2. Ajust the message at Adobe sign

   After signing the document for all, the system shows the message "Document was updated after signing”, But the message "Document was updated after signing" is confuse, there has been no change in document, the annotation is created by AdobeSign itself. But with this message our partners are questioning, how can a document be changed after signature. Is it possible change or alter this message for "Document was uploaded after signing"?

4. Easily Add Blank page

   Adding a Blank Page should be easier.
   As such a simple, mundane, yet often important thing to accomplish, one would expect it to be a simple right-click away on the Thumbnails Navigation Pane.
   However, it is found in Organize Pages. Organizing does not suggest creating or adding.
   Adding a page is a form of Editing and the ability to Add a Blank Page is not found in Edit PDF.
   Adding a Page should be simpler and not limited to one "tool".

5. Feature Request: Relinking documents that have moved.

   Using Adobe Acrobat to read, highlight, comment, etc. texts for school. However, there are times when I move the original PDF after having prepared it for use in an assignment. This unlinks the PDF from Acrobat, and all of my work is lost with no option to re-link the original file and salvage the work. Infuriating doesn't begin to describe the affect.
   I have mentioned this to other students at Columbia, and those who have used Acrobat have all responded that it is a major reason they simply don't use Acrobat unless they have to.

   I am a Lightroom user as well, and with Lightroom, lost files may be re-linked to the Lightroom catalog with relative ease.

   I propose that this same concept be applied to Acrobat.

6. Fix the mess you made in my adobe files.

   Just fix the totally screwed up s pile you have made of my adobe files which I can no longer open, attach to emails or send to dropbox. I have one file which is large 10 MB but which was fine two years ago. it represents two months of a building design which I now require and which will not open. Same story with numerous other files as well. Thanks for nothing. I will spend a small fortune now paying a tech to sort this spile out. Your unrequested update a year or so ago totally f'd my adobe files library....and while Im at it, here is a novel idea...perhaps employ some real people to whom one can speak about dealing with and fixing the myriad problems that were part of your recent packages.

7. Custom Keyboard Shortcuts

   Please provide the ability to generate custom keyboard shortcuts from within acrobat, or allow mac's keyboard shortcuts to work with acrobat. I am one of those who likes to keep their fingers on the keyboard. Thank you.
   P.S. If that's not possible, can we at least have a shortcut for Optimize Scanned Pages?

8. Allow the naming of Adobe Acrobat windows to keep groups of files separate.

   I work with multiple files on a single topic, and multiple topics at the same time. It would be very handy to be able to name each Adobe Acrobat window (by a topic name), and keep each windows' files separate, and able to be conveniently accessed as a group. If this feature already exists, I'd love to use it, but can't seem to find it (yet).

9. Comments Quicker Edit of Fill Border, with No Fill, No Border Options

   When drawing Rectangles, Circles, Clouds etc in Acrobat pro, the method of specifying Borders and Fill are incredibly tedious and slow to edit. Acrobat has one change colour dot to bring up the colour pallet for Fill / Border, and those colour pallets then have NO option for ( no fill ) or ( no border ). You have to go into the cog to get properties which brings up another pallete, which also has NO option for ( No Fill ) ( No Border ), so you then pick the colour picker which takes you to another window, where you can select transparent, you them close that window, ( and then hit "Make Properties Default" which doesn't work and does not stay permanent. ). So I'm going to count the mouse clicks to change a Rectangle red border/yellow fill to a Black Border/No Fill. 1 select object. 2 select change colour, 3 select cog Rectangle Properties, 4 select fill colour, 5 select Transparent, 6 Close that box, 7 Select Line Colour Picker ( brings up RGB Sliders 0, 8 Select pencil colour picker, 9 select black, 10 Close that Box, 11 Select "Make Properties Default ( which doesn't work BTW ), 12 Close that Box with ok. I can do that with 4 clicks in Pages and Numbers and Vectorworks,,..... etc
   IDEA,
   like most other programs, even pages, have a separate colour Picker for Fill that includes No Fill, Have a separate Colour Picker for Line That includes No Line, Maintain line weight picker. Then I could have just selected Fill, and second click "No Fill" and Select Line Colour picker and select Black. Compare convoluted Acrobat process to simple pages separate fill / line selectors in the screenshots attached, and please fix "Make Properties Default" to work properly and apply also to new documents opened.

10. Adobe Acrobat 64-bit Unified App Installer - In Reader mode Only the features of Acrobat Reader should be visible

    Without sign-in all features of Acrobat Professional can be seen, but only the Reader functionalities can be used. This should be changed. Only the features of Acrobat Reader should be visible.

11. Acrobat customers are not aware when a PDF is not compatible to edit

    Hi,

    The context of this is that when I was editing a business PDF file, the font suddenly started turning into a gibberish font without me selecting it and it would constantly do so every time I edit this file. Furthermore, this exact issue had never occurred in in the past two years that I have been editing this type of document. This is because it was not compatible as I was later told by the Adobe customer support team (Case number available). As you can understand, this issue that took place can be really infuriating for any paying Adobe customer as it is not known to them why this is happening. This left me trying to figure this out for hours and I couldn’t find the exact article on Adobe help centre. The solution to this is I was told, is to 'Open in Browser' then to save as a new PDF file altogether, as the generic 'Print as PDF' method did not work. The support team also showed me an article on how fix can be made too on the Adobe help centre. The issue with this is that it is not upon the customer to contact the support team to then find a solution to this problem because the customer is already frustrated at that point. I pretty much had to learn this in a difficult manner via Adobe Customer support who helpfully guided me on this.

    My suggestion is that customers are to be notified when their PDF is not compatible to edit, and notification absolutely must show clear instructions on how to make this compatible too, in simple easy steps so that the solution can be fixed a matter of seconds.

12. Universal Use of Digital Signature in BOTH Desktop App and Web Version of the program

    Adobe needs to make the option of using a Digital Signature universal regardless of whether using the desktop application or web version. Currently, you can ONLY use a Digital Signature through the Desktop Application. This should be a universal option regardless of whether using the desktop app or web version.

14. Hang/Crash on Large Comment Collection

    Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 chokes and crashes on documents with large numbers of comments, sometimes when opening them and sometimes when opening the comment tool. Adobe Acrobat DC stays alive but becomes impractically sluggish. Evince and FoxIt are able to comment on such documents without issue. The attached file is from a post on the Autodesk forum since I cannot share my test case.

16. text disappears at different zoom levels (

    I have Adobe Acrobat Pro (22.003.20282) installed and no updates are available. When I have the zoom at 100%, there is missing text, but it shows up at zoom levels above and below! See the attached files for examples. This is really frustrating when we are trying to proof documents.

17. Mouse wheel movement of page preview slider in print dialog does not update the page unless you click on the slider after moving it.

    When moving the slider on the page display in the print dialog box, changing its value updates the preview image. This includes using keyboard left and right keys, clicking on it, dragging the slider, and the left and right buttons to the left and right of the slider.

    Except, if it is selected and moved with the mousewheel, it does not update the preview. It does not also update the preview after a few seconds so I do not believe it is intended to specifically not update the preview in this case. Instead I believe this is a simple thing that was just overlooked.

    The unexpected behavior is that I can scroll between the pages, but then I have to click on the slider (doing nothing except selecting it) and then the page is updated. The expected behavior is that changing the slider value updates the displayed page without having to select the slider again with the mouse or keyboard.

    A picture is included that explains everything instantly. I believe this is not a complicated bug but it is a simple oversight. It may be related to Windows 11 and the mousewheel slider change event is different on native forms. It would also be easy to overlook in the ui test environment and could simply have been unnoticed by developers.

18. trying to create a "pdf from scanner" by going to File menu, doesn't work as expected.

    go to File > create pdf > create pdf from scanner. the program should open the dialog to make a pdf from the connected scanner, however it opens a dialog prompting us to subscribe to acrobat premium. i'm already a subscriber and connected to the account.
