    I have discussed this ticket with Tech Support - when doing a GigaSign Bulk Download, all signed documents are downloaded in a chronological order and no option is available to batch or group these files in an organized fashion. The tech support agent advised me that the bulk sign tool did not have this level of customization for Gigasign or Megasign documents.

  3. We’ve recently encountered a set of PDFs that cause errors in Acrobat Pro DC.

    They are provably valid and syntax error free. We’ve checked the PDFs with:

    • Adobe's (DataLogics) PDF checker command line
      No errors reported.

    • Acrobat's pre-flighting
      No errors reported.

    • RUPs (IText)
      No errors reported.

    • Enfocus PitStop
      No errors reported.

    Every other software we've tried can open, read and edit the document without issue.

    Yet when these same PDFs are opened in Acrobat DC Pro, we find that Acrobat shows generic errors when an attempt is made to edit the PDF.

  6. Learn how to close your AOL account and remove the email address. You can reactivate the account later if necessary

    You cannot delete your email account without closing the entire AOL account, which means losing access to all AOL services, including AIM instant messaging. Additionally, your emails and address book are permanently deleted after 90 days; you cannot recover the account after 90 days.   7. New Home vs Dashboard has meant it's not intuitive. Starting a new agreement from scratch is not an option as it doesn't save (not just doesn't save automatically but doesn't save when I click 'save'). BRING BACK CLASSIC

  8. Please turn off the annoying 'Tools Pane' & 'Task Pane,' on the right-side of the screen by default. In addition, it would be very much appreciated, if the user was given ONE, easy step/setting to enable/disable them. While I can go up to View -> Show/Hide and uncheck the Tools Pane, it only hides part of the annoying panes on the right since it's little annoying sidekick the "Task Pane" remains open. I have to hit the little arrow to hide that as well, but even then it still doesn't collapse 100% so it still takes up a little bit…

  9. While these properties would be welcome across several products like Fill & Sign and Adobe Sign, my request is focused on Acrobat and is rather simple. From the thousands on comments and Youtube videos, this appears to be a necessary change which Adobe needs in order to compete with DocuSign Hello Sign, etc.,

  11. The signature dialog forms in Adobe Acrobat on macOS feature a default button (in blue) that do not trigger when hitting the return key on the keyboard, which in my view should happen. Any chance of supporting this long-held convention? Thank you

  13. Please, please, please make it so that I can split a pdf into individual pages and retain each individual page's thumbnail name! I do not want 100 pages named the same thing and just numbered 1-100. This would be so helpful in construction/architecture/engineering. The thumbnails are usually all named exactly what I need all the individual pages to be. Instead, I have to split document and then go back and rename them all to match thumbnails again. Would be such a time saver since it is already done by architects releasing the document!!

  14. I am in need of the ability to link two (or more text boxes) on a form that is single lined, but has certain answers that continue on a second line underneath. By linking the two boxes, once the first is full (a set font size would be required, not auto) it would continue on into the second box. A multiple line box doesn't work in this instance because I have two (or more) separate lines that are not the same width.

    *Similar to how linked text boxes work in InDesign

  15. Translating from one language to another language is needed. In order to do that, we either have to go to google which is the worst when you wanna translate a document, or use the word for translate which is the best. But sometimes I am unable to switch the document from pdf to word especially the presentations designed in different formats. Having a translation option for pdf would be an amazing tool.

  16. Tried to create a PDF off a web page. If the first word of the page title is with a colon, it couldn't get it save to local. Instead, seems my Adobe Acrobat DC is looking for the network drive and save it there. If the first word named "Making: steps to make a cake", then Acrobat will try to save the created PDF from the web page to the network drive "Making:", which basically doesn't exist.   19. When Replace Text is selected and a relevant portion of text is highlighted, a comment box doesn't automatically open up. If I choose this icon my aim is to replace the text, so why wouldn't a pop-up open automatically (or at least have an option to turn said feature on in settings/preferences)? Annoyingly, I need to right click and manually open the pop-up. Please fix or explain how I enable this feature.

  20. With WORD (2016) and PDFMaker:

    When creating PDF maker and asking it to convert the Document's Headings / Styles to Bookmarks; It does not include some characters in the bookmarks.

    Characters such as Non-Breaking Hyphen. There may be others also.

    [ Special characters are inserted into work using INSERT > SYMBOL > MORE SYMBOLS > SPECIAL CHARACTERS ]

    Also the Case of text characters is taken from STYLE information, rather than from TYPED characters (I.e. from the FORMATTING, rather than the DATA). If for example the style specified all text in UPPERCASE. Then the bookmarks will be also in UPPERCASE..…
