100 % Customizable Adobe Acrobat Pro UI
Please make the Adobe Acrobat Pro Interface 100% customizable: With that I mean that the user should decide if an icon should be in the interface at all and where its position should be. I would be very happy if you could manage to implement this. One example for such a software is the browser vivaldi which lets the user decide about nearly everything about the browser layout etc. Thank you.

Before the update, I used to be able to post and close my text-selection pop-up by clicking on an image in the document. Now I have to hit both "Post" and "X" to do this. As I post tens to hundreds of text-selection pop-ups in a given document, this has added unnecessary steps and tons of tedium to my task.
Please either restore the default post-and-save-by-clicking-on-image (or another part of the document) feature, or please add a post-and-save hotkey, because this is inefficient.

Looks like Garbage, Painful to Use
Your new interface is complete garbage. I have been using this software for years, and while I have been able to adapt to a lot of changes, you swapping the location of the bookmarks and tools is completely unwarranted and terrible. This is literally painful to look at. Who ever thought this was a good idea should go live in computer purgatory with that stupid Microsoft paperclip.

I want to be able to change a PDF's Page Labels within the online version of Acrobat Pro as you can do within the desktop version.

Printing in greyscale doesnt work
Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale. I reported this bug to Adobe months ago, but so far nothing has happened. This bug also only occurs in the Pro version, which is a pity as you pay a lot of money for the products. PUT THE TOOLS BACK THE WAY THEY WERE.
Put the ******* toolbars back. Move the Left sidebar BACK onto the right side. Put the right sidebar BACK onto the left.
Stop ******* with things that aren't broken. It makes me hate your products more than I already do. Knock it off, and stop breaking **** that doesn't need to break just so you can keep your miserable jobs.

Check for Accessiblity ignores RowSpan/ColSpan tags in Attribute Classes
Some tagged PDF tables have RowSpan/ColSpan for data cells (<TD> tags) defined in Attribute Classes. While these correctly appear in the tag properties under attribute classes, the "Check for Accessibility" feature ignores it.
To reproduce the issue, have a table with a cell spanning multiple rows or columns. Have the correct RowSpan/ColSpan tag under an attribute class instead of a direct attribute object. Run "Check for accessibility."
A small PDF showing this problem is attached. In particular the data cell in the second row with entry "1/2(2T+1)" is correctly tagged as spanning two rows with an attribute class.

Toolbar obscures document
The new toolbar that hovers on top of the document obscures the reading area on certain devices (like laptops with smaller screens and netbooks) especially when the comments pane is open. It's bizarre to me that Adobe didn't account for different use cases before implementing something like this. It's like whoever made this change viewed their 4k monitor at 100% without ever zooming in and said, "Yeah, this is good. No reason to view this in any other way."
Possible solutions.
Ditch the floating toolbar altogether. It seems pointless to be able to move the toolbar to a different area…

New page layout format
The latest page layout is so confusing. Why did you do this to us?! It's one thing to update looks and add/subtract features. But you swapped sides. Now all editing tools are on the left and navigation (bookmarks etc.) are on the right. Why do this? That just slows us down and confuses us when we are used to it being editing on the right and navigation on the left. There doesn't seem to be a purpose in swapping them except to torment us. Toolbar Personalization
I rarely comment on product updates because my life is crazy busy and I don't want to waste my time. In fact, I've only ever opined on such matters maybe three times in my life, and I'm middle aged. Hopefully, that clarifies how strongly I feel about this.

1) Clicking the button "Subscribe now", uses a trial request (If I have 5, next to click the button I have 4).

Can't Find First/Last Page Buttons
Where are those buttons hiding now? There should be buttons to take you to the first or last page of a document. Previously you had to turn them on, but I can't find where to turn them on now with this awful UI. Someone mentioned finding a way to put it back to the old UI, how is that done?
