  1. the signin option via PC applications is a loop that never ends

    no browsers ever work, and no alternate options are offered to sign in. For a paid product this is quite frustrating.

    Furthermore, when the pop up window is closed - the entire program is shut down, making reading PDFs in "free mode" not a feasible options either.

    Please assist.

  2. Scenario: Administrators can access and run Content reports that shows the name of a file (in this case PDF). The Global Administrator can not see the contents of that file, just the file name. This is a potential violation of China GDPR laws.

    Request:
    - Add a feature to be able to turn off Content Logs for the entire console
    - Add a feature to be able to turn off Content Logs for selected admin users

  3. Hello,

    Would it be possible to have a license checkup system? Most users need Acrobat to generate PDF files directly from it or from third party software, using the PDF Maker functionality. However, not all users run Acrobat every 30 days and they get a License not registered message. Would it be possible to have a system that checks if the license is valid and keep it activated on the workstations, regardless if the users run Acrobat Pro or not?

  4. Do you offer a way to combine a word document when going to print to pdf from the print driver to combine to a PDF file already saved instead of it overwriting the file but it combines it with the PDF from within that interface?
    When attempting to do this it just prompts me to overwrite the PDF instead of combining it.

    We have this option in the docuPrinter printer, not with Adobe PDF printer.

  5. If I create a "shortcut" of a pdf within Google Drive, I am unable to open and edit the file with Adobe (which I can do when I access the same file in the main folder)

  6. 1) Please allow settings so that a sender can go into their console and re-use a previous transaction without having to start the workflow all over again for a very similar document. For e.g. if I sent out Purchase Req. (PR) form #1, there should be an option for a user to clone the transaction and send PR Form #2 using all the same settings, without having to start the PR workflow. Sort of like the option to resend an email in Outlook – its really a new email but you can use the wording etc. in the previous email.

  7. I know that is not a big issue for the creator who's worked on this update, but it is a very big one for the user. We tried to keep using Acrobat XI the longer as possible, but we had to go in DC, the visual is discutable, but the issue with Output Preview (page rendering, flickering, slow appearance) this is unacceptable!! For a person who's verify many thousand pages per day, it's very frustrating. As an important company as Adobe, this is a lack of respect for the customer, I'm very disapointed.

  8. It is enough for the user to find their data in a single Outlook PST file, which is also a waste of time, so I would suggest you use Split PST Tool. This application is the most secure and easy to use, both non-technical and technical people can easily use it, it has easy steps to Split PST Software:-

    Firstly, install the Split PST application and Open the application.
    Select the splitting option and click on size, folder, and year

  9. Legal agreements often have defined terms in quotation marks.

    when searching and including the quotation marks in the search box, acrobat won't find the terms. See attached screenshot.

  10. On large documents that need to be signed on every page it seems crazy that we have to go through one page at a time to add the signature request box. Surely there is a way to add one signature request box and then right click on that box and select "Add to every page".

  11. The extract to single pdf function extract the selected pages starting the numbering from #1 onward (extracted1.pdf, extracted2.pdf, etc).

    Is there the possibility to decide that, if the number of extracted pages is > 10 the numbering be 01, 02 until 99 (extracted01.pdf, extracted02.pdf, etc) and if > 100 the numbering be 001, 002, 003 and so on (extracted001.pdf, extracted002.pdf, etc)?

  12. To whom it may concern,

    On 04/05/2021 I purchased a subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro from the Adobe website. I was not aware at the time that I could purchase a standalone version of Acrobat (e.g. Acrobat Pro 2020). If I had known, I would have purchased Acrobat 2020 initially instead of a subscription products. Now it will cost another $500-800 to purchase Acrobat 2020.

    I believe the Adobe website is dishonest in its presentations of plans and pricing of products for consumers.

  13. I am amazed at how hard it is to flatten a document when you’re trying to accomplish something so simple. It is amazing and impressive that Adobe has made it so complex, confusing, and impossible to use. It is so bad that when I call Adobe for help, the tech support just advises me to open up the document in Google Chrome and save it as a PDF. For such an expensive product, that is ridiculous!!!

  14. No sure if it was the lasted update (2022.003.20314) that killed it, but it had to be recent because I use it all the time. When I try using Fill & Send to add text, it fails every time with an unknown error. I happens on every document from any source, even after I try to reprint them with Acrobat as the printer or optimize the PDF. I can still sign them, but I cannot add text.

  18. I am able to combine multiple images into a combined PDF file but then when trying to save, I can select the location and hit save, but nothing happens and the save is NOT completed. This seems to happen if the combined file is more than 300 pages, regardless of the images size. If I perform multiple combines and the total pages exceed that threshold, I need to quit the application and restart to be able to save. This only occurs with the 64-bit version (latest version and versions since last June) as I am now working with the 32-bit…

  19. When exporting a PDF via an Email Attachment, Acrobat is not usable until the email is sent. Outlook is also not accessible until the new mail window is closed. The prevents the user from being able to navigate through Outlook or accessing the acrobat application until the email is sent or the email window is closed.

  20. Hi, I have a large PDF document with multiple custumers, Customer reports are not eaven (Cust1 has 5 page report, Cust2 has 28 page report) but are numbered (1,2,3,4,5. 1-28 ) and the report header has the customer account number document date and name.

    The ideal solution it would be to split by Customer number and on the output option rename the document with the Customer No and document date

    (Cust101-30-2023.pdf contains 5 pages and Cust201-30-2023.pdf contains 28 pages)
