  1. Previously, delete/strikethrough was shown as red, replace was shown as blue, highlight as yellow, etc.

    Now suddenly they are all the same red color so it becomes very hard to tell them apart.

    (In the attached screenshot you can see comment, highlight, replace, and strikethrough/delete are all the same color).

    This was likely a mistake/bug introduced in a recent update. It started happening in both Acrobat Pro and Reader, and makes commenting a lot more confusing.
    We are currently on version 2024.003.20054 (of both Reader and Pro).

  3. To log in to Yahoo Mail without a verification code, you can try the following methods:

    Use a Recovery Email: If you have a recovery email linked to your account, select the option to receive a sign-in link sent to that email instead of a verification code.

    Answer Security Questions: If you previously set up security questions, you might be able to log in by answering them correctly.

    Use a Trusted Device: If you’ve previously logged in on a specific device, try accessing your account from that device, as Yahoo might not require a verification code.

  5. Please display a rotate LEFT button. Now there is only a rotate RIGHT button, which is inefficient if all you want to do is rotate once to the left.

  6. I'm using a HP Smart Tank 7301 with HP laptop using the Windows 10 operating system. My Adobe Acrobat Professional version is 2024.002.20991. All security patches and updates have been installed, however, this random, sometimes consecutive software crash continues to happen consistently. This post is October 2018, so engineers have not addressed this for the past (6) years. Does this mean Adobe has placed critical customer concerns on the backburner?

  8. That functions, and all email clients—aside from Gmail—accept emails.

    I attempted to switch it to one of my personal accounts, and I also attempted to send a test account email from my board (requesting a password reset), but it was unsuccessful.

    I'm reading my spam folder and all of my messages while signed into gmail.com.

    I was notified of this by a new user. I'm not sure why this is occurring.

  12. Can't save my file because it's "being processed by an adobe online service". Why would you ever override my ability to hard save a file to my computer? It has been stuck like this for a while, and I never asked to have my files save to the cloud in the first place.

  14. Why is every Acrobat update slower and constantly throwing up ads and "features" bubbles like a 2006 website? I cringe having to open PDF's now. I hate what Adobe as a whole has become.

  15. New version is confusing and annoying. Apparently more gadgets, but it doesn't even highlight or make comments in a pdf withour trying to sell you and buy the version, unfortunately there is a monopoly in documents in pdf. Another competition is necessary

  17. When a user is restored, their access is automatically reactivated if they have only one Google service. Provided that you have enabled automatic license assignment for each service you offer, the user's access is automatically restored for the services for which they previously had a license. If not, you'll need to manually provide the customer a new license for a service.

  19. Specs: Macbook Pro M2 Pro, Ventura 13.5; Adobe Acrobat Pro 24.2.20964.0

    When I click to add my signature, my saved signature pops up (good). I click on the signature and nothing happens (bad). Nothing will happen until I click away from the signature. The signature used to pop up as soon as the saved signature image was clicked. I noticed this started about a week or so ago.
