A comment report to rule them all
I work in several files which all get marked up in a standard format (red boxes with an red x stamp to note issues that need further review or actions to resolve). All the mark ups from all the documents need to be closed before my process is complete. It would be ideal if i could run a query across multiple documents (like a whole batch of folders) on all the comments made with the same criteria options currently available in a single .pdf comment filter and it be packaged in a comment summary file that has links to jump…

Allow to rename multiple fields of the same type after auto generating fields.
When I allow Acrobat to auto generate fields Acrobat named each field by the closest text, which is not always, most of the time, the best way to approach things.
I suggest to allow renaming a group of selected items, if they are the same type. Now, when I select multiple fields, even if they are the same type, the field name and tool tip property fields are disabled.

Exporting to Microsoft Word Needs A LOT of help
Exporting to Word is USELESS as is. Here's a screenshot of the conversion. Added a page; reflow of text; fonts and styling are a wild guess at best; logo/branding unusable.
Why even have this feature if this is the result? USELESS a hundred times over.

Installer Download link broken for non Document Cloud users
Users assigned Desktop Only versions of Acrobat can log into Adobe.com, but the installer download links go to Document Cloud, and they receive Access Denied errors. Please relocated the installers to an accessible location and update the links.

Named User Licensing - Actual Usage
As Adobe System Admin for my large enterprise, I very much need the ability to run a report on demand from the Admin Console that'll identify which users are utilizing which Adobe licenses to include their last usage date. This should be quite possible given Named User licenses (Federated ID) must check in to Adobe constantly and so Adobe already tracks user interaction with licensed apps. This would very much benefit my enterprise as I will remove users who are not utilizing the products after a period of time. Reference Case ID E-000007273.

Windows shutdown permission error
After latest update to Acrobat DC, dated 2/4/2020, users get the following error when shutting down or restarting their computer: "You don't have permission to shut down and restart this computer."
The problem seems to be isolated to shutting down/restarting via the start button. The computer can be shut down via command prompt, or red button on login screen.
If I disable the 3 Adobe services relating to license check and updates, then restart, the problem goes away.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed displaying another app's icon
I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my new Windows 10 laptop. After installation I was looking for the familiar Adobe icon, and it was nowhere to be seen. The only icon that said "new" was the icon for One Photo Viewer. I hovered the pointer over it, and it identified the app as Adobe Reader! I clicked on it, sure enough it opened Adobe! What gives??? I restarted the computer, no change. How did Adobe install with another app's icon????

Keyboard shortcut for previous result in Find and Replace dialog
We can use "Enter" to go to the next result when finding text in a PDF, but there is no keyboard shortcut to go to the previous result. I expected "Shift+Enter" to go the previous result, following the convention of using "Shift+<Key>" to navigate backwards, but instead, "Shift+Enter" just goes to the next result.

Adobe Acrobat Share Feature
I use Adobe Acrobat for my own personal use. The share button has a window that pops up every single time I transfer a document from Microsoft Power Point to Adobe. It's a pain in the neck. Please give me the capability of de-activating the Share Feature. Permanently would be good because I never use it, but at least temporarily would be good. I use the paid subscription and have all your programs, so it is updated constantly. Thanks.

"Add/Edit Web or Document Link" to toolbar
I would like to add the "Add/Edit Web or Document Link" tool to my Quick Tools menu. I've tried to do this by using the "Customize Quick Tools..." and "Create Custom Tool". In both cases Acrobat DC only allows me to add the full "Links" drop-down menu not specific tools that appear on the drop-down menu.

Auto detect form field check boxes within a table format from MS Word.
I am trying to create a checklist form with several check boxes within a table in MS Word. When I convert to pdf, then use auto form field recognition, it puts tiny text boxes in the check boxes instead of a check box. Tried to get adobe support to help on this only to be informed that acrobat does not support check boxes form field auto recognition in tables. Would love it to do that.

The orginator of a document that is sent for signature SHOULD HAVE the ability to edit the document once it comes back fully signed.
A PRIME EXAMPLE is when a document comes back fully signed in ADOBESIGN, the last page(s) are the activity sheets. I need to delete these prior to forwarding the document. The originator of the document sent SHOULD HAVE the ability to delete these pages and any others as needed.

Easy sign for PDFs
On PDF files that use basic fillable text boxes, it would be great to have a feature where if you just right click, you could add a digital signature, or to be able to add a digital signature to any fillable text boxes without so many steps. You can edit a PDF to add a signature line, but sometimes others created fillable forms besides you. It also may be helpful to control the option on being able to sign things and send to yourself, because at times one might want to sign something and then send on to others.

RE-apply comment filters
I realized today than in acrobat, there is no re-apply or update for the filter on the comments section. I do book editing and things and spend quite a bit of time unsetting and reseting the filter since I get sent 500-1200 edits per document I receive. I would expect to press filer and then to have the option to 'reapply' or 'update' the filter since it isn't a live filter -- which would also be awesome but either would solve the issue I run into.
