  4. editing - unable to change font

    When I am editing text - specifically page numbers when I have moved pages around - I am unable to change the font. The default font is some weird hieroglyphics font and I can't change it.
    Because I work with HUGE and complicated pdfs, I can't simpy remove all the page numbers and re-apply them.

  5. Find and Replace All

    Hello, when finding and replacing texts, I'd like to request a "Replace All" option besides just "Replace".
    Sometimes we don't have access to or cannot change source files, and we'd have to edit the PDFs. It's extremely time-consuming having to find and replace 500+ instances of a word. A "Replace All" button will be very helpful in this scenario.

  7. Don't break menu keyboard sequences from old Acrobat

    Modern Acrobat breaks keyboard sequences we're accustomed to use to navigate menus; for example, alt + V, P,P for double page view. There's not an apparent way to access this or other non-shortcutted functions from the keyboard now. (I do like the leaner view of new acrobat, but please improve keyboard accessibility.)

  8. OCR currently does not work for full colour backgrounds with white text. Adobe remote support confirmed this does not work.

  10. Bug: New feature notification popups can cause failure of opening PDFs from last session on Acrobat launch

    If you have the setting to "Open PDFs from last session on Acrobat launch" enabled, but Adobe Acrobat has updated since its last launch and attempts to pop up a new feature notification WHILE it is opening your PDFs from the previous session, it can trigger an error that causes all the rest of your previous-session PDFs to fail to open. Specifically, an error stating "There was an error opening this document. Acrobat cannot open this file because a task is still active in Acrobat. Please return to Acrobat and end the task before opening this file." pops up OVER…

  11. Fields do not auto-merge when combing multiply documents

    When you are given several PDFs that have fillable fields and are all filled in with different information it would be optional to prevent the fields to merge.
    Example
    Doc 1 has a field for name filled in with Tom
    Doc 2 has a field for name filled in with Dan
    when the two documents are combined Name should not merge to be Tom for everybody.

    Focus on the basics... I can't edit my PDF because you don't have the Montserrat font. But you've added generative AI. Maybe focus on the basics first.

    I wasn't sure why the recipients were not signing on the order I set. Only after quite a few contracts sent out and lots of trouble, I saw a new checkbox o top of the page. Also the new features are not very intuitive, Lot of improvement required.

  14. Support Google Fonts

    The latest iteration of Acrobat only supports Adobe Fonts. This causes great issues when exporting or printing to PDF from Microsoft or Google apps. Please put back support for system fonts and Google fonts. I spent 4 hours manually changing fonts on a 30 page document because Adobe wouldn't support the Google Open Source font, Manrope.

  16. BUG: Acrobat doesn't let go of PDF on close

    Version: 2004.002.20857
    Windows 11
    1. Close PDF in Acrobat Pro.
    2. Try to delete PDF.
    3. Window displays "Document is open in app"
    4. Have to close Acrobat Pro before it will let go of PDF you're trying to delete.

  17. slow opening in 24H2

    Acrobat usually opened within 5 seconds on windows version 23H2 and previous. Upon installation of 24H2 it took over 30 seconds to open. my system has intel i7, 1TB SSD, 16GB ram.

  20. Stop spaming me

    I do not need adobe to pop up every time i search something in the browser. If i need you product I know where to find it. This is ridiculous. I will be cancelling my subscription and uninstalling because for the last few months all I've gotten from Adobe is spam about AI Assistant (which is useless and I have disabled it but still get prompted every time I open reader) and now I'm being spammed in my browser. No way to disable these stupid pop-ups.
