hoang.nguyen@gentherm.com
Hi,
I am Hoang.
In our company, we use Adobe Acrobat (link with AD) to sign (digital sign for internal only).
The issue is: it takes a lot of step to sign, so can Adobe let users customize tool bar, something like "Quick access tool bar" in MS Office ?
It will help to save our time.At present we have to click to "view more" then choose "use a certificate".
Thank you.

Watermark font options only have 'Symbol'
When I try to add a watermark, I can't seem to change the text font to anything but 'Symbol'. I used to be able to have 'Arial' but this is all gone.
I have rebooted several times in vain.

Be able to sort bookmarks alphabetically and by date
We are a law firm and often have thousands of bookmarks in one PDF. As we try to operate in a paperless environment, we insert documents (records) in between others and create bookmarks either by date (numbers) or with characters and then need to re-sort the many that we added so that they are in the correct order. Instead of having to buy a third-party program, it would be nice if Adobe did it. Thank you.

Remove business features upgrade prompt
Please remove the "Get business features." upgrade prompt from the tools panel. I'm an individual user and already pay for the full Creative Cloud suite, so I'm never going to need a team plan. Having that prompt on my screen constantly with no way of getting rid of it is really annoying!

Replace pages - maintains previous pages - memory issue
Replace Pages - conflict with replacing old pages with newly revised pages. The following has happened now on more than three occasions: It first must be stated, that I have a number of reports and supplemental documents that need to be combined as one document file; which is the protocol of a particular County Government agency.
There are always revisions, so I will often need to update or revise that (rather large) document with newer pages, which are nearly identical to what I already have in the file. When I go to replace some of those pages (up to 30-40 pages, or more) with the new revised pages, Acrobat seems to remember (in memory) what I am "replacing"... and maintains the old instead of taking on the new. It is an embarrassment to me, clients, consultants and to governing agencies when I submit documents - which I believe have been revised.
So, instead of "replacing" those pages (in "Organize Pages"), I have to "delete" them first, and "Optimize PDF" to completely clear the memory of those outdated pages. Only then, can I "insert" the revised pages.
I also have to revise my bookmarks as well, which I don't have an issue with; I understand how/why that works.
This issue does not seem to be a problem with a small number of pages, but larger sections of pages... I'm frustrated and embarrassed.
Is there a way to clear memory while simultaneously replacing larger volumes of pages?Replace Pages - conflict with replacing old pages with newly revised pages. Bug when emailing completed form as PDF
When creating a form and using the Execute Menu Item->Submit a Form in order to email the completed form to someone when they click on a link, the following message appears, even though PDF is selected in the Submit Form Selections:
"The attached file contains data that was entered into a form. It is not the form itself. The recipient of this data file should save it locally with a unique name. Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 or later can process this data by importing it back into the blank form or creating a spreadsheet from several data files. See Help in Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 or later for more details."
Previously it would just attach the completed PDF to the email without this text.
Please fix.

Editing unkown fonts in PDF
Sometimes PDF files contain fonts that is not currently installed, so I have to use another font which doesn't look nice. It is a good idea that Adobe Acrobat can extract those fonts for editing or adding new text in the same font, which is inclued in the PDF.

fixing the changes you made
previously, when extracting a page, I had control of where it went and how to do it. This feature is now called a split? This upgrade is absolutely assenine. Your team took a perfectly functional aspect of Adobe and ****** it up. There is now no control where it goes. It keeps the original document. There's no "how to use" your new product upgrade, which, lets be honest, is a downgrade. I pay >$150/year for this for YEARS, the least your team could do was to make the interface simple and seamless - with maybe some tips so when you completely redesign something, there is a little assistance to figure this out. Complete ******** and it's ******* up my business. Thanks for nothing.

Active X Add On Doesn't load PDF within HTML page on IE when PDF source is a UNC Path
This is an issue in the 2023.003.20269 update.
I use an application that generates HTML documents with PDF files linked inside them. An IE frame is used to preview HTML, which allows the Adobe Add On to preview the PDF inside of the page. The PDF files are stored on a network drive with the path to the file being a UNC path.
When opening the file in IE Adobe throws an error:
Cannot Access the URL:
UNC PATH
Security Restrictions Prohibit Access To Untrusted URLs.
Disabling the security measures within Adobe make no difference or adding the UNC as a trusted location. I have also updated the PDF source to a URL instead of a UNC path and this then loads fine, so it's only an issue with UNC paths.
I have downgraded back to 2023.003.20244 where this is not an issue.

Acrobat does not open multiple files
I experience this issue repeatedly.
I have 2 PDF files, and double click the 1st file to open. It launches Acrobat, and the file opens.
I want to open a second PDF file, to view and compare. I double click the second file, and nothing happens. Sometimes after 10-20 seconds the 2nd file opens, but many times, nothing happens.
Launching the Task Manager shows me multiple instances of Acrobat running, and many Adobe "Background processes" (Adobe AcroCEF (32 bit, Adobe CEP HTML Engine)
The only fix I have found is to "End task" on the many "Adobe CEP HTML Engine" instances. Eventually it releases the application to run, and I am able to open multiple PDF documents by double clicking them, one at a time.
