Restrict ‘Save as pdf’ option for Encrypted/Do not forward emails
Description : We would like to restrict the ‘save as pdf’ option for Encrypted/Do not forward emails only.
Why the feature is needed : Currently we are able to use the ‘save as pdf’ option for Encrypted/Do not forward outlook emails - hence able to save and share the such emails to other users (who are not supposed to receive the info). Bug: Diacritics of user name get replaced by 2 quotation marks
The user name seems to draw its data from the Adobe account on record. There my name has an accent. In the Identity section in the Acrobat settings I entered my name without an accent as this obviously still leads to some display issues.
Maybe this could be changed so that the display name for the comment is taken from the “Name” in the Identity settings.
There are so many names with diacritics worldwide and they probably get all spelled in a wrong way.

Text Box Default
The majority of time I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I want my text box properties to be Arial, Blue, Bold and in Italics. Every time I select the Add Text tool I have to re-select these properties, it is very redundant and diminishes my productivity. From what I understand Adobe Acrobat used to allow a default to be set to accomplish this that is no longer available. Please bring it back.

Adobe does not print from quick print anymore
Adobe no longer prints from quick print in Outlook. This is annoying when I have lots of emails to go through and need to print all the attachments.

Text replacements
Mac OS offers the option of using text abbreviations to insert several words or entire sentences (text replacements). For example, "#--" becomes "delete hyphen". Acrobat used to understand and implement these abbreviations. Since the version from December 2023, this no longer works. Please restore the function.

Customer Service in Non-Existent
The customer service is horrible. I spoke to someone with a heavy Indian accent yesterday, which I can only assume tech service is being outsourced there. i called regarding my installation issue and I couldn't understand her most of the time. Splitting Top Level Bookmarks - Automatically Rename a Bookmark with the same name
The PDF splitting function by Top Level Bookmarked name is largely to main reason we have Acrobat Pro, however annoyingly the splitting fails if you have the same Bookmark name more then once (see image for error message), as understandably it can't save two pdf's with the same file name.
It would be a handy feature if Acrobat Pro could instead of aborting the split request halfway through, it instead adds a consecutive number at the end of the duplicated file name (for example 'Jo Blogs.pdf' / 'Jo Blogs_1.pdf').

Resizing windows on Mac is VERY slow
Since the latest upgrade a few weeks ago (the one that provides AI Assistant which I don't need at all), resizing windows on a MacBook Pro (2019, running MacOS 12.7.3) has become HORRENDOUSLY slow. I work with a lot of documents from different places, and some published stupidly provide an automatic resizing to page size, which is way smaller than my screen. I am frustrated by the view or placement changes of the menu. It seems the menu items on the top left (save, print, tools, etc.) are now on the right and the items on the right (editing menu) are now on the left side.
