2. Fine white border/line around PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC

   Please fix the setting, or allow us to "turn off" the setting that shows a white border or line around the edge of the PDF when viewed in Acrobat Pro DC. This may have been to help highlight the edge of the page when the page and the background are the same color. However, it's causing major issues for me when I'm trying to proof and review full-page / full-color PDFs for printing. I have attached an image to show the top edge of the page I'm proofing right now, and I can't tell if this is the printer proof that's a problem or Acrobat's way of displaying this.

   This issue was previously reported by someone who said it happened when exporting a PDF from InDesign. The idea was dismissed by a developer who couldn't see the issue in the PDF, and said it's probably caused by InDesign. HOWEVER, I have this issue with ALL of my PDFs right now, regardless of their source software. I don't think it's a PDF page issue, so much as an Acrobat Pro DC display issue. Thanks.

3. Adobe DC is previewing and printing blank

   I was printing from Adobe fine all day and then suddenly I started getting a blank preview screen and blank printouts. I'm not sure what is up. I updated to the newest Adobe DC, restarted my computer, and I still have the problem.

4. Bug Report

   Acrobat DC keeps getting stuck in - "This operation not allowed, since scanning is in progress" - mode. Cannot clear it. Cannot perform any additional functions. Have to force shutdown.Seems to happen with certain acrobat created files but not others when I attempt to recognize text or run the enhance file feature of Acrobat.
   Windows 10 OS.

5. Please continue to offer a retail version of Adobe Acrobat Pro

   For many years I have been programming Acrobat forms for my employer as a non-IT specialist.
   I have put a lot of private money and free time into programming.
   Now my employer will no longer provide Acrobat Pro on a rental basis due to your too complicated licensing model. Please offer computer licenses for purchase again.
   Otherwise we will have to switch to another PDF software.

6. can not save pdf

   After downloading a password-protected document (with password protection but authorization for form processing and saving) can only save once.

   When trying to save the document a second time (also under a different name), the error message appears:
   "The document could not be saved.
   The file is either read-only or used by another user.
   Save the document under a different name or in a different folder. "

   Unfortunately, the document can not be saved under a different name and / or folder.

7. Logs for Account creations/deletes

   It would be helpful if the Adobe Admin Console had an area where you can see when an account is created or deleted. We have Enterprise licensing and i'm surprised that this info is not available, especially for audit purposes.

8. Update reminder schedule

   Setting a reminder feature is helpful, and sometimes we have the need to update the reminder schedule (ex: the reminder is set for every other day and we want to update it to once per week). I contacted support and they said I could try cancelling a document and resending it with a new reminder schedule. Is there a way to update the reminder schedule without cancelling the document? This would more user friendly for the sender and receiver of the document.

9. Prevent unintended over subscription

   My enterprise has subscriptions to individual Creative Cloud apps (e.g. PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), as well as "All App" subscriptions (i.e. the entire Creative Cloud bundle), as well as Acrobat Standard, and Acrobat Professional. Adobe should provide me with alerts when it detects that a user is over subscribing. For example: (1) If a user is assigned an All Apps subscription, an alert should be raised it they are also assigned any other subscription. (2) If a user is assigned 3 or more individual Creative Cloud apps (excluding Acrobat) an alert should be raised since it is more cost effective for them to have an All Apps subscription. (3) If a user is assigned an Acrobat Standard subscription and an Acrobat Professional subscription, an alert should be raised. Named user subscriptions makes it easy for accidental over subscription to occur. Adobe should help customers avoid this by detecting and alerting over subscription.

10. Individual Creative Cloud subscriptions should be universal to every Creative Cloud product

    For my enterprise I subscribe to multiple individual Creative Cloud products (for users who need 1 or 2 products only, since it is more cost effective than an All Apps subscription). I might have 9 of 10 PhotoShop subscriptions assigned, 10 of 10 Illustrator subscriptions assigned, and 11 of 10 InDesign subscriptions just assigned. That means I have to true up InDesign by 1 even though I overestimated my PhotoShop and am 'overpaying' until I am allowed to true it down. All individual subscriptions cost the same, so Adobe should allow me to transfer quantities between products (so I can just reduce PhotoShop by 1 by transferring it to InDesign - bringing InDesign up to 11). The new subscription model is already working in Adobe's favor - the least Adobe can do is provide more value to its customers by creating flexible subscription controls like this.

11. [Bug] Adobe Acrobat/Reader changes font object when doing a signature which invalidates previous signature

    We just notcied a strange behavior of Acrobat/Adobe Reader (DC 2019.021.20056) and found the root cause:

    There's a generated PDF that uses standard fonts which are referenced through the AcroForm default resources entry, too. Strangely the font has a Name entry in its dictionary:

    We add 2 signature fields with our own tool and certify/sign one field. This results in a valid document, which you can download here (https://customers.setasign.com/adobe/document-with-name-in-font.pdf). Do not wonder, there's really only a single line on the page.

    When you open this document in Adobe Acrobat or Reader and sign the left field the new signature is fine but the previous one is invalid because of changes which were not allowed. The resulting document is available here (https://customers.setasign.com/adobe/document-with-name-in-font-signed.pdf).

    We tracked it down that Adobe Acrobat/Reader simply removes the Name entry from the font dictionary which invalidates the first signature:

    If we remove the Name key before we add the signature fields and the first signature everything runs without any issue.

    So from my point of view this seems to be a bug in Acrobat, or? Not to say that the generation library should omit the Name entry, too.

    Worked fine until recently. If I try scanning, exporting or any major action it just closes. No error message. Running Win 10 Pro 1909 and Acrobat Standard 2015.006.30505. Went through all troubleshooting steps still ng.

15. Command Click Title Bar Finder MacOS

    I've noticed that with recent updates to Adobe Acrobat DC that one can no longer Command-Click the title bar of the window to open the containing folder in Finder. This works for other apps. This is really useful when trying to find the file.

16. PDF pages will be hidden/show interactively

    We are evaluating the PDF feature for our customer needs, the PDF document should be displayed only a few pages and rest will be hidden, there will be two buttons at the end of the document in displayed pages, 1) Accept 2) Reverse, if user click on Accept button, hidden pages will be displayed, when he choose Reverse, then an email notification will be sent to the document author. I found that Adobe acrobat supports Javascripts but we have difficulty to find the perfect solution for the above problem.

    I want to achieve this by following steps.

    1) While writing the pdf document, I want to mark pages to be hidden.
    2) Send the document to the user and let the user read the first part of the document and decide what he wants.
    3) If the user clicks the Accept button then pdf document will be displayed the second part of the document
    4) if the user clicks the Reverse button, then it will be sent an auto email to the document author.

    Please Guide us if you have any alternative way to achieve this or consider this as a new feature.

    However, please let us know the possibilities, appreciate for the help.

17. Organize Pages, Extract, no ability to type in desired multiple page range

    Organize Pages, Extract, currently: no ability to type in desired multiple page range.
    Currently you have to select the Picture Pages to get a Range selected.
    Why can't you all make it available to type in our Multiple Page Range, too, in the Page # box?
    This was a feature for a long time on the older version. It was much quicker & less errors to be able to type in my Page Range to Extract.

19. Barcode - QR Code - X Dimension - Larger than 0.04in

    When adding a Barcode Field:
    Barcode Field Properties > Options > Symbology: QR Code >
    Decode Condition > Custom > X-Dimension:

    the size is unable to go beyond 0.04in ... my client wants a larger Barcode in the file. But with this limitation, I cannot meet their needs.

    My suggestion is to allow any value.

20. Bring back the File Export User Interface = *.aaui

    The Acrobat XI version before Acrobat XI Pro 2017 let the user export the current settings to a standard *.aaui file. That way, one could alter between preferences or GO BACK if a change was not working as needed/expected. It also allowed for exchange of settings between users if User B preferred concept used by User A ....

    For the life of me I cannot understand why I found this previous request to be 'DECLINED' :

    There also needs to be a way to save customize Quick Tools settings. If I rest the toolbars, I then have to manually set up quick tools again when I want to go back to a certain arrangment. They should work like workspaces do in the other Adobe program
