  1. Need a much quicker and simpler look at document's print production properties. The print production tool, while very detailed and complete, is to complex for quick-view of a document's export properties needed for print production uses and web. Would be great if under the FILE > PROPERTIES there could be a tab for such info or a "Document Info" window. Bonus if the info displayed can be customized (showing/hiding) general information items.

  5. Edit Menu > Form Options: does not always show when opening a Form PDF. In Acrobat Standard DC it is hit or miss as to if the Edit Menu show the Form Options selection.

    What makes the 'dynamic menu' feature sense a pdf form?

    Edit > “Form Options” > is visible (default) in following two cases -

    1. A reader extended PDF is opened in Acrobat.
    2. A distributed PDF.

    The menu option is also, available in same session for a non-Reader Extended PDF (or non-distributed) if they are opened with a Reader Extended PDF (and/or Distributed PDF).
    That ways the “Edit > Form Option” stays visible until user exit Acrobat application.

    Please note, Edit > “Form Options” > does not appear when we are creating form from scratch because as an author he/she has the advantage of using Prepare Form Tools.

  6. Unbelievable to me that I can't just simply paste a URL from a site into a comment box. Shows up as text squares as though it can't find the font helvetica
    For some reason I can just paste it right onto the page, but not into a comment box.

  8. It's a bug. Cannot open a new Outlook email from inside of Acrobat. Worked up until Mojave, now got a request for permission. Acrobat switches to Outlook, but then errors out with a vague error, no information.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
    Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
    Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  10. there are lots of fonts that become nonsense symbols when we open a PDF...it would be handy if we could back our, right click and open a PDF as an image, then it would not be an issue.

  13. In earlier versions of acrobat, it was feasible to move a page by right clicking and inserting new page number. This is very helpful for a large document not visible in one screen. For example, if page number 86 needed to be moved to page 7, then just right click page 86, it will open up move dialog box, and just type page 7. Page 86 will be after Page 6 as desired

  15. Gross lack of basic text formating. Why is this? If the product allows Font selection/ sizing, and paragraph justification then indentation is a must.

    Numbering: Unable to start with a specifc letter or number....why not?

    Font type: I have to scroll down a list, why can't I type the first letters and it comes to me?

  17. Its become a "thing" for people to use old book binding techniques to make journals, and.. frankly, sometimes it would be nice to "print" something with more than a dozen stapled pages. Or, even print such a large thing in "sections" so that you have, say, the first 10 pages as one booklet, the next ten as a second, etc.

    Problem is, right now, if you want to do this with a PDF, no matter the source or content, you are left hand calculation every single group of pages, then manually printing each batch. It would be nice to actually…

  19. Signature feature doesn't work anymore... it is switching to the text tool even though it shows my signature in the "Sign" icon as well as my initials... but it switches to the "AB" graphic for me to only type something.

  20. There is a very strange bug in Adobe's XML Data Signatures support. If the target of a manifest includes an "Id" element, the correct transform will not run.

    <Reference URI="#410">
        <Transforms>
            <Transform Algorithm="http://www.w3.org/2001/10/xml-exc-c14n#WithComments"/>

        <DigestValue>6LIx9NZKzbyFXC+qOW/n9bo0RS8=</DigestValue>
    </Reference>

    If I remove the Id attribute from the Data DOM, it works
