  1. When printing to Adobe PDF the Microsoft program font's do not match with Adobe and I get a .log file instead of a PDF. The software cannot read the .log file and we cannot view the document. This started when Microsoft made the new default font Aptos. and Adobe doesn't have this font or doesn't recognize it.

In order to print to Adobe PDF on Microsoft products, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. we have to change the print properties to UNCHECK "rely on system fonts only, do not use document fonts" which is a hack I found online from someone's blog.

  2. The TYPE TEXT tool in the 'fill in forms' menu does not always format well when pasting text in. The text box exceeds the page size, text does not wrap, box is not editable, as far as I can tell. It might be the difference of copying from email vs. Word, which seems to work fine. In the old Acrobat I used this tool extensively rather than a comment box which is not always appropriate. I think it was just called a text box in the old version.

  6. Whenever I try to highlight some text on a pdf, it keeps glitching to the next page either fully or just partly. The highlight output comes out fine but it becomes pretty annoying to keep highlighting aimlessly with the hope that it is right and I don't have to redo.

  8. Please remove the [+create] button from the top ribbon where the tabs are. It's highly annoying. Can it be placed somewhere else? I accidently hit it quite often when I am just trying to move the window, or close a tab.

  12. After the recent update, Acrobat accepts blank spaces in comments, which is very good news.
The bad news is that comments containing just a blank space are incorrectly imported back in Indesign (see image).

  13. Certain files are incompatible with Acrobat running on a 7730U. Same files open fine on older CPU. These appear to be occurring with larger page size files with multiple layers generated by design software. Recommendations by Adobe support did not resolve the issue. Have only been able to replicate the issue on those specific systems in my testing, but could be occurring on other newer Ryzen CPUs.

  15. We use non-persistent Citrix servers for our infrastructure and when we update 64-bit versions of Adobe Pro DC, we are having to go into the registry and redo the keys that allow for multiple users /shared devices. This is only happening to 64-bit installs and seems to have started back on the August planned update. This seems like a bug since 32-bit versions of Adobe are unchanged after updating. Both versions are updated in the same fashion, via a script deployed from our RMM platform. I did work with support originally and they suggested I check the registry after every…

  16. Please make the "Cancel Reminders" option more intuitive for users. Currently, a single user does not have immediate access to the Manage page. Turning off a simple reminder should be easily accessible directly from the "Reminders" page, not just the Manage page. Additionally, if a document is out for signature, users should still be able to turn off the reminder without having to wait for the signature or cancel the document altogether.

  17. I have windows 11 and the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. Every morning I have to do a repair of Acrobat in order to have it show up in the list of printers. It also won't do a preview in Outlook until I repair it. This has been happening for about 3 weeks now.

  18. Automate Initials on every page.

Sometimes there are 4-5 people that need to read/sign a document and each page requires initials of all parties.

The process of placing an initial tag in the footer for each signer is tedious and repetitive. It's actually a very useless task.

Automate placing initials on each page based on the list of signers.

    • Initials on each page Yes/No
    • User chooses Yes, it will place an initials tag for each signer at the bottom of the page in the Footer section or a designated area.

    • Further improvements can be to show a list of Signers…

  19. A summary of Yahoo's findings can be seen by checking the email account you gave them. It might contain instructions on how to fix the issue. The duration of the process is two to twenty-four hours.

On the Yahoo Help screen under the Mail tab, click the Contact Us or Yahoo Help Community option if you have a quick query and don't want to wait for a thorough scan of your Yahoo Mail account.

  20. After the new layout in Adobe Sign, the date format required has become too strict, only accepting dates in the format "14-Jun-2024." This can confuse new (and existing) users since there's no guidance on the expected format—just an error message indicating the format is wrong without further details. I'm experiencing this issue on Adobe Sign through a web browser.

I use Adobe Sign with clients, so it is a recurring issue that I need to explain often.

I suggest adding clear instructions or allowing more flexible formats. For example, if 14.06.2024 is used, then it will either be used or…
