1. save as... toolbar button

   Add a "save as..." button to the user interface. For me and I think a lot of other people who like to save a downloaded and automagically opened pdf to their hard disk: just a simple Save As... button next to the Save button would be a great and very easy to implement feature. It's one click less as going to the menu each and every time for this basic function.

2. CPU starvation / Program not responding

   The user interface of Adobe Acrobat Standard becomes unresponsive after opening this document. The mouse cursor changes to the "busy" cursor, task manager seems to show full CPU utilisation of a single core, and the only means to recover is to force quit the program.

   1. I want to add a new feature in your request signature tool, if a field is assigned to anyone or everyone / anyone that all the signers say 5 of them should be able to sign in same field and the documents should have a separate copy of each signers in the audit report.
      (this is helpful if for example a company wants to have all of their clients sign a new update policy document or something like that where everyone needs to sign the same thing but the sender needs each one returned as separate documents but can still send it out as bulk to everyone at once)

   2. Upload the excel document with the recipient’s names and emails so that instead of entering them manually on the "Get Documents Signed" page one at a time it can be uploaded automatically.

5. Connect Adobe Scan/Online to Dropbox (save scans to DB)

   I use Adobe Scan (Pro) for iOS for scanning hundreds of archival documents for research. The scans are saved to Adobe Document Cloud by default, no other storage loation is possible. However, I need offline access to the files from several devices, whereby Adobe Online is an unacceptable option (as the name suggests). Instead, I would want to save all scans to my Dropbox automatically, which is a built-in feature in many other scanning apps (e.g., Abbyy FineScanner). Adobe, on the other hand, makes transferring scans to Dropbox infuriatingly cumbersome.

   Currently, there is no other way than a) to share each individual file from the app, or b) to download files in bulk on my desktop from Adobe Document Cloud as a zip folder, save it to my Dropbox folder and then unzip the folder to get access to the actual files – even though all of this takes place on one single computer.

   Needless to say, the chances of human error are remarkable, especially compared to the option of having all scans stored in the desired location automatically. It is also impossible to stay on track whether a specific file in Dropbox is the latest version (i.e., whether there's an edited version in Adobe DC).

   I would prefer if the scans were uploaded to Dropbox as copies of the ones in Adobe Online, and edited files were uploaded separately (i.e., Scan.pdf, Scan-1.pdf etc. in Dropbox; Scan.pdf in Adobe Scan/Online). This way, I would have both the latest file as well as a version management system. However, syncing the AO Scans folder as it is to Dropbox would also be acceptable.

   If Adobe for some reason finds this impossible to implement, could you AT LEAST enable moving files to Dropbox by drag & drop in Adobe Online instead of the bothersome zipping back and forth?

   Newest Acrobat iteration sucks. Accessibility option is more difficult to find, Cannot "pin" as a common tool, requiring multiple clicks. Other features like page zoom, page numbers, highlighting, etc not obvious.

10. scroll during highlight

    I would really like the ability to scroll with a touchscreen pen or finger when the highlight function is on in Adobe reader. I rarely use the full width of the screen while reading pdf's, and an ideal function for me, when in highlight, would be: when dragging the pen across text, it highlights; when using the pen in the margins of the page, it writes, and when using the pen off the page and along the unused spaces on the sides, it scrolls.
    As it is, you need to toggle the highlight function on and off to scroll, which is burdensome. Or you need to use the scroll cursor or up and down arrow keys, which are finicky and difficult to use (especially in long documents). I notice that you can scroll on a touchscreen with two fingers, but I often end up either highlighting anyways or changing the size of the page when trying to use this function, so it does not work for me. Scrolling with two fingers also requires swapping back and forth between fingers and pen, which forces me to flip my wrist and is both clumsy and causes wrist and elbow injuries over time.

11. Floating tool bar on left covers text in documents

    Please move the quick access tool bar that is floating on the left side to the top again. It covers part of the document and that is really bad when one needs several documents open next to each other!

12. BUG: Can no longer search all documents in a directory

    Acrobat Pro will not search all documents in a directory. It gives 0 results for any key words. I ended up combining all the PDFs in the directory and searching within the combined PDF. Please fix! I use this every day for my work.

13. A bug in the split function

    I use the bookmarks and split pages by them, but the new version of View has a bug.
    The function doesn't save the files in my destination folder and also forgets the choice to use the "Top level bookmarks" option and has just split the files in the original folder.
    I didn't have a problem splitting pages in the previous view.
    I hope you can fix this.
    I have to do the same thing repeatedly, sometimes it works, but usually it doesn't.

14. Adobe Sign - Add select all/add reminders for all

    Please add the option to select all or select multiple documents to add reminders. When sending out hundreds of documents to be signed it is too time consuming to go back in and add a reminder on each one for the recipient to be reminded to sign the document.

15. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO THIS INTERFACE?!

    I edit PDFs on the regular and the old system was easy, I could run through it with minimal fuss. A lot of the PDFs I receive are scanned and come through upside down. I could click and drag pages from one PDF to another by hovering over the tab and drop it into the new PDF. I could rotate the whole document and drag and drop pages into the document with all the pages oriented in the same direction.

    Now... well...

    I can rotate the whole document with a keyboard shortcut which is nice, except when I go to edit a page, where the stupid UI re-orients it back to the original orientation WTF?? Dragging and dropping requires me to open the document I want to drag a page from into its own window, window both documents and drag from there. AND THEN IT FLIPS THE PAGE UPSIDE DOWN! I've tried dropping the pages in before I rotate the document AND IT GOES THE OPPOSITE TO EVERYTHING ELSE!!

    If I add an Image, it will crash the program unless it is the first thing I do.

    I can't believe I'm paying $28 AUD a month for you to muck with my work and make my job harder. Seriously considering cancelling and moving to Edge.

19. Adobe Acrobat does not allow connection to:

    It is practically impossible to publish a hyperlink in a PDF document with the current security paradigm. Converting a word to PDF results in links getting blocked in a window called Security Block, with the message "Adobe Acrobat does not allow connection to: [website domain]." You limit the reach of and potential of PDF documents by having such an unnecessarily aggressive security posture.

20. To show ruler by default in Acrobat every time I open a file.

    I have it set in preferences but have to hit Ctl R every time to show ruler. And the view/show ruler only shows it for the current file. When closed it disappears again.
    I've looked at previous posts and this has not been solved since 2017.
