5. AI Removal

   I think we can all agree that your AI pop-up is the most annoying and useless "feature" on Adobe. As you can see, several cases have been opened against it, and ALL the cases have been upvoted. How much longer til y'all actually get rid of it? Since we're talking about annoying pop-ups, can you also find a way to disable the pop up when I copy text? I just need to copy some quick data into another spreadsheet and every time I select the text I have your stupid pop-up to Generate an Image, Simplify, Define, or Ask your Useless AI. Get rid of it. This could easily be mitigated to basic text functions like highlight or strike text. Your little "helpful" tools are a nuisance. I can simplify on my own, if I need a dictionary I'll google it, and we've already gone over your ineffectual AI Assistant. I have to click off my highlighted text to get rid of this worthless pop up and I need to see the text underneath what I'm copying. This pop-up blocks 25% of a page, get rid of it. Get rid of AI pop-ups get rid of "helpful" tools pop-ups. You are a document reading program. Allow us to read our documents and move on

6. Make Mac Finder show both Adobe PDF and FDF files

   SUGGESTION: When opening a file on a Mac from within Acrobat or Reader have Acrobat or Reader permit the open file dialog box show both pdf files and fdf files.

   Acrobat and Adobe Reader programmatically declare that the open file dialog box shows only PDF files, and all other formats, including FDF files, are greyed out. This requires the user to first click "Show: “All files” in order to access an FDF file, and for users who may do that frequently it is a pain. I can't think of a good reason to exclude FDF files from the open file process in Acrobat and Reader.

7. Export a PDF menu

   Observation
   If the User navigates to Adobe Acrobat and opens a .pdf and then selects File they will notice, when the menu twirls down, that one of the options is "Export a PDF". However, when the User selects this menu option they will observe that there are 16 separate options for exporting a of which none are an actual PDF.

   Expected Results
   When the User navigates to File they should see that the menu, to export a file, says "Export A File"

   Comments
   As a secondary note the Acrobat File Menu has zero continuity with regards to sentence case. 'As' is Title Case, but 'as' is lower case 'e-signatures' is lower case but on the next line 'Files' is Title Case. 'Search' is Title Case but 'properties' is lower case? Perhaps a review of your QA Team performance is required.

13. Critical Bug: Launching Calendar Control crashes Adobe application

    Some freebies for Adobe devs, While editing an existing pdf document and if the field has calendar control when clicked as per below steps, the application crashes entirely and unsaved data is lost and non-recoverable;

    1. Open any editable pdf in Adobe desktop application where one of the field has 'Calendar Control'
    2. Without clicking on the calendar control itself, manually enter a date for ex: 21/06/25 and tab out, it will automatically format the date
    3. Now click on the same calendar control and see the magic.

    Actual Results: The entire app instance is wiped killed from Windows Memory as if it was never launched.

    Relaunch it again and try opening the same pdf and those 'Recover' button reminds me Windows-98 time. Good Luck :)

    OS: Windows-10 : Version 22H2
    App: Adobe Acrobat Reader: 2025.001.20531 | 64 Bit

14. Highlight Tool: Floating brush & bin icon/palette

    The little palette described in the title just appears in fairly random positions below whatever I've just highlighted. It's very often in the way, as I'm working my way down a list. In the case of the attached image, I'm working my way down a bank statement & the palette is covering up the next number (in the grey horontal bar). I can click away to clear it but that is quite lterally doubling the amount of work I have to do. I personally don't need it there at all but I can see how it might be useful to some. I think it would be helpul if we could change the position of it or switch it off completely the way you can with the coordinates box in Photoshop.

17. Unable to move window once outside left of screen with tabs open

    Once a few tabs/PDFs are open, the window is unable to be moved as the top bar of the window is not selectable.
    This then often requires all PDFs to be closed and re opened or otherwise to move the window again. resizing does not help at all.
    if the menu button (burger stack) could be click+held to relocate the window, this would fix.

18. "Typo in your PDF? Edit it" pop-up is incessant and I already have Pro.

    For the love of all that is holy, stop with the pop-ups! Now I get a prompt to Edit PDFs every time I open a file. I already have Pro, there's no way to say "stop showing this". Acrobat gets LESS usable with every update. You all should be embarrassed.

    Images within a PDF need a lock option that would make it so that the image cannot be moved or edited unless the lock is turned off. -- Backgrounds and large images located behind text often get selected when trying to edit text, however they're necessary to have in location for reference during the editing process.
