1. Feature request Redact - please make it possible to use multiple replacement texts/images

   Redact - please make it possible to use multiple replacement texts or images

   I want to use a few of different replacement texts while redacting one document.
   I would be very usefull when each replacement text has an own icon in the tool bar. Each replacement text has an other color on the screen, before the redactions are applied.

   Now I have to save the document each time, when I need to change the replacement text for redaction.

2. open cross-references to same document in new tab/window

   please add a functionality that allows you to open a cross-reference to a point within the same document in a new tab/window. currently when you click a cross-reference the reader jumps to the linked section in the document and the current position where the link was clicked from gets lost. this happens a lot of times when you read a scientific script for example and there are references to figures/tables on a different page. every time you click a link and you want to go back afterwards it takes a lot of time to scroll back to the origin page. i posted this issue to the community and got told to submit a request here by an adobe support team member.

3. Allow Collaboration on Fill & Sign Docs

   I ask clients to complete detailed forms in excess of 6 pages. The form usually cannot be completed in one sitting, and client's often have questions. I would like to:
   - collaborate with my client and assist in completing the form online,
   - review the form to make sure it is complete before signing
   - allow the client to save their progress and come back to the form at a later time.

   It seems there is no way to do these things in real time online.

4. Allow a "Classic" Acrobat theme or other customization for focus

   The new themes available are very distracting for commenting on documents. Please allow us to revert to something more closely resembling the Acrobat XI theme, or at least allow for something between the Light Gray and Dark Gray display themes, so attention can be more focused on the page instead of the tools. Also please allow the comment sidebar to be made more narrow, as it takes up about 1/3 of a view when viewing two files on a single screen.

5. Better Video support overall

   Better video support, either from a Vimeo, YouTube etc link or embedded file. Functionality seems too be broken apart from Publish Online.

   Videos 'stick' in place when moving to next page and bars are shown rather than video sit on screen.

6. Adobe GigaSign bulk downloading across different periods to be sorted according to per sending instance

   REF: E-000498370

   I have discussed this ticket with Tech Support - when doing a GigaSign Bulk Download, all signed documents are downloaded in a chronological order and no option is available to batch or group these files in an organized fashion. The tech support agent advised me that the bulk sign tool did not have this level of customization for Gigasign or Megasign documents.

7. [BUG] Adobe Acrobat/Reader Version 2021.007.20099 - JAWS will not open links with ENTER

   Since the update to version 2021.007.20099 was released, JAWS will open links with SHIFT+ENTER but not ENTER.
   Even when opening with SHIFT+ENTER, JAWS does take you to the correct page, but reads text from a previous page.
   This has been tested on my desktop with Win 10 Pro, my laptop with Win 11 Home, in Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
   The issue has also been reported by other users who are members of the JAWS listserv.
   Unfortunately, Adobe makes it difficult to revert to earlier versions which means that accessibility professionals like me have to release pdf's to the public with links that haven't been properly tested, not to mention the fact that end users who have installed the latest update will begin to encounter the issue as well.

   Here's a description from another accessibility professional on the listserv:
   I was getting the same problem and did a lot of research that showed the problem is with the latest version of Adobe Reader (2021.007.20099). The issues do not occur with Adobe Reader 2021.007.20091 and Adobe Acrobat 2021.007.20095.

   Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any way to obtain recent versions of Adobe Reader other than the very latest one. They do have an FTP site at ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/, but there are a couple of gotchas:

   1. Chrome and Firefox no longer support FTP, so I had to use Internet Explorer! You might be able to use an FTP client, but WS_FTP 12 wouldn't connect because it insisted I enter a username and password, even though neither is required.

   2. The most recent version of Adobe Reader I could find was dated 28 October 2020. I uninstalled the latest version and installed this one, and JAWS now works properly with PDFs again. It's not ideal to be using such an old version, but it's good enough to allow us to continue testing PDFs until Adobe release a fix.

   Since the update to version 2021.007.20099 was released, JAWS will open links with SHIFT+ENTER but not ENTER.

8. BUG : Acrobat / AcrobatPDF Maker - Word - Gradient (Circular) - Pattern & Representation

   When using Microsoft Word & PDFMaker:

   Circular gradients do not have the expected gradient pattern. They have a STAR shaped gradient pattern.

   This star shaped gradient pattern is more apparent as the shape that has a gradient fill becomes SMALLER.

   Also, Acrobat stores these shapes and fills as a Bitmap image representation, so they are not Vector objects as expected, so they do not regenerate with scaleing.
   Other PDF software, e.g. FoxIt PDF Editor, does not have this gradient pattern problem. Also it stores the shapes and gradients correctly as a Vector object.

   [Note: Other unexpected patterns, may occur with other gradient styles apart from Circular]

   ATTACHED are sample files that show this issue (.PDF, .DOC.)

   [ Tested with WORD 2016 ]

9. Stop 'helpful' hints

   Provide a means to disable the 'helpful' hints about using features, such as the blue box that pops up over tools, sending documents for signature. I am a long-time user and I know them all.

10. Internal Browser in Adobe Acrobat Pro vunerable, needs updating

    When accessing Adobe Document Cloud via the Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop version, the application is using Google Chrome (80.x) agent internally.
    The current version of chrome is 92.x.

    Our company does not allow chrome versions below 82.x as this is insecure and has many vulnerabilities rendering the desktop version useless for us. Will adobe look to update this in the future?

11. Page transitions are no longer working in acrobat. Please can you advise

    There seems to be a bug in Acrobat Pro DC. Since I switched to a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020), the page transitions in Acrobat do not work. I only have an ugly cut from one page to the next. Please advise.

12. Upload files with its contents

    Im trying to move my scanned documents from Dropbox to : documentcloud.adobe.com.
    However, i cant upload files with it contents , i have to manually upload each file content separately, which will take a long time... please add an option that i can upload files (that can contain files within and documents ) to make me keep my already organized data and make it easier to copy all my data to adobe cloud service . Thank you.

14. FIND & Replace broken/hangs & should allow single character replacements, especially since problem needed after import errors

    When importing text into Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, it often has single character errors throughout the document. In using your Find/Replace feature, it only worked once for only some of the instances. I think it has to do with your default to "whole word" being greyed out, but honestly this should be a straight-forward feature! It should allow any text string to be replaced throughout the document, especially formatting characters caused by import errors. Also, I did try the redact feature and it did NOT work as I need the formatting to be corrected. Additionally, although I did get a few characters "replaced" initially, I was not able to get the Find/Replace feature to work again, even after saving the file etc. I used to be a systems engineer and this is very simple to code; it's disappointing to see how long this has been a problem feature.

15. Request signature with password protect

    I would like to be able to send Request Signature documents from inside of Adobe that are password protected. It seems silly that we can password protect documents from inside of adobe for viewing but can't select a recipient to send the that same documents for them to view, sign, and return, all while being password protected. I guess if security is of the utmost concern then Adobe is not the program you should select to send secure documents. I hope they fix this function soon.

16. Reinstate button to allow for quick emailing of file.

    In a prior version there was a quick button that allowed a user to quickly and easily send the document to an email program to forward to a customer without having to use the Cloud. Would be great to have that option again!

17. Cannot Print - Acrobat Pro on Mac M1

    Cannot Print any PDF from Acrobat (Creative Cloud app). It says no pages are selected. I went to User Forum, but the fix there is outdated and not applicable to my OS. It did not work.
    This is a recent bug.

18. New DC Edit Function

    I've recently upgraded to the new DC version from my previous PRO version.

    The editing function is unbearable to use, typing in the text box is so slow it's impossible to get anything done/progressed.

    Also adding lines and other mark-up boxes shapes seems to be now non-existent.

    If Adobe bring out new versions and expect us to pay for the upgrade, surly we should at least expect this to be an improvement on what was there previously and not a backward step, disappointing thus far unless I'm missing something with my upgrade??

    Can someone help.

20. Create PDF from multiple PDF files

    When I create a binder Pdf from different pdf files, I cannot save the binder. It remains just stuck on the save window and nothing happens. How can this be solved? There are sites which only allow uploading of a single file, thus you need to be able to combine more files into one. Thanks for your prompt support.
