pdf for Word for Mac -- bullets not converting properly
Using Microsoft Word for Mac Ver 16.78.3 under Mac iOS Sonoma 14.0 as recently updated. Seems any bullet points done in WORD no longer convert properly as a pdf. Instead they appear and open squares. Others in my office have NOT updated to Sonoma and bullets are working properly. HELP!

We would like to have a report that shows how many agreements were sent to a particular participant (through a workflow) and how long it took that participant to review and sign.

Could you only partially lock a PDF document after signing?
Hello, when I create a PDF form with fields, I fill in my part and sign it. From then on, the entire document is locked and my colleague cannot write anything in it (except sign it). Could you give us the choice of only locking the fields already filled in and signed and leaving the other fields empty without locking? THANKS

online adobe acrobat reader cloud not saving "fill" changes to documents
There seems to be a bug with the adobe acrobat reader cloud not saving "fill", "sign" or "draw" changes to documents when multiple documents are opened or when the same file is uploaded twice.
The changes are absent when downloaded or when automatically saved in the "your documents" tab. The bug appears often for me1 vote -

Date below Signature for more efficiency
Hello
Please move "Date" below the "Signature" instead of going to different tabs. Initial is not often used as "Date". This way we can save lots of time to move back and forth and specially with multiple signers for a long documents.

Adobe Acrobat PDF Cloud Commenting tool does not let you see the history of comments that have had a checkmark applied
On the cloud version there is no way to show the history of comments once they have had a check mark applied.

Adobe Sign Merge Fields no longer functioning
In prior versions, I was able to use fields in my source document, that would facilitate conversion to an e-signature document. These fields are no longer recognized as of September 2023 acrobat update, both online and in the native windows software. Example fields: {{Siges:signer1:signature}}, {{Nes:signer1:fullname}}, {{*Ttles:signer1:title}}, etc.. Recommend returning these features.

I click on save but it does not save
This is a problem that your technical people need to correct, it is useless to take time reading up about other peoples approach. The lack of functionality is an enginerring and technical porblem that has to be corrected by your managers. Someone should sue you for fraud

Allow us to decline installation of Microsoft 365 plugins
Every time Acrobat updates in the background, it inserts its buttons on my Word ribbon. I can hide this section or disable the plugin, but these changes are erased with the next update. At times, the plugins also break Outlook. I don't want or need them. Can I opt out?

Visualização do número de páginas
O número das páginas não está visível adequadamente na nova versão do programa. O indicador de página atual apenas comporta 3 dígitos, o que é extremamente inconveniente quando há mais de 1000 páginas em um documento. Assim, se estou na página 1028 de 1148, por exemplo, só é mostrado 102. Nem mesmo quando clico no visor é possível visualizar o número de página adequado, pois ele informa apenas os 3 últimos dígitos, ou seja, 028.
Isso gera grandes inconvenientes que não havia na versão anterior, já que não é possível alterar o local de visualização das páginas no programa.1 vote -

When trying to email a PDF document, the email popup/dropdown closes automatically upon initial open, and choosing not to send as a link also has to be clicked twice.

Adobe Pro bug Portuguse Opo-up Window
Portuguese pop-up bug appears after Adobe Pro is open for a couple of minutes. See attached file with pop-up window that renders Adobe Pro inoperable. I can only close the program using the Task Manager.

PDFMaker - Styleref fields in Word have "0B" or "20B" etc appended before them in resultant PDF
I've had this issue intermittently for years: I thought it was gone but it's reappeared on a new document that has separate lineage from the last time I had it (different company).
My footer has stylerefs which take in the cover styles and the appendix heading styles, putting the document title(s) and appendix number & name in the footer. All looks fine on screen, but when I use Acrobat PDFMaker to output it, it will append "0B" or something similar to the beginning of one of the fields.
I tried exporting it using the PDF XChange plugin and this didn't…

save prompt overwrite
When I comment on a PDF and click ctrl+s, I am prompted for a save location every time. This is annoying. The forums said to disable enchanced security, protected mode at startup, and show online saving locations. However, please fix this default behavior.
If I comment on a PDF, and click ctrl+S or save, it should automatically overwrite the file in the same location without prompting for "save as."
