    1. Can we set Acrobat so it doesn't go to full screen size every time it starts?
    2. Would love to set default to show new documents to fill page width, rather than full size!

  1. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Mac (OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6) or Acrobat (Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, 2018.009.20044), but if i put Adobe Acrobat Pro is in fullscreen mode it will occasionally pop out of it and appear in the current view. I have not been able to recreate the issue in an accurate way, but I've mostly noticed it whilst chrome is loading pages in a new tab, but it's also happened with other programs like the finder. If I'm viewing another program in fullscreen mode when it happens Acrobat appears infront, blocking my view.…

  3. When creating or opening a new PDF, I always want my thumbnails to be displayed with 2 columns by default. ATM this involves manually stretching the pane over every time and is very time consuming.

If we could set the default pane width, thumbnail size, and # of columns it would really streamline my workflow.

  4. Not sure if it is a Bug, or by design, but I selected to hide the Menu bar, but it keeps soming back every time I load Acrobat DC.

  6. The old version of Adobe was easy, you right click and put an icon for the program on the computer desktop. With this version there does not seem to be a way to do this. I have to go to the start program and hunt for Adobe in my list of apps.

  7. Along with being able to customise (personalise) the "Quick tools" and change an extraordinary amount of settings in the program preferences, the ability to save the layout of the 'workspace' so-to-say should be possible.
In particular, the 'Tools pane' and the 'Navigation pane' - show/hide setting should be persistent.
This assists with productivity, and User eXperience.

  9. The banner (top of the frame) is too large, as is the Find box when you ctrl+F. When you try to fix this in the properties area, this area is also too large. I am assuming this is making an apply button run off of the visible area of the window. When i try to fix the resolution (from Auto-Detect, which I'm assuming is also part of the problem) to 100% it doesn't fix it when I close the window (which is why I assume there is an "apply" button that I cannot see or use - See Bottom of…

  10. I have been using adobe acrobat pro 9 for over 10 years, and recently I have to switch over to acrobat DC, and find it bizarre.

    1. First, the user interface has been completely redesign, not allowing one to switch back to the previous UI.
    2. Also, I find the number of key strokes needed to do a simple task, has greatly increase. I do a lot of cut-and-paste with my old acrobat, and it was convenient. With the new DC, after finally figure out how to do it, it involves a lot more key strokes. A regression!
    3. The…

  11. Please add the Pinning of Bookmarks/Pages on the left hand pannel to Adobe Professional DC (Classic).
We have end users who scan thousands of pages a day and find this to be an unacceptable waste of time.

  12. in the new versions of Adobe, the browse for folder function - to open or save a file - is useless. Contrast it to every other conventional windows application, looking more like Windows Explorer where you can easily navigate to a folder, subfolder, file - but in Adobe, it immediately requires scrolling down, then selecting, scrolling down more, selecting a subfolder, etc.

  14. I am using Adobe Acrobat on a Surface Pro 2. The scaling is horrible, with dialog boxes too big for the screen and options inaccessible. I gather the height of the Surface Screen is not within your specification. Please can you enhance the dialog boxex so they display fully on the screen. I also use Captivate and this is fine. Dialog boxes display properly.

  17. Option to keep page and bookmark navigation panes open. I use them everyday. Every single time I open/create a new pdf, I have to open panes. Haven't found a way to keep them open if it exists.

  19. Pretty self-explanatory. I work with a huge amount of documents and find myself selecting the 100% zoom a lot, which makes it easy to read the document. A quick button to allow this view would make life much easier.
