Turn Emails into PDFs: PST to PDF Converter Guide
Two techniques to convert PST emails to PDFs with attachments!
Method 1: Print Microsoft to PDF with a few emails.
- Open your PST in Outlook to change emails.
Choose Emails: Choose emails to PDF.
"Print" creates a PDF. Select "Microsoft Print to PDF" under "Printer."
Save: Use "Print Options" to name and save the PDF file. Selecting "Print" changes it.
Method 2: Converting Files with PST converter software
Select a show: Purchase a trustworthy PST-to-PDF converter. Free samples are becoming more common.

Annoying we cannot hide side toobars
It's super annoying we cannot hide the side bars. If I am editing two pdf's side by side they take up a LOT of space. This is a professional app. Also a very expensive all. Why don't we have complete and configurable key commands that we can use instead of giving up 30% of our screen space to toolbars?

make features like "reader view" opt in instead of opt out. it interferes with visualizing pdf documents and materials as designed
Change new tools to OPT in instead of OPT out with no clear mechanism. new versions of Acrobat are harder to navigate, harder to comment on and familiar features seem to have been shrouded or eliminated. keeping pdfs in the layout they came in is a bonus, not a liability. perhaps have a reader mode button, but otherwise let us look at the documents in total, even on tablets and phones. Feels like we lost many tools in the latest build and I have trouble finding ways to get around the loss adding way too many obstacles.

Dejar de usar los archivos cuando ya fueron cerrados
Cuando termino de censurar PDF y modificarlos, al momento de cerrarlos, tengo que moverlos de carpeta, no puedo moverlos aun cuando ya cerré los archivos en PDF, si cierro completamente Acrobat, cada que tengo que repetir este proceso, se buggea y ya no abre, entonces seria bueno que Acrobat deje de usar los archivos que ya cerró

Cant edit a button without adding a new button 1st
In Acrobat, I can't edit an existing button (i.e click on it, right click to get options, etc) without 1st going into the button tool, and placing a new button to get the button selection tool. After that I can edit the existing button then delete the new button. There should be a button selection tool or something similar.

Bug: Create/Combine/Add files/Save As windows is blank, won't save
Bug: Create/Combine/Add files/Save As windows is blank, won't save. A blank popup window appears. If I click past it, I can enter a filename, and the popup goes away, but no file is created. I tried uninstalling (even though my updates were current) and reinstalling, but I get the same result.

I am a senior citizen and a 100% disabled American veteran living on a fixed income. Does Adobe offer any license discounts to people like me? I cannot afford the monthly subscription fee or lifetime license amount.

Up and down keyboard keys no longer allow me to change the page
I have recently received the latest update, and now when I use the up and down keys on my keyboard it moves the cursor through the text. It used to be that this would change the page. What is truly annoying is that if I am on page 10, but the curser is on page 1, when I press the down key, instead of going to page 11, it goes to page 1, because this is where my curser is. I have used the up and down keys for many years, and I can not seem to break the habit.…

FIX THIS PROBLEM (ADOBE SIGN)
This ux is super complicated to use. Referring to adobe sign. When creating a template, you cannot create from an existing signed agreement or copy old templates. Another HUGE issue is that once you have added a second or third participant it can never be removed from the template. I added it on accident and just now can never go back to the old way i had it

We Need a Flip (Horizontally) and Stick Floating Toolbar
Please give us a floating bar with flip and stick functionality. The request is two part:
(1) THE FLIP: Please program a floating toolbar that cab be flipped horizontally. The vertical bar can be problematic on both small and large format screens. On small screens it may float over the text (where documents are maximized for readability) making documents less readable (I see this problem commonly in Adobe Discussion threads). Linux is an open-source Operating system. Many of us are using it for Privacy concerns and it can be suitable for our modest Hardware or really suitable for our budget.

A serious problem occured while Combining Files into a Single Single PDF
One of my clinets had a very serious problem when combining files into a single PDF before optimizing the file to build a press-ready PDF.
As you will see in the attached screenshots, while they were combining 256 pages of a book into a single PDF, the continuous tone image of page 239 appeared on both page 238 and 239. While the speech balloons are on their correct pages, the image on page 239 appeared on page 239 as well as page 238. The image on page 238 has been mysteriously replaced by the image on page 239. YouTube Premium not Working
First, when YouTube Premium isn't playing in the background, confirm that the account is active by viewing the subscription status. Text entry (GER: Texteingabe) buggy [Reader]
Bug: when adding text (Function [A]) in Reader 2024.002.20759, sometimes
- the text becomes non-editable. Becomes editable again, if you add a new text field on the same page.
- the text appears on random different pages
- the text disappears.
I started to use Reader again, because the added text is searchable, compared to a competitors free tool.
But these bugs are really annoying.Another bug: sometimes the original text is not readable or completely disappears. If you mark / select it, it appears again.
