2. Bookmarking for Scandinavian letter 'ä' and 'ö' doesn't work in Finnish version

   It just leaves the spot empty where the 'ä' should be. Same goes for 'ö'. Havent tried 'å'. Tested with two Macs (OS's Monterey and Catalina) It's likely a bug.
   I can add the ä manually to a bookmark but the bookmarking process becomes slower. I think this is because the developers haven't used Finnish keyboard when coding.

3. MacOS Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20099 - Bug - Select Document Title in Initial View

   Bug Report - MacOS 12.1 - Acrobat 2021.007.20099

   • Selected document title in initial view and saved pdf
   • Reopened pdf and filename shows in initial view instead of document title
   • Tested pdf by opening it in Acrobat Reader and the document title shows in initial view
   • Didn't have this issue until I upgraded the MacOs and Acrobat Pro.

4. Adobe Sign - provide option to amend message after uploading pdf

   When using Acorbat's Adobe Sign tool to configure a document for signatures, the standard message to recipients is "Please review and sign this document." I often customize this message. However, you get only one opportunity to edit it: after clicking "specify where to sign," triggering the upload process, you cannot change the message to recipients. At that point your only options are to either (1) cancel and start the whole process over, or (2) send for signatures. I suggest that the user should be provided a second opportunity to review and amend the message to recipients after clicking to send for signatures

5. Overriding Adobe Preference of showing comments pane when a PDF with comments is opened

   We need a way to automatically hide the Comments pane that pops up on the right-hand side of a PDF with comments without asking users to manually change their Adobe preferences.

   I create PDF deliverables for a living and there have been situations where a client wants me to embed documents in a PDF via the Comment Tool, but they don't want the Comment pane to open when their employees or customers open the PDF.

   I have attached a screenshot of the Adobe Preference window. The preferences outlined in red are the ones that control the Comment pane pop-up. I want the ability to lock these preferences so that even if a user has these preferences enabled on their machines, the PDF I provide them overrides their preferences.

6. Bug with function bookmrk.GetByTitle. It stoped working as it should on Windows 7

   function bookmrk.GetByTitle stoped working as it should. It worked properly early. We tried to reinstall then Acrobat, but it didn't help.
   Windows 7. Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20102
   Error in the following VBScript:

   It looks like a bug. The problem was solved by installing Acrobat Reader on the PC additionally to Acrobat Pro. We noticed, that the problem reproduced only on PC's with Pro version only.

7. Cannot extract the embedded font "[...] Rubik-Light". Some characters may not display or print correctly.

   Dear Adobe support,

   There've been numerous bug reports on very similar font issues like mine in the past, but this bug here can be reproduced so easily, that I need to get the word out to you.

   Bug Description:

   I'm running a windows 10 pro x64 machine with InDesign CC (17.0.1 x64) to create pdfs. For viewing I rely on Acrobat Pro DC (2021.011.20039), but I keep getting this bug constantly (even with the standard Reader and on Mac!).

   The important point now is the use of the font style called Rubik Light, because every single time I make use of it I get the same error (Did a test series on that). I installed this font style (.ttf) from two different sources (Google Fonts & GitHub), but it didn't make any difference at all.

   Displaying such pdfs in browsers like Chrome or Firefox however works just fine. Please help me with this.

9. Users need a functioning switch between external JS editor and Mac OS

   Javascript is essential to all but the most basic pdf forms. In the 10 years that I have subscribed to Acrobat Pro for Mac, Acrobat Pro has never worked with an external javascript editor. It will most often open a script in an external editor but will NEVER permit the user to resume work in Acrobat when the editor is closed: Acrobat always - no exceptions - freezes at that point and must be forced to quit, then reopened. Users have complained about this for years. Adobe will sometimes blame Apple. Adobe never solves the problem and does not appear to care about its paying users, who deserve more respect than that. Please fix this.

10. Make it possible to log into Acrobat with one account and into CC applications with another on the same machine

    I am running CC applications using my personal account on my Mac (Mac OS Monterey) and on Windows (Win 11). I occasionally need to run Acrobat Pro on those machines using my business (academic) account. It seems that it is not possible to do that without a lot of effort. As I understand it, I would have to log out of all of my CC applications, then try to log into Acrobat with my other account, then reverse the process to go back to CC. No one in their right mind would want to do this regularly.

    Adobe's login and licensing process is extremely onerous, and this is just one example. You should be able to associate a specific account with a specific application (or group of applications like CC) rather than one for everything on the machine.

11. Permanently disable "reopen closed PDFs" nag box

    You've been asked to do this for years. MAKE IT HAPPEN finally. I mean come on. It's about time you gave "pro" users pro tools, such as being able to FULLY customize our Acrobat workspace so that amateur annoyances such as this can go away forever. If I want hand holding I'll ask for it.

12. I converted PDF to word using Export option but unable to convert to PDF from word again. OS is Mac.

    Mac - converted PDF to word and did some changes in the file and again converted back to PDF. PDF conversion failed.

13. Redact feature no longer functions properly

    I have hundreds of pages to redact in a scanned document and when I hit apply the screen over the document goes gray and a solid white box appears in the center. The white box usually give the options to use in the redaction process. I have to close Adobe with Task Manager. This is unacceptable. This is a recurring problem. I managed to clear it with difficulty a few weeks ago and the malfunction has returned. Please don't tell me to update. I checked. There are no outstanding updates. This is disappointing and annoying as I expected better from your company. I work for a large state agency that uses your product with a license. I've seen other people with the same complaint. This defect needs to be addressed.

15. Acrobat doesn't recognize the MAC system default printer as its default

    I have 2 network printers. Acrobat always defaults to the first printer in the system printer list, not the one that is the actual default printer. All other apps, including photoshop recognize the system default. This is a bug that should be fixed!

18. Append to PDF

    Append to existing PDF feature for the Adobe PDF Printer like PrimoPDF.

    I print multiple sheets out of Excel to send for signatures but not all sheets and to append them together would be ideal. So, for now, I print the PDF in PrimoPDF because it has this feature, then send the PDF package via Adobe Sign.

20. Managing recurring payment

    I contracted for 30 Acrobat Pro DC accounts last year and the automatic renewal is on Dec 10 2021.
    My company would like to use the program for 1 more year with changed number of licenses so I asked to cancel the automatic recurring to the ADOBE KOREA customer care team and got answered that they cannot help me with this issue.
    They told me I have to cancel the payment on the exact day and if I want to cancel it beforehand, I cannot use the program right away even though the contracted term still remains more than 2 weeks.
    As it's more than 6,000 dollar contract, I want to handle it precisely.
    However, the customer care team says it's all upon my action of cancellation and they can't handle it since the system is established like that.

    I want to know if it's really hard and difficult to add recurring payment management.
    If yes, I personally cannot understand that ADOBE, a global software company, provides this primitive inconvenience to the customers.
