View Comments Highlight Color
When I click the comment icon pointing to the spot on the pdf and look in the right hand comments column to see what the comment is, it is impossible to see what item is the one I just clicked on. There is a very faint grey background that is very hard to see. Can you make it more obvious which comment is the one I clicked on?

Textfield custom JS get lost under windows
OS: Windows 10
Acrobat Pro DC v2022.002.20191 | 64 bitSteps to reproduce:
- open a PDF form with custom JS for textfield calculations
- activate form tools
- select a textfield and open properties / calculation
- JS is at the custom field (bottom)
- close the dialoge window
- repeat it with other textfield (open/close)
- repeat it with the first textfield
- (optional) repeat it multiple timesobserved result: with a ~50% chance the (saved) JS code is gone
expected result: JS code should be not deletedlooks like a windows problem, no problems on MAC so…

Defective eSign Process
Here's why there was a problem that consumed an inordinate amount of time today. I could not enter my Adobe password to eSign. Using your Tech Support's suggestion of configuring a new eSignature, I had to enter an Apple password. I did so. When I attempted to eSign I ran into the same problem using my Adobe digital signature password. THEN, I used my Apple password and got in. Adobe is guilty of requiring an Apple password but not specifying that. Please get the Adobe website software fixed to give the correct prompt. Your BS password process below won't work…

Adobe Pro DC hangs in Monterey OS and is unusable
I have just upgraded to Monterey and Adobe Pro DC hangs within 2-3 seconds (whirly) and needs to be closed using Force Quit....the error report is massive.....at present the app is not usable in any way....

Allow simple comments and notes to be added (like instructions). I want to add a simple comment (instruction) that are not under discussion. I don't want the option to reply to the comment and do not want the 'reply' box to appear under the comment.

Allow moving the "Set or change properties for the selected text" widget away from the textbox I'm editing
When I double click he text in a text box that I added, in order to change the font size or color, the editing widget covers up what I'm trying to edit. I'd like to be able to move that widget somewhere else on the page while I'm editing so I can see what I'm editing. Otherwise, I have to move my textbox, edit it, then move it back.

Acrobat fails on exporting ligatures to Microsoft Word
When exporting PDFs to Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat fails on exporting ligatures correctly. (See screenshot attached)

Exclude punctuation from whole word selection
When selecting text in Acrobat, it defaults to selecting the entire word, so that editors must routinely deselect text Acrobat has included in error. I understand from past comments that Adobe has no intention of changing this behavior.
But could you at least not consider adjacent punctuation to be part of the word?
If I want to select a word at the end of a sentence, I very rarely want to select the period, too. If I do, I can drag a little further much easier than carefully dragging back just one character to undo Acrobat's mistaken selection.

Billing issue email links to staging
There's no option for email or communication in this so i picked one of the products we pay for.
When we receive emails related to billing issues the link to "Update your Payment" is broken. It appears to link to a staging environment. (https://stage.adminconsole.adobe.com/) which doesnt load (as i would expect).
If i remove "staging." in the URL i get to the proper adminconsole.

Canceled vs Cancelled
The application uses both spellings of canceled / cancelled at different times. It would be more consistent to use the same spelling throughout. (Example, when looking through all agreements, you see "Cancelled/Declined" but when you are emailed about the same agreement, the email header reads, "Agreement Exchange Canceled."

signatures are being repeated automatically
I need my clients to sign a document in 5 different signature boxes and to be legally acceptable, they have to be taken separately so that they dont appear to be the same and a copy of each other.
At the moment its only possible if I send 5 Mails and then my client can sign the first box, finish the document and then send it. Afterwards he gets another mail with the request to fill out box 2/5 and so on and so forth. This should be possible to change in the settings so that one can do 5…1 vote -

Acrobat Sign indicator for signed documents in SharePoint
In a Sharepoint document library the signature status shall be indicated in the Share Point meta data. It should be visible how many of the requested signers have already signed the document and the signed status. That means all signer signed the document. Plus the signature date. It would be great if the link to the signed PDF document would be available as well in the document library.
This is requested because most of users work in the Share Point library not in the signed document library. They want to see in their document library at a glace which documents…

Select text and right click to choose 'search the internet'.
MSword and all other text apps allow this functionality but still not in adobe.

Adobe Synchronizer Prevents Pdf from being moved from one fold to another folder
Even when Pdf is closed, moving a pdf from one folder to another folder cannot be done. The user needs to restart their computer in order to move the pdf from one folder to another. Changing directories is impossible because Adobe synchronizer is running in the background. Please fix this.
