1. Adobe GigaSign bulk downloading across different periods to be sorted according to per sending instance

   I have discussed this ticket with Tech Support - when doing a GigaSign Bulk Download, all signed documents are downloaded in a chronological order and no option is available to batch or group these files in an organized fashion. The tech support agent advised me that the bulk sign tool did not have this level of customization for Gigasign or Megasign documents.

3. Valid PDF cannot be edited in Acrobat

   We’ve recently encountered a set of PDFs that cause errors in Acrobat Pro DC.

   They are provably valid and syntax error free. We’ve checked the PDFs with:

   • Adobe's (DataLogics) PDF checker command line
     No errors reported.

   • Acrobat's pre-flighting
     No errors reported.

   • RUPs (IText)
     No errors reported.

   • Enfocus PitStop
     No errors reported.

   Every other software we've tried can open, read and edit the document without issue.

   Yet when these same PDFs are opened in Acrobat DC Pro, we find that Acrobat shows generic errors when an attempt is made to edit the PDF.

   Steps to reproduce the issue:

   1) Open the supplied PDF in Acrobat Pro DC.
   2) Attempt to edit.

   Expected result:

   The PDF can be edited.

   Observed result:

   An generic error is raised, with no actionable information. (See attachment)

   Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.):

   Windows 10 (Latest)
   Acrobat 2021.007.20099

   What we ask is that you review these errors in your application, with a view to finding and fixing the bug, since these errors are making our workflow unusable.

   The out-works.pdf is a sample using structure tagging, quite similar to the rest, where the errors don’t occur, so it’s not specifically a structure tagging issue.

   Note that I've also gone through basics such as re-installing from scratch, etc. My colleagues can also recreate the issue with their installs of Acrobat too.

4. How To Cancel YouTube Premium

   First, go to YouTube.com and sign in to your account if you aren't already. Then click on your account avatar and choose "Paid Subscriptions" from the menu.
   The next page will display the subscriptions you are subscribed to. Under the 'Premium' box, click the down arrow next to 'Manage Membership' to bring up the drop-down menu.
   This displays your premium subscription information. It includes the next billing date and your payment method. To cancel, click the "Deactivate" link next to your next billing date.
   Next, a pop-up screen will offer an option to pause your subscription for up to 6 months instead. You can resume at any time. If that's something you want to do, click the "Pause instead" link. Or, to cancel completely, click the "Continue to Cancel" link.
   Now YouTube wants to know why you're canceling. You can choose a reason and click next, or just click the "it doesn't matter" link.
   Finally, you will receive a notice asking if you are sure you want to cancel. If you don't click on the "Never Mind" link. But since we are sure, go ahead and click on the "Yes, cancel" link.
   That's all we can say about it. Finally, you'll see that your YouTube Premium benefits are available until the end of the current billing cycle. So if you want to cancel, you'll probably want to do so at the start of a billing cycle. That way, you can still get the benefits for a month before they expire.
   If you want to restart your subscription, you can. Just click on the same "Manage Membership" drop-down menu. There you'll see the end date of your benefits and the cost of an individual YouTube Premium subscription. To restart it, click on the "Renew" button.

7. New Adobe esign post Classic has changed dramatically - bad UX - bring back Classic

   New Home vs Dashboard has meant it's not intuitive. Starting a new agreement from scratch is not an option as it doesn't save (not just doesn't save automatically but doesn't save when I click 'save'). BRING BACK CLASSIC

8. Disable "Tools Pane" & "Task Pane" on right by default & give option to enable/disable

   Please turn off the annoying 'Tools Pane' & 'Task Pane,' on the right-side of the screen by default. In addition, it would be very much appreciated, if the user was given ONE, easy step/setting to enable/disable them. While I can go up to View -> Show/Hide and uncheck the Tools Pane, it only hides part of the annoying panes on the right since it's little annoying sidekick the "Task Pane" remains open. I have to hit the little arrow to hide that as well, but even then it still doesn't collapse 100% so it still takes up a little bit of room. I can't imagine that many people use those annoying panes, that just get in the way. If people want to access shortcuts then that's where the toolbars come in. Why eat up space on both the right-side & the top of the screen...then you are invading the user's ability to work from two different sides. Put everything up top, and leave it at that. While I've historically liked Adobe's products, I just feel like more recently Adobe is trying to do too much and doesn't listen to its users for common-sense things like this.

9. Properties for Signatures

   While these properties would be welcome across several products like Fill & Sign and Adobe Sign, my request is focused on Acrobat and is rather simple. From the thousands on comments and Youtube videos, this appears to be a necessary change which Adobe needs in order to compete with DocuSign Hello Sign, etc.,
   The Sign field needs properties to choose from including: Digital Signature or eSignature along with boxes permiting (restrictining) drawing, typing and/or image; including whether the date the signature or the signatory's name are to be included. Functionality should be included so that the same signature may entered on multiple locations in a document (and such be available for initials as well). This is one of the main reasons that I will need to move to another platform which supports the functionality. I hope you resolve this issue soon and I can return to Acrobat.

    The signature dialog forms in Adobe Acrobat on macOS feature a default button (in blue) that do not trigger when hitting the return key on the keyboard, which in my view should happen. Any chance of supporting this long-held convention? Thank you

13. Split a pdf and retain each individual page's thumbnail name!

    Please, please, please make it so that I can split a pdf into individual pages and retain each individual page's thumbnail name! I do not want 100 pages named the same thing and just numbered 1-100. This would be so helpful in construction/architecture/engineering. The thumbnails are usually all named exactly what I need all the individual pages to be. Instead, I have to split document and then go back and rename them all to match thumbnails again. Would be such a time saver since it is already done by architects releasing the document!!

14. Linking Multiple Text Boxes

    I am in need of the ability to link two (or more text boxes) on a form that is single lined, but has certain answers that continue on a second line underneath. By linking the two boxes, once the first is full (a set font size would be required, not auto) it would continue on into the second box. A multiple line box doesn't work in this instance because I have two (or more) separate lines that are not the same width.

    *Similar to how linked text boxes work in InDesign

15. Translate option in multiple languages

    Translating from one language to another language is needed. In order to do that, we either have to go to google which is the worst when you wanna translate a document, or use the word for translate which is the best. But sometimes I am unable to switch the document from pdf to word especially the presentations designed in different formats. Having a translation option for pdf would be an amazing tool.

    Tried to create a PDF off a web page. If the first word of the page title is with a colon, it couldn't get it save to local. Instead, seems my Adobe Acrobat DC is looking for the network drive and save it there. If the first word named "Making: steps to make a cake", then Acrobat will try to save the created PDF from the web page to the network drive "Making:", which basically doesn't exist. I am not sure if this will open up any risk for hackers trying to get onto anyone network drive (doesn't sound like it), but it's good to have Adobe to look into it. And again, I still want my web page being created in PDF anyway, so it's definitely a bug.

19. Automatically open pop-up note when using Replace Text icon

    When Replace Text is selected and a relevant portion of text is highlighted, a comment box doesn't automatically open up. If I choose this icon my aim is to replace the text, so why wouldn't a pop-up open automatically (or at least have an option to turn said feature on in settings/preferences)? Annoyingly, I need to right click and manually open the pop-up. Please fix or explain how I enable this feature.

20. BUG: Acrobat PDFMaker - Microsoft Word - Bookmarks

    With WORD (2016) and PDFMaker:

    When creating PDF maker and asking it to convert the Document's Headings / Styles to Bookmarks; It does not include some characters in the bookmarks.

    Characters such as Non-Breaking Hyphen. There may be others also.

    [ Special characters are inserted into work using INSERT > SYMBOL > MORE SYMBOLS > SPECIAL CHARACTERS ]

    Also the Case of text characters is taken from STYLE information, rather than from TYPED characters (I.e. from the FORMATTING, rather than the DATA). If for example the style specified all text in UPPERCASE. Then the bookmarks will be also in UPPERCASE.. Even though in Word Table Of Contents and Document Map it is not in all Upppercase and use the typed characters (not STYLE's UPPERCASE transformation).
