  1. Export PDF to TIFF - Option to anti-alias vectors/text. Right now text and vector have jagged edges when using this export function. Rather than having to purchase 3rd party app or using Photoshop, it would be handy to export my TIFF files from a hi res PDF. I am only doing this because InDesign does not offer the ability to export to TIFF.

  3. i have signed a PDF document in Acrobat. It was save in the app itself and i can't delete it. it is a P&C document and it is not making sense that user can't remove the agreement

it is not safe to use adobe acrobat to sign an important document.
i talked to the customer supoort and was told it is impossible to remove it.

the only way is to hide it which is kinda ridiculous.

    please help and improve.

  4. The UI in Acrobat is not very user friendly, in fact I would go so far as to say it's distinctly unfriendly and not condusive to getting work done. I have spent a lot of time modifying the UI, pinning mark-up tools to my ribbon etc. to make it remotely productive to use however when I see some of my less tech savvy workmates using Adobe, they dont have the tools available to them, they dont know how to change mark-up properties (i.e. CTRL+E to bring up the properties panel) and in general the software is restricting their ability to…

  6. Steps to reproduce the issue: Open a PDF file in single-page continuous layout. Connect an external mouse. Compare scrolling the PDF with an external mouse and with the built-in trackpad.

Environment: Acrobat Pro DC 2021.001.20145 on macOS 11.2.3 in MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2020). External mouse: Logitech M720 Triathlon. Smooth scrolling is enabled.

Expected result: Scrolling with the scroll wheel on an external mouse should scroll the PDF as smoothly as scrolling with the built-in trackpad.

Observed result: Scrolling with the scroll wheel on an external mouse scrolls the PDF too quickly compared to smoother scrolling using the built-in trackpad.

  8. Opening the Change color drawing tool when a line is selected should switch to Borders as Fills color does nothing for a line. Better yet, show both border and line color options in one window instead of requiring switching tabs.

  9. Some tools are not usable when accessed from the overflow ("meatballs") menu of the Quick Tools toolbar. Tools such as Change color, Change line thickness, and Text Properties are not usable if they are in the overflow menu (because the window size is too small to fit all the Quick Tools).

    i.e.
Vertical resize cursor shows instead of horizontal and vice versa
NE-SW resize cursor shows instead of NW-SE and vice versa

  11. In the regulatory field for medical devices or pharmaceuticals; we often have to create documents which refer to the many ISO regulations, etc. copying and pasting the bookmarks in their entirety, and in one go, would save these people a significant amount of time and be yet another reason why adobe should be considered over competitors

  12. Set tabs to colors when working with more than one file helps to differentiate and sort. EXCEL allows tabs to be colored. Similar to that. Thank you.

  14. Using Adobe Document Cloud for review of PDFs that will go through multiple versions simply will not work. There appears to be no way to update or overwrite files with a NEW VERSION on Adobe Document Cloud. I would like to see this feature.

  16. Please provide an option to disable the blue form field highlighting for a particular pdf form, rather than expecting all users to change this in their preferences. It is frustrating to design a form (in either InDesign or Acrobat Pro DC), then preview the form and discover blue highlighting everywhere. Changing the preferences only changes it for one user not all users who open the file. For a plain B&W form, the blue highlighting may look fine but for a more custom form, it often ruins the design - this is very limiting, please give the form designer more flexibility…

  17. Bug report:

Dark-coloured text copied and pasted into a comment, i.e., in an 'Add note to replace text' comment, is not legible in dark mode. It appears as dark grey against the dark grey background.

  18. When using measurement tool, the holding the "SHIFT" key to maintain a straight measurement to a parallel feature, shows the dimension in an angled configuration. Cannot find a way to show the measurement label properly. This should be a very basic functionality of the measurement tool.

  19. Adobe is ending support of PS Type 1 fonts in a few years. But in the document properties of PDF files Acrobats shows the included fonts as Type 1, even if you've only used OTF in your document. That is quite confusing.
Oftentimes a work in progress is checked only via PDFs, and it's impossible to know whether the correct type of font has been used or not.
I can't see this being very difficult to implement, since there's already a special way to show when a TTF font has been used.

  20. We use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and on virtual Citrix VDI Desktops. Users now have often this terrible activation Limit popup box and have to logoff from connected devices behind.

This is a Know Issue which makes is nearly unusable to work with Adobe Acrobat DC on this two envirements together.

    https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/VirtualizationGuide/citrix.html#known-issues-common-to-virtual-installs

    Adobe Enterprise Case: E-000328688

Please can you change this License activation Limit restriction in another technical solution?
A solution witch allows us to use Adobe Acrobat DC on physical Clients and Citrix VDI Desktop without this popup box always?

There should be another technical way to…
