1. Bug: "Find" feature makes Reader crash when keyboard language is changed

   I usually work with multilingual PDFs, with Latin + Greek script. When I search text using the "Find" feature, and switch keyboard language layout while the cursor is in the "Find" text field, Reader almost often crashes. This started happening after the latest big GUI update.

   Steps:
   - I am reading a PDF with Latin + Greek script
   - I open the "Find" tool using Ctrl + F
   - I change the keyboard's language layout while the cursor is in that field, using Windows button + Spacebar. The keyboard's language is supposed to switch from Italian to Greek (Polytonic Greek)
   - Acrobat Reader stops responding
   - I close the app

2. panel tool text alignment

   Add horizontal and vertical text alignment options for the Panel Tool fillable text within the text box. Currently the alignment function only allows for the text box itself to align on the page. The ability to align text within the text box is crucial when the lower half of text is cut off at the bottom of the text box when changing fonts.

5. PDF files stored on iCloud do not download (open) from within the program - only from the Finder.

   If I try to open a pdf from within Acrobat that is stored in iCloud, it doesn't open. I have to click twice on the associated cloud icon for it to open. If I click the same pdf file from The Finder, it will open straight away. Is there a fix for this? TIA - DJH

6. Form Fields tab scroll bug

   I've lost the ability lately to scroll the contents via the mouse scroll wheel of the Fields tab of the Prepare a form part of the program. Scrolling works properly in other tabs and dialog boxes though. I started experiencing it since the latest patch.

9. update "new design" with known functions and buttons

   Hey there, my company uses Acrobat DC to view Electrical drawings, So we are used to have buttons for next/previus Page and for next/previus view. The new design is to slim i cant activate the buttons. This is an issue my users cant remember all short cuts for all programms. So a short cut is not a workaound for us.
   Would it be possibile to reesteblish the buttons? If this is not intended please let me know than i just start testing other PDF-players.
   I liked Acrobat but no hard feelings if i and my coulegues are not youre targeted user Group, it is not a new thing most new design are leeving powerusers out of there point of view. Gruß from Bavaria Matthias

10. Shortcut Key for Extracting Page

    Please consider assigning a shortcut key for extracting pages from documents. For instance, use "Ctrl+Shift+X" to extract pages from documents and make deleting pages after exaction as default. Thanks.

12. BUG: Acrobat Reader upgrade to Pro does not allow SAVE AS PDF as prompted for protected PDF

    Editing protected (NO SAVE AS) PDF... can PRINT to save form data, however when try to SAVE AS PDF get message need ACROBAT PRO to save PDF... upgrade to FREE TRIAL of PRO and still can't save PDF file. Attempt to EXPORT AS DOCX or PDF and same error message, require Acrobat Pro. It appears that ACROBAT READER is not refreshing license to understand TRAIL of PRO enabled and as result, does not allow all features. I am stuck... I can't save file and results in DATA LOSS. Adobe needs to fix READER so that license changes updated in running product. There should be an option to refresh license, as example... this would avoid issues.

13. Starred file not added to starred files list

    I have recently reinstalled Acrobat DC on my MacBook Pro, following printing problems. I now use version 24.1, updated through my Creative Cloud professional licence. By the way, my company does not permit using the Creative Cloud itself to store anything (we use Microsft O365...).
    The newer version is much faster and reliable than the previous Acrobat Pro DC I had (can't remember which version it was).
    But a new annoyance has come up : though I still have my favorite files on Acrobat DC's home screen ('starred files' list), I am no longer able to add a new file to it.
    When clicking on the star with my new file open, I am asked to save it first, which I do (either in a new folder or overwriting the existing PDF), but it never ends up in the starred files list.
    Thank you for your insights and solutions to this bug.

14. AutoSave Files to OneDrive or other server products

    Provide an autosave feature that automatically saves an Adobe Acrobat file to my one drive or other server folders, just like is available in Windows products every few minutes. My PC sometimes crashes, or I accidentally close the file, losing all my work.

    I remember this feature being available to auto-save to the Adobe Cloud, but it overwhelmed the Adobe server space.

    *This is a f/u to previous posts (2021 and older) regarding the width of the Comment Pane.

    PLEASE add/ allow user to resize/ change the width of Comment Pane.

    Reason? Because each computer monitor, laptop, or tablet have different screen sizes; AND each user have varying degrees of space between actual monitor and eyes (think ergonomic devices, individuals with vision impairments.) Depending on these factors, the Comment Pane prevents the FULL VIEW of a document.

    Is this an issue that can be related to disability accessibility issues under Federal regulations? => Yes.

    Isn't it better to be able to hold the fridge door enough to see everything that's in it? Versus having to open and close the fridge door every time you want to check if you have a certain item?

    Have I tried adjusting monitor settings? Graphics settings? Browser zoom settings? Document properties? Adobe Acrobat properties? etc. => Yes.

    Do I have the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat PRO? => Yes.

    Have I looked in the Adobe forums? Reddit? Google? .edu sites? And asked my IT personnel and peers? => Yes.

16. tabs

    When closing multiple tabs that need to be saved Adobe used to close in order from the last open tab all the way to the first open tab. Currently when closing the tabs, if you are on the last opened tab, it will close all other tabs, taking away your ability to know what page is being closed and cannot save a file name accordingly to the page needing labeling

18. Bug in Windows 10 preview handler navigation

    System: Windows 10, MS Outlook, Acrobat installed preview handler
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. In Outlook, when receving a mail that has an attachment with more than 1 page, click the attachment once to open the preview handler
    2. Secondary problem/design flaw: in the preview you cannot scroll
    3. Main problem: for navigation in the pages there a "Down" and an "Up" button at the lower edge of the preview. While going down using the Down button works fine, going up again with Up button doesn't work at all.

19. Tab order in Adobe Webforms

    Please would you arrange an urgent fix for the tab order to be amended and therefore sequential when creating web forms? Web forms is a new feature but this is a fundamental flaw which needs to be addressed urgently. What is the point in having an easy to access fillable, signable form via weblink if it doens't tab in the correct order for the user? Please?

20. allow to copy the email from mailto links

    I need to avoid the action of mailto links, because ... (for example the wrong app opens, or I just want to copy the email). But it is not possible to copy just the text of the email to be able to use it.
    The content menu is missing this option.
