Resizing windows on Mac is VERY slow
Since the latest upgrade a few weeks ago (the one that provides AI Assistant which I don't need at all), resizing windows on a MacBook Pro (2019, running MacOS 12.7.3) has become HORRENDOUSLY slow. I work with a lot of documents from different places, and some published stupidly provide an automatic resizing to page size, which is way smaller than my screen. I have to wait about 10 seconds when I try to drag the corners or edge of the window to expand it, an sometimes need multiple tries. This slows down my work considerably, as I'm constantly reviewing / processing many documents to determine which ones to reference in my publications.
If you can't fix this, can you provide a Preferences option to OVERRIDE the publisher setting that makes the window small? In other words, ignore the Document having a setting for this and stay with whatever I've chosen in my Preferences.

I used action wizard to password protect >10 pdfs.
Currently on adobe, doing this batch/bulk password protect action wizard, it makes me set a password for each of the >10 pdfs.

Put the screen menu options back where they were and add the new features ther.
I am frustrated by the view or placement changes of the menu. It seems the menu items on the top left (save, print, tools, etc.) are now on the right and the items on the right (editing menu) are now on the left side. Automatically I go to the left to get something and find it has been moved and have to look on the right, I am searching back and forth all day, very frustrating. I like the new editing features, but just leave the menus where they were and where we are used to it being. Your new tools should help us move quicker not have us searching back and forth for what you need. Adobe Acrobat Closes shortly after opening
I ran into an issue where shortly after opening Adobe Acrobat the program would close with no indication of what was causing it to close. When trying to run Acrobat as Administrator I was shown a "adobelicensingwf_acro.exe" error (See Attached image).
After trying to open the program a few more times I noticed that Acrobat would close about the same time as the profile picture would change from the default account to my account picture (See Attached image). It seemed to be closing the program after a handshake with the adobe web service. That reminded me to check my Adobe account to see if I had more than 2 devices registered to my account. I removed the oldest computer on the list and the program opened up with no problem!
My suggested solution has two parts, first, an indication from Creative Cloud or Adobe Acrobat concerning my 2 computer limit being reached on my account would have been helpful. As it stands now, there was no indication or mention that this was the cause.
Second, in the troubleshooting guides related to "Acrobat closing seconds after opening" on both the Adobe website and web forums, there is no mention of removing computers from the account as a simple "first step".
I feel it would not have been necessary for me to reach out to the support staff of Adobe if there was a clear indication of what was causing this termination of the program or at the very least mentioned on the troubleshooting guides related to this issue at large.

Upgrade System Interface/Page Numbering Too Complicated and Most Other Functions as well
Return to the previous version's interface. Reduce the additional steps added in new version and eliminate the over-complification of simple procedures. I just spent an hour trying to number my pages. I found the functions only after looking up on Google and searching for 20 minutes. But the windows themselves were absolutely NOT intuitive. I had to contact an agent. The first agent I got disconnected from. Bates numbering was made to appear as the only option, but the agent showed me how to find the plain numbers under header and footer on the edit toolbar. But via the previous interface, I did not want to even use the new one, as it requires 5-8 additional steps to Every action now. The agent showed me how to get back to old version. Carpal tunnel is still an issue with majority of workers! How does adding clicks and steps to simply numbering pages increase productivity?! I spent a total of an HOUR on page numbering, for a document that had only 8 pages!!!
It is understood that the young people are running out of improvements to make, they lack the skills or clout to make new software, so they add unnecessarily to well loved programs and thereby complicate simple functions, create interfaces that are NOT intuitive at all, and generally cause mass depressions in office workers across the globe. I understand this is all done to generate more income. And, that is not acceptable.Return to the previous version's interface. Acrobat Mobile: Add config controls to disable file location options and to fully remove message to grant permission to Allow File Access.
When using a shared mobile device, we need to limit the visibility of previously accessed files by other users. This could be accomplished by removing access to the "On this device" option within Acrobat mobile.
Secondly if we could remove the system from requesting permission to the "All file access" so that permission couldn't be granted by the user afterward.
To summarize, here are the following requests for configuration options:

Adjust text size in fields so text is legible
Whenever a person is completing Fill & Sign and the document comes back to me, some of the information is cut off. Is there a way to make the field adjust to the text to a legible size? I didn't have this issue before the update. Thanks.

Add initials only through Request e-signatures tool
There is this form that I send through Adobe Sign to an immediate supervisor every month and it only requires their initials, not a signature. I use the Request e-signatures tool for that. The problem is that when I am ready to send the form for their initials, it prompts me with a warning saying I did not set a signature field on the form, which then gives me the option to either return to the form to add the signature field myself, or just hit Send and Adobe adds the signature field for me on an additional blank page (which again is added by Adobe). I find this a little annoying as all I intend on getting back is the initialed form, and not an additional blank page with the supervisor's signature. I think this can be easily implemented by Adobe for these unique type of scenarios. Thank you for taking the time to look into this!

Adobe Acrobat Pro Not Working on Desktop!
Help me, please! Adobe Acrobat Pro stopped working, so I tried to re-install it and failed. Now it is gone from my desktop and all my PDF files icons changed and I can no longer open them by clicking on them. Repeated attempts to download Adobe Acrobat Pro and re-install it have failed. It is common that the underlying PDF used for an Acrobate Sign template (like an agreement that is used often) is revised once in a while. Currently we need to re-create the Adobe Sign template from scratch every time the underlying PDF file has changed and recreate all the fields, instead of just being able to replace the underlying PDF with a new PDF, keeping the existing fields as they are.
The ability to replace the underlying PDF of a template exists with all other similar digital signature services (DocuSign for example, has this basic feature for years).

Initial Boxes Moving
At random times when sending documents for e-signature the field box for an initial is not at the location of where the box is on the template. The area for the user to click to initial/sign is showing in between two pages where they cannot access or control it.

-The new update has the "Fill in Form Field" button in a prominent place on the toolbar and it is the only text looking button in the default toolbar. Everyone in my design office mistakenly thought it was the text box tool and was extremely frustrated trying to redline documents. As designers, we do not use this software primarily for forms or even text documents, but for reviewing and commenting on drawings. Though I customized my toolbar and added what I need, it is not possible to remove the Fill in Form button from the tool bar, or even to move it to a less prominent position. I am tech savvy and inquisitive, so I figured out the problem and how to get the buttons I need easily, but you cannot expect everyone to hover over the button, learn what it is used for and then figure out how to customize the toolbar. The DEFAULT toolbar should include some kind of regular text or comment button automatically, so that people over the age of 50 have even a chance of figuring it out on their own. Likewise, we users should be given the agency to remove unwanted tools, such as the Fill in Form button, in my case, from our toolbar. I have not once used it.
-Separately, please stop making the comment pane pop up automatically or enable that as a customizable setting I can turn off. Since the update, Acrobat keeps interpreting all text in my architectural CAD drawings as comments and opens them all in the comments pane even though they are NOT comments. It is annoying.
-Also, you should have a rotate page button in the toolbar by default and it should go both clock and counterclockwise. My drawings routinely export sideways and it's tedious to click edit and then the rotate button three times for every new document.
-Finally, I have been submitting this request since college (10 years ago), but please make a way to easily split scanned spreads into individual pages IN PAGE ORDER. Most professors scan books as full two page spreads. Sometimes I want to print or export them to my tablet as single pages so that it is more legible. There is STILL no way to automatically split them which blows my mind. Instead you have to duplicate each page, crop each of the twice as many pages and arrange them manually into page order. Sometimes the documents are hundreds of pages. It is wild this is still not a feature.

Add notification (something visible) for Combine File processing and update processing
There are at least two scenarios in which Acrobat is busy, but provides no activity/notification of what it's doing or that it's busy:
1) With auto-updates enabled, Acrobat will download and install the update in the background. During the installation, the Acrobat application will not respond to clicks for 15 seconds - 2 minutes or so and no notification of what it's doing will show
2) When combining files, each time a file is added, Acrobat doesn't respond to clicks (it is apparently preparing the file in the background to be converted) until that processing is complete. This behavior occurs with each file added
Given that there is no notification (not even a spinning wheel) of being busy, I feel that some users will force close the application thinking that it has locked-up (non-responsive).
If some sort of notification/indicator of business can be added for each of these, I believe it would improve the product.
