  1. Adobe Sign - Return Home

    After closing out an agreement, I click the logo in the upper left corner hoping to return to the Adobe Sign Home but it takes me back to my login page where I have to choose the profile. Problem is, beyond the minor annoyance, is my Adobe Sign profile is never there to select. I have to rely on my bookmark to get back to the screen I need.

  2. Flickering text and images

    After creating a pdf, the front page (built of several layers in indesign of which one is half transparent), keeps flickering on and off. I cannot present this to my client. Never had this before. This happened more often eversince the new pdf interface (not a helpful update in my opinion). Also regular tekst sometimes flickers as I open somebody elses pdf file. I hope you can fix all this or offer the option to go back to the older interface (which was good). OSX Ventura 13.6 - pdf version 2023-006-20360.

    Nosso procedimento referente a organização dos documentos para ganharmos tempo funciona da respectiva forma;
    Começamos a scanear e organizar cerca de 3800 prontuários funcionais da prefeitura do nosso município de maneira cronológica numérica e alfabética.
    Procedimentos que desejamos para ganharmos tempo;
    Precisamos pegar esse prontuário do jeito que se encontra e já scanear para depois dentro do software eu conseguir fazer a respectiva ordem.
    Percebemos que quando realizamos os procedimentos na função organizar ele não me despõe a opção Renomear, mas ele me dispõe a opção…

    I am writing to you on behalf of BMW AG.
    We have a number of userswho need a function that we found out it is currently abvailable in 2 other applications (Free PDF - free Software and PDF 24 Creator) .

    The option we would like to have in Acrobat Pro is the following:
    1. Combine Word, Excel , PDF (no matter of the format ) of files that are not locally saved (e.g. taken from another application,Outlook etc) combine them and at the end print / convert to PDF.

  7. Maths symbols problem

    Complex formulas are typed up in Latex for maths research and PDFs are created. We do some editing in Adobe Acrobat Pro afterwards to the PDFs. This was working fine until a few months ago.

    Symbols started randomly disappearing from PDFs. The same symbol in the same article disappears in some cases but doesn't in others. We have tried fixing the font problem in case some fonts are not on our version. We never know which documents will have a problem and which ones won’t. It’s random and mysterious.

    It's not a simple case of missing fonts or outdated fonts…

  8. 'Enter' to save to recent folder instead of defaulting to documents

    In the previous version of Adobe, after hitting 'Ctrl-S' to save, you could then hit 'Enter' on the popup window to then open the most recent folder you have been saving to, now, unless you click the folder with your cursor, 'Enter' defaults to opening Documents as your save destination.

  9. The split option in the "Organizes Pages" is HORRIBLE!!!

    This new STUPID version of Adobe and the split option is horrible! I put all the correct information in, i.e., split the documents by top-level bookmarks, use the names for files, and put the documents in the folder I chose on my computer. It takes AT LEAST 3 times before it splits the PDF splits correctly. This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

  10. Bring text to front

    At the moment, I'm trying to mark an X in a box on a form. But, the letter keeps being hidden behind the box. I am trying to bring the letter to the front. Or send the images to the back. But, it's not working. And, in Googling for a solution, I have found complaints on this very topic dating back to at least 2010 (and continuing year after year after year...!) To be clear, if I play around with this particular form, I can find a work around. And I'm guessing I'll find a work around next time, too.…

  12. display both comments AND pages navigation/preview

    How can I display bith teh comments and pages preview when browsing a pdf now that both options are on the right side? I can only manage to display the pages OR the comment, not bot and this is VERY annoying (changing th interface this much is really disturbing, such a waste of time!!)

  14. Bug - Identity Confirmation for Signature

    When signing documents, it will prompt me to login to verify my identity. When using OAuth (Google) it does not proceed through the work flow or show an error; the authentication window disappears.

  15. Split File Errors

    This is a bug that I am able to reproduce every time I run this report. It worked before you changed the interface just fine. In this new version, I have to use the split files function several times in a certain order to achieve the correct result. I've made a video of the exact issue and process it takes to get the tab names onto the files when I split the PDF into separate PDF's.

  17. exception report for signed documents (sent using Acrobat Pro license)

    It would be great to have an exception report in Acrobat Pro containing all signature requests made to email addresses not pertaining to the domain - @abccompany.com (ie. the organization that owns the licenses)?

  19. Error message pops up everytime I open a PDF

    Multiple users at my client company has an error message (I attached it to this form) when opening PDF's its not affecting their work, but they find it annoying to have this window that pops up everytime they open something.

    I saw on the community forum ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/adobe-reader-quit-unexpectedly/td-p/14091441 )
    That other users are having the same issue but no fix are found yet. Could you guys try to fix this issue?

  20. Watermark font options only have 'Symbol'

    When I try to add a watermark, I can't seem to change the text font to anything but 'Symbol'. I used to be able to have 'Arial' but this is all gone.

    I have rebooted several times in vain.
