Enable "Add Folder" to Reduce File Size Dialog Box
In the same way the "Recognize Text" dialog box has "Add Files" and "Add Folders", please introduce that into your "Reduce File Size" dialog box. It currently has only "Add Files" but not the other. In order to simulate it, I have to open a bunch of them first then "Add Open Files." That is clunky. I'd rather just choose a folder and include all subfolders in the same way the other dialog box does it.

Compare files - text is flagging as discrepancy
We use Adobe to compare PDF file that comes from two different system.
Left side is our internal and right side is from another system.
We copy over the format of the other system for us to compare it perfectly in Adobe.
But no matter how we adjust the alignment and spacing, we still encounter below discrepancy flag.
As you notice, the text are exactly the same.
And also how come the font size of the PDF that comes from our internal system become lesser when convert to Adobe (from 8 to 7.98)Can you help us how to sort…

There’s a difference in the font size between the characters in the files shared by you because the application used to create the two PDFs is different. Please try comparing the PDF files created using the same application and let me know if you’re still facing the issue.

Acrobat DC not opening pdf files on Mac
Can't open pdf in Acrobat DC. The wheel spins and the program has to be forcefully quit. The program stops working as it prepares the file for reading.

View nested animation in AE and Flash/Animate in main composition/timeline would be extremely useful for animating complex scenes.
With Flash/Animate for years, I've had trouble with nested animations. In order to use the nesting to its full potential, and for organization, I will animate small pieces in nested animations (Flash) and am now trying to use pre-Composite groups on the main composition (AfterEffects). For multiple items, and for many nested animations, it's extremely difficult to create a uniform animation when I can't see what's happening in the Main Composition/ Timeline while in the nested animation or pre-composite. Paying for something that never works
why do I pay for Abobe Acrobat Pro and no one can open my pdf's??!!!!! They look as if they are pdf's on my end but the recipient gets a win.dat file or something else they can't open!!!!!!! No very good for my business if my clients can't open a simple pdf

Acrobat Pro DC hangs (Not Responding) at first run.
Win 10 x64 1709
Classroom/lab environment.
New-to-machine user, in other words, newly created user profile, extremely common in a classroom/lab environment.
Licensed via ETLA AdobeSerialization.exe
Installation package modified using Acrobat Customization Wizard DCIf a user runs Acrobat straight-away, Acrobat.exe hangs and shows a "not responding" status before the Acrobat UI is displayed.
After killing the Acrobat.exe process, subsequent launches work.
If a new-to-the-machine user launches then closes Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge BEFORE running Acrobat then runs Acrobat, Acrobat launches without issue.
Disabling Protected View via policy has no effect.
No errors are displayed.
There are no discernable errors…

Annoying sign-in for Adobe ID, request to ignore that permanently
Every time I open Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe - annoyingly - wants me to sign in with my Adobe ID. I want to skip this pop-up permanently.

Bug Report: Save As A PDF has not been working for at least two months for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I hope it is fixed soon. Thanks
When I download a pdf and use the SAVE or SAVE AS to .pdf, the save window disappears in seconds and I can't save the document.

Open multiple files from Recent list at the same time
When opening Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, it shows you a list of Recent Files that you have used; however, you can only open one of these files at a time. Similar to the ability to select multiples files in other programs of holding the Control key to select more than one file or holding the Shift key to select a range of files, it would be useful (and a standard Windows function) to be able to select multiple files and open them all at the same time. Adobe Send & Track Outlook 2016 Mac Plug-in
I love the Adobe Send & Track plug-in for Outlook 2016 on the PC. I was just informed by someone from Adobe that this feature is not available on Macs. Could you please look into developing this feature for Macs at some point? Thank you.

"enable scrolling" an option in preferences.
Please make "enable scrolling" an option that can be set in preferences. There seems to be a "single page continuous option, but it does not seem to have any effect.

DISABLE DOWNLOAD
For the european GPDR rules it would be greate when sending a file with Send and track to disable the download option. So receivers can only view the file from the Adobe cloud but they cannot download it.
