2. With Adobe profile update, all comments on Shared Acrobat Files are missing

   I came in with a notification to log into Adobe Creative Suite for profile setup. After running the the dialog box to set up the profile, I lost all comments on shared Acrobat files. That is over 5 hours of review comments lost. Is there a way to retrieve those comments? I have no interest in reviewing a 90 page document again.

   I have a corporate profile on Adobe but, even though on the site I am signed in with the corporate e-mail, on the pdf files I am signed in with my personal e-mail that does not have any rights.. not leaving me read any files. Any clues how I could fix this?

4. Polish font does not work in Fill&Sign

   When I enter a Polish character (for example Ł), the font changes, letters get displaced and the text is unreadable. When I close and reopen the file, the text changes to a random string.

6. I can't create a password shorter than 6 digits

   Remove the 6-digit requirement for a password. I need to be able to do a 4-digit password. I tried the workaround in the registry but it's not working. I am not sure why Adobe feels the need to set this requirement when it's not their document that is being protected.

7. FIX ACROBAT FORGET THE CLOUDE

   Acrobat just quits allowing editing of existing file, clipboard does not work
   any new edits make no sense you must save file then reopen to edit. You people need to fix acrobat and forget cloud and this **** on this website!?

8. Give ability to move navigation pane to top or bottom

   I use dual portrait monitors to look at 2 PDFs at the same time (usually a copy of a tax return on one screen and source documents on the other). The bookmarks are very important to me, but when the bookmark pane is on the left, it makes the PDF itself too small and defeats the purpose of using portrait monitors. However, if I could put the navigation pane at the top (below the tool bar) and display the bookmarks at the top of my screen, that would be very helpful. I looked all over but couldn't find this as an option.

9. Re-share doucments that have been unshared

   It would nice to be able to unshare a document, make changes to it, and reshare it again without losing comments & suggested edits made from previous users that were invited to it. I currently to manually copy/paste client comments from a previously shared file into a new one any time a partial change is made to the doc but old comments still need to be addressed or referenced.

10. Will not install

    Adobe Acrobat DC will not install on my computer (somewhat older mac with macOS Sierra operating system). I bought the license for Acrobat DC (with the 7 day free trial first) and the Creative Cloud interface downloaded on my computer but whenever I try to install acrobat (either from Google Chrome browser or from Creative Cloud directly) it says the installation was successful, but the app does not launch and the app does not exist on my hard drive when I search for it. On Creative Cloud, it invites me to install the app again. TL;DR: the system is saying the acrobat desktop app is successfully installing, but it definitely is not. I tried using the cleaner, I tried uninstall and re-install, but nothing has worked. What am I missing?

11. Adobe Acrobat - Confusion due to too many magnifying glass icons

    There are too many icons in Adobe Acrobat that use a magnifying glass. As a result, I can't find the important/most commonly used icons like zooming in/out and the 'Find' option. Are that many different zoom options really needed, and if they are then maybe do a better job of using a variety of icons and hide the lesser used ones by default. Another option would be to provide one zoom icon on the toolbar and then when you click on that button, it provides a drop-down menu, to choose which specific zoom. There definitely needs to be a clearer representation between the Zoom & Find buttons.

12. Circle option isn't a circle and can we have option of its color?

    We use to have the option to change the circle tool color to red and now I don't see it. Also, the circle is now more like a rectangle with rounded edges? I use this option a lot.

13. Print Thin Lines

    There is a button in Adobe Acrobat Pro that allows toggling thin line weights as shown on the screen on and off but there is now way to get the document to print with thin lines. This is true of both PDF and physical printers. This can make working with and sharing readable engineered drawings difficult. Please follow up on this regardless of vote count! If you need to gauge interest in this request you should search "how to print thin lines in Adobe Acrobat" and easily see that this improvement would be widely appreciated. Adobe has obviously realized the value of being able to view documents with their intended line weights, hence the existence of the toggle button. Now just make the print function use the current state of the existing line weight toggle button to decide how to print the line weights! Just like good ol' WYSIWYG ! It is obvious that relatively few users take the time to access or even know about the existence of this feature request page. Even if they did the functionality for searching for previous requests that match your own is not very effective so how to you expect important request to gather votes? Thank you for your attention to this critical feature update. Please help make the costly Acrobat Pro the only PDF software I need to accomplish my tasks.

16. Change last step instruction to send a PDF electronic document

    My clients get confused about the last step before they send out the document. It says "tap to sign" instead of "tap to send". I think it should be corrected.

17. Acrobat (and all derivative applications) should have a file Refresh/Reload command & shortcut

     Acrobat (and all its derivatives & applications) desperately need a "Reload" or "Refresh" command for the currently selected .PDF document.  Not only may the document have changed without notice on the server without a semaphore lock on the file, but also Acrobat applications can and do frequently run into some kind of file reading problem, such as temporarily disconnected server, timed-out internet connection, corrupted connection, or not enough memory at the moment.  
    Who knows why these issues weren't accounted for in Acrobat's development, but because of these issues, it seems very short-sighted from the development side to not have included a simple way to refresh/reload the currently selected document.  
     Further, the 'recent files' list does not seem to update to include the currently selected file when such an issue occurs; so, it's doubly frustrating because the user can not simply close & reload the file from the 'recent files' list -- instead, the user often has to go through the potentially long file locating navigation process all over again. 
    Please add a File>>Reload/Refresh command with a hot-key shortcut.

18. Have "Last Slide View" button be functional when converting from PPT to PDF

    There used to be an add-on feature that allows the "last slide view" button to actually work in PPT when exporting to PDF. Unfortunately it seems that only the back, next, home, last or first works... but not the last slide view. That would be extremely helpful when working with interactive document.

20. [BUG] Adobe Acrobat has encountered an unknown error

    We have an application that generates PDF files using Quick Report library.
    Those PDFs cannot be edited in Adobe Acrobat 2020 (Adobe Acrobat has encountered an unknown error) but they can be edited with other PDF tools such as SodaPDF.

    I tried all methods listed in this forum but nothing worked.

    The only solution is to print the PDF using the 'Adobe Printer' and then edit this file.
    It's a simple workaround but quite painful when you have to do it dozens of times per day.

    It would be nice if Adobe could provide a fix for an issue that has been happening for years.
