PPT to PDF conversion line are thicker.
PPT file is converted to PDF has different connector thicknesses. Does not matter if the file gets converted from save as PDF or saved from Print option or create PDF or any other option.

Please remove the download option for e-signature. When a document is sent for e-sign, the recipient should only have access to view and sign.

Add Acrobat Pro desktop annotatoin shapes to mobile apps
As an Adobe Acrobat Pro licensed mobile user I would like to have the same annotation features such as shapes that are available in the desktop versions to also be available on iOS and Android so I do not have to continually switch from my mobile device in order to perform annotation tasks.

A merged PDF file, when emailed out, the recipient received only the first page
Bug: I have a 30-page PDF file that, when emailed out, some recipients see a PDF file with only the first page (although the file size is correct).
The final 30-page PDF was merged from 3 PDF files:
1. File #1: 1 page, converted from Microsoft Word 365 using its native PDF exporter
2. File #2: 2 pages, converted from Microsoft Word 365 using its native PDF exporter
3. File #3: 27 pages, came from an external party who said it was converted from Microsoft PowerPoint 365The scenarios:

Save related methods are not being invoked for Tools->export
In the plugin code, I am trying to intercept/replace AVDocDoSave, AVDocDoSaveAs, PDDocSave etc functions to identify the original file when the user tries to export the file from Tools option, and I see that none of the above functions are being called in this flow. But this seems to work when we try export from Menu bar.
This bug is to report the same. I have tried this in Adobe 24 version on mac OS Sonoma. But I think this is applicable to pervious versions as well

Disable Generative AI. Aside from the disruptive UX/UI aspect of how Gen AI is being pushed onto users, there is also the fact that a number of your users (myself included) are literally not allowed to use Gen AI in our work. Furthermore, surely Adobe is aware that there are a number of use cases where PDFs very often represent the most sensitive, private and/or confidential documents that people use and work with. Acrobat won't allow saving PDF after scanning
After scanning pages of a paper document, I go to save the scan to a PDF file, but Acrobat pops up a blank dialog box that won't let me pick a folder or create a file name to save the document in a Windows folder. This has been happening since an upgrade about 2 weeks ago. HOWEVER, if I scan one page of a simple, letter-size B&W document, it does allow saving the document, after which I can scan and save any number of additional pages. adobe crashes when highlighting
Adobe crashes when using the highlighter feature from the commenting menu. I can add other markups without any issues but this causes the program to Not Respond then crashes and closes all documents. On average it happens approx. 5-6 times an hour. Typically this happens when trying to change the color of the highlighter by right clicking and accessing the properties.

Acrobat Sign: Need ability to delete unsolicited documents.
Users need the ability to delete unsolicited PDF documents that are from unknown senders plus the ability to block the unknown sender from repeating the abuse. This is critical, especially when a document is an "invoice" asking for a signature. User should not have to contact sender. I see this system as currently allowing dangerous SPAM and becoming a target for use by unscrupulous senders. Cannot delete pages when organizing pages under EDIT.
After most recent update, when editing saved and password protected PDFs, the trashcan icon and option to DELETE pages is in gray. Selecting one or several pages is the same problem; option to delete page is not available.

Why when you make a shape or a comment does it default to making that same shape over and over again, instead of going back to "select" mode
If I make a box, or a line, or a text comment on a PDF, the next thing I'm likely to want to do is to adjust the shape of or position of the box or line or other thing I've drawn--not make another box! Who makes a box then when they click they make another box, then another, and have to waste time deleting 3 boxes when all they want to do is format the first one they drew. PLEASE have the cursor default back to "select" mode after the user draws something, rather than continuing to keep creating…

Strict Quota Enforcement via Global Admin Console
Currently license quotas can be defined and managed in the Global Admin Console, and they are then reflected to the Product Profiles within the Adobe Admin Console. HOWEVER, they do not prevent profile admins from over-provisioning licenses above the quota limit. Thus, there is no strict technical control for global admins to manage license quotas.

important buttons in notification corner
How about moving all of the buttons with useful features out of the bottom right corner? I'm not sure how this is a surprise but when I receive a notification, email, TEAMS message, update message, every single one of them obscures all the buttons that have been inexplicably placed in one of the only high-traffic corners of a screen when using an application.
