  1. I send mutiple agreements to the same recipients. Each time I have to add their name and email address. It does remember past emails in a dropdown list - but it does not associate with a name.

    This feature is present in competitor products such as DropBox and Docusign. It wastes a lot of time.. e.g if I have to send 10 different files to 5 different signers I have to retype names 50 times...

  2. I have a number of PDF files that are in the same format but might change in length and page number. In converting these from PDF to Excel, I use the "crop area" function.

    I would like to see a capability that allows me to save a specific set of crop areas as a template, so that when I have one of my similar, but unique PDF files, I can apply that template and it applies the specific preset crop area to the new PDF upload.

  7. It is impossible now to edit the CC list once the agreement is in draft form. Once we save it as a draft, the CC list is locked. We can only cancel the agreement and redo it.

  8. When Selecting multiple pdf's to open as comparisons or large component jobs, right clicking all at once will come up "combine files" rather than opening multiple pages. These components are not meant to people compiled and previously it would allow this. If I select one less from the group it will then state I can open as multiple pages. Also, in many cases when it does work it only ends up opening 1-2 rather than the amount of pdf's I selected to open

  10. Remove all icons, share, feedback, tutorials, notifications and profile and settings on one side on the other Remove HOME - TOOLS and DOCUMENT.
    who in the H-ell was this idea, a person with a 2 mile monitor?
    if you leave Home-Tools and Document, then remove the hidden section on the right side, this has the same as those 3 options.
    here at work honestly, I hate to work with acrobat, at home I love working with Kofax.
    if you think you are the best, no, you are not. Acrobat was a lovely, professional program, now I hate it so much.

Aktuell ist es nur möglich, in die Ordnerstruktur eines Portfolios hineinzugehen, jedoch fehlt die Möglichkeit, komfortabel wieder zurück oder zur vorherigen Ansicht zu navigieren.   13. Our program needs to be launched with administrator privileges. However, after starting with administrator privileges, there is a problem with the function to open PDFs from our program.
    The issue occurs as follows:
    If the default app for PDF file is Acrobat, two Acrobat background processes appear in the Task Manager, but the PDF file is not opened.

    This issue also occurs when Acrobat is used independently. It can be reproduced using the following steps:

    1. Right-click on the Acrobat menu and select "Run as administrator" to launch Acrobat, and
    2. Open a PDF file while Acrobat is already running.

  14. When completing an advanced search of a directory, it can be fairly slow and prone to crashing. It would be nice to have a progress note to say searched x of xx documents in the directory. This will give in indicator of how long its going to take and if its worth waiting for the search to finish. If its going to take an age actions can be taken to break the directory up into smaller chunks prior to running the advanced search.

I have used every version of Adobe Acrobat for the last 20 years and I want you guys to know that I took 10 minutes to create a "user feedback" account so that I could share this feedback with you. Your latest versions of Acrobat are so counter-intuitive that I actually try to avoid creating or using PDF documents.   18. Of the more than 30 "online" subscriptions our company pays monthly, Adobe is the only one that does not provide a monthly invoice to a email inbox. It has been widely accepted in the industry that monthly "subscriptions" are now the new norm for software. The VERY least a company can do is provide an invoice receipt to the user's inbox on a monthly basis. Not doing so creates an inconvenience and alienates your user base.
