  1. I am coming from Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and started using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release (latest and greatest?). My only real complaint is that Pro 2017 would keep the last thumbnail size and panel width when opening new documents. Our office uses Adobe to extract documents using the page thumbnail feature, and now we will have hundreds of employees having to readjust the thumbnail size/panel width for every new document. This is going to add hours of work per day on a feature that Adobe removed for... some reason? Please bring back the feature or add an option in…

  2. I pay for Adobe AI. It says that it can analyze a document up to 600 pages. I upload a document that is less than 500 pages and it will answer questions once or twice, then it fails. It says that it can't be used to analyze my document and can only analyze documents less than 200 pages. Honestly, the AI is very slow compared to other free options on the internet, and less insightful as well. I don't think this product is ready for prime time, and definitely not to the point where you should be charging people money…

  3. This is a bug report, I think.

After applying security to a form, I can still edit the tab order. I added a permissions password and allowed filling in form fields. After saving to apply the security, I opened the Prepare a form tools. From there, it allowed me to drag and drop to reorder fields in the fields pane, let me save my changes, and those changes were there after closing and reopening the file.

Since I applied security this should not have been possible. But I tried it multiple times and in different files, and each time it…

  4. Every time I choose Save As (on Windows), an Acrobat window opens, offering me a choice of previous folders to save to. That is completelyuseless_ and only wastes my time. Just take me to the system's Save As dialog. You just make the user click an extra time to perform a routine task. If you really need to provide more options, then replace the system's Save As dialog with one that includes all the functionality of the two dialog boxes.

  5. We created a new Group Name called AdobeProDc in the Admin Console, to which we moved all the users. This group had the Adobe Pro default profile assigned to it.
Upon doing so when users started activating the license at their computer the About screen now just displays 'Adobe Acrobat'. If we were to simply assign the Adobe Pro license directly to a particular user, the About screen displays 'Adobe Acrobat Pro"
This bug or Design is confusing a lot of our users as they are unsure it is Adobe Pro but think it is Adobe Reader. We know it…

  6. I need to edit numerous files at a time, using specific tools. For each document that I access, I have to reselect the tool.

In InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, the tool selection is independent of the file. i.e. if I have the Type Tool selected in InDesign, and create a new document, it remains selected. If I open 50 files, the Type Tool remains selected until I change it to something else.

In Acrobat, the tools revert and do not stay selected, resulting in thousands of clicks a week, just to navigate to the tool I need to use on…

  7. When we have a problem in Acrobat and try to find a solution by modifying a parameter, we go to [Menu] > [Preferences...] and arrive at a panel containing thousands of parameters in dozens of subsections. We have no choice but to browse and read all the parameters one by one, hoping to find something relevant. It may take hours to go through cycles of "Change a parameter/Restart Acrobat/Check/Undo parameter change/Look for another parameter" with the risk of missing the relevant parameter! This is not a tolerable way to propose parameters when there are so many! You need to update…

  8. Signiture Bug. When adding saved signiture to pdf it adds it behind any text box that may be close to the signiture line(usually the printed name line below signiture line) and causes signiture to dissapear.

  10. Permit simultaneous assignment of multiple fields to signor email addesses.

Am I the only person who feels that Acrobat's “Request e-signatures” tool is useful only for securing signatures and nothing more?

I have a form created to request e-signatures from six people. A row of nine checks boxes is positioned adjacent right of each signature field, representing each hour, 8:00AM through 4:00PM. The purpose is to determine times on a given date when everyone will be available to schedule a meeting. The idea is for each signor, beginning with the host, to “X” their available time slots on that date,,…

  11. 25.001.20531 Bug Sharepoint metadata no longer pops up a window at save as under the Sharepoint added location.

Under this version, if you disable new acrobat, it will still popup Sharepoint metadata window.

Should not have to revert to old acrobat just to use it properly.

  12. When the same document is opened in two or more windows, clicking on one window updates the displayed zoom level text in the zoom widget in all windows associated with that document, despite the fact that the zoom level didn't change in other windows. It seems that this value is being updated from a global variable linked to the document. This field/widget should be updated for each window individually. See attached screenshot.

Tested on Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.20531) - Brazilian Portuguese, on Windows 10 Pro - Brazilian Portuguese.

  13. Please have an Adobe Acrobat right-click "Highlight and paste to new doc" option.

For areas we select, we should be able to drop them ALL into a new word or pdf doc, so we don't have to keep manually going copy/paste back and forth like lunatics.
This is SO easily automate-able in 2025, and I am shocked Adobe don't have it!

  14. Migrating from Novell GroupWise to Google Workspace is a strategic upgrade for organizations seeking a modern, cloud-based productivity suite. GroupWise, while once a reliable on-premises email and collaboration platform, lacks the flexibility and scalability of today’s cloud solutions. Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) offers integrated tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar—enabling teams to collaborate in real time from anywhere.

A GroupWise to Google Workspace migration involves exporting emails, contacts, and calendar data and importing them into corresponding Google services. Depending on the version of GroupWise and data volume, migration can be handled using Google Workspace Migration…

  15. Migrating from SiteGround email hosting to Google Workspace is a smart move for businesses seeking robust communication tools and enhanced collaboration. While SiteGround provides reliable hosting services, Google Workspace offers an integrated suite including Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Docs—all designed for seamless productivity.

A SiteGround to Google Workspace migration typically involves transferring emails, contacts, and calendars from SiteGround’s mail servers to Gmail using IMAP protocols or third-party migration tools. DNS records like MX, SPF, and DKIM must also be updated to route emails correctly to Google’s servers. The process ensures that email continuity is maintained with minimal disruption.

  16. Adobe app in teams does not have the ability to support private channel. As a user I cannot access the documents to approve in a private folder. The private folder does not show up in the Adobe app. This is not allowing the users to approve documents. There are scenarios where people are requesting for this feature in my company.

Attached are the screen shots for reference where we have the private channel in teams but when we try to approve documents in the private channel, the folder for the private channel doesn't show up.

  18. There are many improvements in the new Acrobat that are great. If I disable new Acrobat to avoid the things I don't like about new Acrobat, I quickly miss the improvements. Therefore, disabling "new Acrobat" to avoid new design that I don't like is temporary at best because it is inevitable that the "old Acrobat" option will disappear. Here are a few things I would like to see improved in new Acrobat.

It would be nice if the current tab color contrasted more with both the surrounding interface and other open tabs, but that is true in "old Acrobat" as…

  20. From interactive novels to immersive web platforms, storytelling has evolved far beyond the printed page or traditional screenwriting. It now incorporates multimedia elements—sound design, animation, branching dialogue, and environmental cues—to construct more dynamic, emotionally resonant experiences.

One compelling development is the reimagining of mythological and folklore traditions using modern tools. Many artists and developers are revisiting ancient narratives, adapting them for new generations who interact with stories differently than their predecessors. Rather than passively reading or watching, users can now explore virtual worlds that adapt based on their decisions, deepening their engagement and encouraging repeat interaction.
