Cannot edit PDF from File Explorer
Trying to open PDF file from within file explorer, the file will open in Adobe Acrobat (free version) fine but after clicking to type within a textbox the application will close with no changes being made.
You can however have Acrobat open and double click to open from file explorer into Acrobat or by using Ctrl+O while in Acrobat window.

Edit PDF features are not keyboard accessible.
Although the buttons to add elements such as text and images are accessible, and existing elements when focused with the mouse can be changed, there is no way to focus any elements or add new elements without the mouse.

Option Stinks
I signed up for the option to be able to edit and mark up Adobe documents. What a mistake !!! I have not been able to mark up anything ! Adobe has made changes to my Outlook and Excel ! I did not want any changes !!!
How do I undo what I have done ? I do not care that I have paid money for it. I want it shut off and gone !!!

deleting
Make it so that when I delete multiple pages of a .PDF, the program does not freeze and crash. I am trying to delete 20 pages at once out of a 260 page PDF and Acrobat Pro cannot handle it. Brand new Dell computer with top of the line specs, windows 11 (which is also trash btw)
Anyone reading this - use Bluebeam, it is superior in every conceivable way.

Does not print actual pdf like screen
When I give print command for a pdf from acrobat to my HP inkjet printer. some images print with knockout patch or dotted ruling prints bold ruling. But when I give print command from another pdf viewer like edge or chrome, it prints as it looks on the screen. please suggest.

Acrobat DC - Product management using User Groups not working
Acrobat DC (Teams) - Admin Console. In the admin console under Users i have an option for 'User Groups'. Following the guide for Enterprise and Teams within the admin console i should be able to use these groups to assign products by group rather than individually or by csv import. But there are no further options when using groups and nothing resembling the guide. Chatted with support (Vinil) and understand now that as i have Teams license and not Enterprise this this is not possible. Fair enough i guess, but why then do i have the 'User Groups' option? And…

Bug - Organize Pages: Split Pages
When splitting pages with the new update, I have to reselect my options to use the bookmark names as the file names and split by bookmarks multiple times before it will actually perform the feature. It always defaults back to Split by Number of Pages, and after reconfirming my selection will split it with the file name Add Label and Number after Original Name Option. It takes a couple tries to even get the document to split, and a couple more to get it to correctly split with the requested name - this was never an issue before the update…

menu file bar
With the new adobe format, on the top menu bar there is too much stuff. There is hardly any space to move the window. When the window is full screen its not as bad, but if the window is minimized at all, it is hard to move the window. I tried moving the window in all the other places but it either didn't work, or moved the tabs out which I don't want to do. It's cumbersome when needing to switch between chrome for example, and adobe and other open apps on the computer. Would be very helpful if there…

Preflight fixes list scrolls too fast
In the Preflight window, when trying to scroll through the list of fixes using two-finger touchpad scroll, the scroll is much too fast and it's impossible to find anything. This is on an M1 Macbook Pro 2021 14" with MacOS 14.3.

Highlighting Issue
I am not able to remove a highlighted text in the new version.Please solve my issue.I tried multiple times using the standard procedure of
"single-click on the area of highlighted text you wish to remove.
A small toolbox will appear with two options, allowing you to change the color of your highlight or delete the highlight altogether.
To remove your highlight, click the trash can icon."I tried this multiple times-but not working.

Proč jsou toolbary okoloc elého dokumentu? člověk musí prohledat všechny kouty než něco najde! Co trocha minimalismu při pouhém prohlížení? Nebo jak nastavit režim čtení jako default zobrazení?

Adobe Acrobat needs Paste in Place feature
When working on a change that involves 50 different PDFs, similar but not exact, but all need the same little text box, cloud or arrow added to it - it would be helpful if when copied and pasted it would LAND IN THE SAME PLACE IT WAS ON THE ORIGINAL. It is time consuming to task to have to go to each PDF and adjust the placement.

Only about 50% of the agreements sent out make it to the inbox. I am constantly having to resend and have clients check the spam folder.
Send out alerts via TEXT Message and with a link to adobe servers for signatures requests.

new acrobat for mac very slow
Acrobat 2023.006.20380: Since upgrading to the 'new' look acrobat, it is much, much slower, to the point is is basically frozen. Any document over 10 MB is unusable. I often deal with image-rich documents >50 MB and these are impossible to navigate and edit, whereas in the previous version this was totally normal/easy. Please fix this or revert to the previous version until the new version actually is practical for users.

Empty left pane in new version
In the new version, there is an empty pane on the left side that I cannot collapse. This makes it difficult when editing and trying to reference another document in the same screen. Overall, I don't really care for the new version. Please make it less awkward, Adobe.
