, and I am BEYOND frustrated! For those who want that...fine, but don't force me to use that so-called feature. It's not a feature for me. I have to have two…

  15. Reproduce bug as follows:
    1. Shut down Acrobat
    2. Open PDF file in Acrobat
    3. Use [Cmd + =] shortcut to zoom. Document will rotate clockwise.
    4. And [Cmd + -] does nothing.
    5. Click the Provide Feedback button.
    6. Click the Acrobat window to give it focus.
    7. The zoom keyboard shortcuts now work, unless you re-launch Acrobat.

  18. I always have to open the comments bar to add text. Why not just have that T in the main bar or allow us to add that. Also, why is the icon for Comments bar the same as sticky note? Odd. so please give us ability to choose more icons for the main bar. Takes too much time opening different bars. That is not efficient at all. And make that comments icon different than the sticky note one. Strange.

  19. Per support, it is not currently possible to mass edit the Title attribute of multiple PDFs simultaneously. It would be very helpful to be able to mass edit PDF meta data.

Example: A user has hundreds of PDFs. Many of them have a single space as the Title attribute. This is confusing for the user since it appears to them that no title is displayed when opening a PDF.

Using Action Wizard, you could select the folder with the PDFs and edit the title attribute for all the PDFs simultaneously.
