scroll is abysmal
the scrolling on adobe acrobat for windows users is ridiculously frustrating. It goeas from 0 to 100 when using the mousepad. As soon as the bottom of the page is reached even by a pixel, it jumps to the next page. Adobe, realize that you control the way people read in the 21st century. Reader DC icons don't work, right click, top icons - page rotate, crop page, and others - W7/32
Right click, the icons at the top of the box for page rotate and crop result in an error message "Acrobat has encountered a problem. Some features may not work as expected." Others also result in this error message, it is VERY common. Accepting this via "OK" button causes a blank pop-up window to appear. To what point? It's blank!

Image edit tools cover image
With the newest updates, when you click on an image to move or edit it, there is now a new option popup but the popup is constantly covering the image. So you can't actually click the image to edit it because that popup keeps covering it. You can see in my image the blue dots of the image I'm trying to edit but the options right in front of it.

Permanently close tools and bookmarks
Please provide an easy 1-click way to completely hide all extrenuous panes when opening any document. This means :
- No bookmaarks on the right.
- No tools on the left.
There are a mess of settings all over the place, and comments on previous related issues to multiple steps to take, but all these seem out of date. This should be a single 1-click check box in the main preferences, completely overriding all other settings.

page size no longer displayed at footer of window when 'always show page size' is ticked in preferences
In the most recent update, the footer area where the page size is displayed when the 'always show page size' option is ticked in prefs is hidden.
if the option is unticked then on hover the page size appears, but the more useful permanent view has been broken.

highlighting causes text to change to prior pages while highighting
When highlighting pdf documents the highlighted section will sometime flash to that from another page while i am highlighting. this is very frustrating as cannot see what I am actually highlighting. once i finish, the original text reappears. this has happened on multiple documents on and off. Ideas for the New Design
I want to suggest a couple of tweaks to the new Acrobat UI design that I want to see incorporated soon. First, I would like to see the placements of the tool and sidebars reversed; as an English language user, I feel it is more intuitive to make the most frequently used options on the sidebar near the beginning of the document, on the left side of the screen. Issue with Arabic language when to convert from pdf to PowerPoint or Word
Acrobat's export of PDF files in Arabic language to any Microsoft Office format does not properly handle right-to-left languages. I know numerous people have complained about this for a number of years and no action has been taken to solve this issue. The export feature is useless in the Arabic region if it does not support the conversion of PDF files in Arabic content.

The ability to link one web form to a second one in a sub-window. I spent 50 minutes with one of your reps trying to help out. Perhaps after dragging in the Hyperlink onto the webform, have a checkbox that lets you open the 2nd hyperlinked webform as a box in the same screen. Bug – Adobe Acrobat Sign Text Tags not Working
I worked with your support group for 30 minutes to get to the bottom of this and here's what we determined. When using Text Tags in MS Word, Adobe Sign will not recognize or utilize them when documents are submitted for signature from either Adobe App or Adobe Cloud. In order to get them to work, you must do these two things:
1) Click on your Account, Settings, and then Uncheck "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures" and "Disable form field detection." Doing this on its own did Not solve the problem.

Buttons for Page Navigation - Enable Pin to Taskbar
Prior editions of Adobe Acrobat DC Reader had a forward/back and other navigation tools able to be pinned to the toolbar.
