delete all redactions
Since I work one copy I like to mark my redactions and when complete I save a copy to apply the redactions and then I remove all the redactions to have a clean copy. I may not want to remove all comments, just the redaction boxes
I do this so if I remove pages I don't have to do so on multiple copies and try to keep track of where I am.

Acrobat Integrated Browser is old and outdated. Can't get past corporate security due to age.
looking at the KB article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/forbidden-error-while-using-Fill-and-Sign.html it blames the network, but I have a different issue.
I'm getting the same error message, however, this is due to the fact that the integrated browser inside the adobe program is an old version and blocked by our corporate security system. the answer of "Connect the machine to a different network." isn't an option when you go through a cloud security service.
can we get a hold of developers to report this issue and get it fixed?

Comment Status: Working, not working, working, not working
For the last two weeks or since the last "visible" Acrobat Pro update, the Comment Set Status flyouts don't show up at all (but sometimes they do). Turning on the check box in the app preferences does not "wake up" the feature (an idea of mine that did not work ...besides, trying to toggle the check box is also dead). I had posted this problem here already (see below) but the Admin, Arvind, marked it "solved" because I told him it was... but it was not.
This issue seems to show up intermittently; sometimes, it resolves itself after relaunching the app but, most times, that does not do anything at all. Reinstalling the app does not help either. Last week, on Thursday, no problem, then back on Friday, and still here on Monday.
So, Arvind, this is not solved at all.

Notifications to Commenters in Tracker about activity on their comments.
When a commenter receives activity or feedback on a comment, an option for notifications should be available. The commenter should be emailed on the activity. This saves time from having to use email to discuss simple matters, and an assurance that all parties are acknowledged.

The setting process is complicated and inconvenient when working with links.
So, it would be nice to have an existing link editing window on the right.1 vote -
Adobe Sign - Signing several documents at the same time without having to rename each of them afterwards.
When I use the "fill and sign" feature and upload several documents at the same time to sing them, they get renamed like this: "XX (part 1)", "XX (part 2)" etc, so I have to rename each of them afterwards!! This is so time consuming! There needs to be a way to avoid this, so when several documents are uploaded and signed, each one retains its original name. In my company we sing hundreds of documents each morning, and having to rename each of them is ridiculous.

Stop showing pop ups about features after I have clicked them off a few times
Every day I have to click off a pop up about sharing my work. I appreciate that I have been notified of a cool feature, but this should stop showing up after 3 times or maybe be put on a 6 month timer if you really feel like I need a reminder again.

Track Perpetual Licenses in the Licensing Portal
Unfortunately, we have found there is no current way that Adobe allows clients to track their perpetual licensing. When I found that my predecessor had not shared which devices our Adobe Pro perpetual licenses were installed on, we have no way of knowing who has the licenses without a severe amount of legwork. It would be supportive to the client to provide some means of tracking which machines perpetual licenses are currently linked to, especially in the case where a machine gets wiped and a license may still be linked to that machine. Thank you kindly Adobe Dev folks for making this a reality.

Editing text in the "text box" is F'in impossible
The ability to manipulate and edit the text in the text boxes is SOOOOO hard, I apply changes and they never take, I attempted to click on a current location on the text box and the box is not active by the time I attempt to type. I am to the point I have to RE-TYPE THE ENTIRE TEXT BOX JUST TO CORRECT OR ADD ONE THING. I don to think it should be so hard to do this.

Set Transaction Limits for Groups
There are many institutions that want to use AdobeSign, but are wondering how to track the number of transactions purchased by each department. If we were able to set a transaction limit within the group this would be very beneficial. The same idea is already in place for Adobe Stock with the credits.

No ability to add lines, boxes, etc.
Why don't I have the ability to fully edit documents? I have no way of adding any drawing objects like lines, circles, boxes, etc. I am paying $15.89 per month, It seems like I would be able to fully edit a document with a group of basic tools ($15.89 x 12 = $190.68 per year)

Give back the option for Suite login over creative cloud login
Most people are forced to have several log-ins with adobe creative cloud for personal, work and/or school as most do not need to utilize all programs from Adobe for personal use. It is extremely inconvenient to only be able to be in to one account at a time. I use Adobe Acrobat Pro for work (homebased business) but I also use Photoshop for Personal use, therefore, I have two completely separate cloud logins and must go through all the steps to completely logout of one and log in to the other just to open a program installed on my laptop. I prefer to have the ability to stay logged in to the individual program simultaneously to avoid these additional steps every time I need to open a different program. Also, since the creative cloud was adopted, Photoshop has been extremely laggy.
