  1. Acrobat Pro continually updating key features, never finishes

    How about you correct this issue? For the past month or two I've been seeing this problem. It never gets beyond (or below) 90%, and every once in a while it pops up with this notice. I can't figure out how to get it to finish or to disable the update process.

  2. Focus does not move to Customize Field controls

    In Adobe Sign, when a keyboard or AT user activates the Customize Field control, a dialog appears on the left-hand side of the screen (Customize Field dialog). Keyboard focus does not reliably move to this dialog - it appears to land on Required Field, but pressing tab returns the users to navigating through fields. Keyboard users are not able to access the customize field controls as navigating to them via TAB and Shift+Tab changes the selected field, thus altering the contents of the customize field dialog.

  6. macOS Acrobat Pro – Removal of Default Selection Tool Setting (Usability Regression)

    Dear Adobe Acrobat Product Team,
    I am writing to flag a usability regression in the current macOS version of Adobe Acrobat Pro.
    In previous versions of Acrobat, users could set the Selection (cursor) tool as the default on opening PDFs via the “Always use the Selection Tool” preference. In the latest macOS releases, this option appears to have been removed entirely, with Acrobat now defaulting to the Hand Tool and repeatedly reverting to it during normal document navigation.

  7. bring back previous/next view buttons

    The old acrobat had buttons that went to previous or next view. These are also accessed in the old and new acrobat with "alt - <" and "alt - >". I generally navigate a document with my hand on the mouse.

    To return from clicking on bookmark, it used to be convenient to click on previous view "alt - <" without lift my hand from the mouse. Of course, I would add this function to my customizable toolbar.

  8. Add Global Option to Disable Bookmarks Navigation Pane in Adobe Reader

    Please add a global setting in Adobe Reader that prevents the Bookmarks Navigation Pane from automatically opening when a PDF is opened.
    Currently, this behavior depends on individual document properties, which means users must manually close the pane every time or rely on inconsistent workarounds. This is disruptive for those who rarely use bookmarks.
    A simple preference option (e.g., “Always hide Bookmarks pane on open”) would greatly improve usability and workflow efficiency.

  9. Bug: Acrobat hangs on Organize Pages view

    I scanned some large images and am trying to add them to a PDF. After 8 pages, the Organize Pages view is consuming all my RAM and Acrobat runs out of memory.

    This problem started occurring in the last 2 months.

    Printable proof of receipt that includes all recipients of a document sent via Adobe Sign, regardless of their status as signers or Cc'd.

    My current solution is to open the Audit Report, place it next to the list of Cc'd email addresses, and take a screenshot of the two. I then paste it into a Word document and convert it to a PDF for documentation and to submit to the client for their records.

    This is a GREAT waste of time!

  11. There needs to be better versioning and timestamping.

    Versioning and timestamps are an essential part of collaboration and development. Currently, there is no obvious versioning, and file transfers do not honor creation or modification dates or times, not even when files are zipped. If I download a single file from the cloud, it is not zipped, and arrives with the time and date that of the time downloaded. If I download multiple files, they are zipped, but when unzipped they have some bizarre timestamp that is sometimes in the future, and sometimes the current date and time.   18. Intelligent "Smart Merge" with Content-Aware De-Duplication and Date Sorting

    I manage a large archive of scanned documents stored across multiple cloud services (iCloud, OneDrive). Over time, I have accumulated many files with redundant content (e.g., the same pages scanned multiple times in different files). Currently, there is no easy way to merge these files without manually reviewing and deleting hundreds of duplicate pages.
