Earlier Purcahsed/Subscribed Products (Yet To Expire) Not Shown In Adobe Accounts
As customers purchased or subscribed to Adobe products/services, may not use it immediately upon purchased, it may carry on to certain of time then may use it. When customers tried to access then come to all these kind of issues.
I think Adobe should simplify more on accounts and products purchase processes with comprehensive information in near future to reduce this kind of confusion to customers.
Thank you.

Bad interaction with Adobe Community Professional
I would like someone at Adobe to review the interaction linked below and take whatever action is necessary. I posted a sincere, respectful question, and I got a disrespectful, passive-aggressive response from a so-called Adobe Community Professional. When I called him on it, he replied, "I don't speak for Adobe." I would suggest that Adobe should make sure that's true. He certainly is not engaged in creating a helpful "community." I looked also at a number of his other interactions. Many of them have the same flavor of condescending abruptness, and don't really provide any help. If this were just another user, then there would be no complaint, but Adobe has given this guy "professional" status. Thank you for looking into it.

option to open in read mode by default
The first thing I do when I open a PDF 90% of the time is Ctl+H to go into read mode. Could there be an option to open in read mode by default?

STOP Surreptitiously Installing McAfee on Automatic Update
While the fact that Adobe provides McAfee security for free as part of Acrobat is nice for those that want it, those of us that don't should not be forced to have it installed. Personally I hate McAfee. I use a different company for my computer/internet security and it's expensive, so when McAfee self-downloads and declares itself the default security system on my computer it makes me very unhappy.
Basically I just wasted a bunch of time and money because I thought I had the Yahoo search redirect virus on my computer. Turns out even though I had uninstalled McAfee (which had reinstalled itself AGAIN after the latest Acrobat auto-update) I did not realize that it had also changed my default search engine to Yahoo.
There is a legitimate adware issue with the Yahoo search redirect that needs to be removed by malware software, so it is utterly inexplicable as to why a provider of "security" software would initiate a redirect to the same search engine as the adware, especially after installing itself without the user's consent and/or knowledge.
As far as I know McAfee is only an affiliate company of Adobe, so the installation of it on a paying Adobe customer's computer should be expressly OPTIONAL.
My suggestion is:
Under the Updater category in Preferences there should be a checkbox for McAfee that allows the user to give express consent/refusal of McAfee software. This should apply to both automatic and manual update installations.

Create a PDF from Web Page
When I try to create a PDF from a Web Page, it usually works fine, but most websites doesn't works well. It takes a lot of time; it appears 0 KB downloaded in the progress bar for some minutes, then returns an error "Timed Out.".
The same error occurs when using the Adobe Acrobat extension on Google Chrome.
I'm using the most updated version 2021.011.20039.
Architecture: arm64
Processor: Apple M1 Pro
Build: 21.11.20039.0
AGM: 4.30.115

Allow the action wizard to "Save a Copy"
Action Wizard is missing the option to "Save a Copy"
This would be helpful to recreate files tagged with security labels that have had their fillable fields removed.3 votes -
I NEED TO USE TWO DIFFERENT SIGNATURES IN MY ACCOUNT
This is a corporate account and I often need to use my signature and the owner's, but Adobe, you have removed my boss' signature so that only mine remains and all initials are gone.
Why??
This is entirely too expensive to be this janky.
It worked fine before, being able to pick from 4 of my own, but now that I have "upgraded" to PRO it is total ****.3 votes -

Make cropping scanned images more intuitive
I've been using Adobe products for over 25 years and cannot figure out how to crop my PDF pages in this version of Acrobat.
I do not want to consult the docs. It shouldn't be this hard.
I seem to be able to find the crop tools and draw my rectangles but nothing happens after that no matter what/where I click.

Adobe Sign: Need to be able to organize templates into folders
It would be very helpful if templates created in Adobe Sign could be organized into folders. This would make the template library much more user friendly, efficient, and accessible.

Using Fill & Sign mobile app. to further edit a document saved on a PC
It seems impossible to further edit on Fill & Sign Mobile App. an entry in a document that was entered using the Fill & Sign tool in Acrobat Reader on a PC. As an example, I used the Fill &Sign tool in Acrobat Reader on my PC to enter a set of initial data into my document. A day later, I would like to modify one of those data entries using the Fill & Sign Mobile App., but this seemed impossible. Such a feature will be very useful to those who need to further edit a document while being away from their PC's and carrying their smartphones with them..

"Find" (CNTRL + F) highlight color needs to be more visible
When I search for text on the page, the "highlight" that indicates the presence of that word on the page is IMPOSSIBLE to see. We need some way of really making text STAND OUT. For, example, in the image below I've searched for the word "chair." Can YOU see it? (hint: 22.18)

[BUG] Adobe Acrobat/Reader Version 2021.007.20099 - JAWS will not open links with ENTER
Since the update to version 2021.007.20099 was released, JAWS will open links with SHIFT+ENTER but not ENTER.
Even when opening with SHIFT+ENTER, JAWS does take you to the correct page, but reads text from a previous page.
This has been tested on my desktop with Win 10 Pro, my laptop with Win 11 Home, in Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
The issue has also been reported by other users who are members of the JAWS listserv.
Unfortunately, Adobe makes it difficult to revert to earlier versions which means that accessibility professionals like me have to release pdf's to the public with links that haven't been properly tested, not to mention the fact that end users who have installed the latest update will begin to encounter the issue as well. Here's a description from another accessibility professional on the listserv:
I was getting the same problem and did a lot of research that showed the problem is with the latest version of Adobe Reader (2021.007.20099). The issues do not occur with Adobe Reader 2021.007.20091 and Adobe Acrobat 2021.007.20095.Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any way to obtain recent versions of Adobe Reader other than the very latest one. They do have an FTP site at ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/, but there are a couple of gotchas:
Chrome and Firefox no longer support FTP, so I had to use Internet Explorer! You might be able to use an FTP client, but WS_FTP 12 wouldn't connect because it insisted I enter a username and password, even though neither is required.
The most recent version of Adobe Reader I could find was dated 28 October 2020. I uninstalled the latest version and installed this one, and JAWS now works properly with PDFs again. It's not ideal to be using such an old version, but it's good enough to allow us to continue testing PDFs until Adobe release a fix.

Please add capability for multiple signatures
Currently, Adobe Acrobat pro DC only allows you to save two signatures. This is supposed to be one signature and one image of your initials. However, for families with multiple people living in them it's often necessary to sign documents with multiple signatures. Please adjust your product to allow for more signatures to be created for use in signing pdfs. Thank you.

e-mails from Adobe were detected as phishing mails
If a recipient of a requested signature rejects the document, then the canceled document is sent back to me on behalf of the sender. However, this leads to a positive result in our SPAM detection and the mail ends up in the SPAM folder. However, the actual sender of the mail is not the recipient but adobesign@adobesign.com.
Since there are more and more phishing mails on the way in these days, Adobe should not be detected as a false sender here as well.
Sending in the name of another person should be avoided.2 votes
