Inaccurate website info regarding advanced e-signI have a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription and want the ability to make web forms. I was told by support my subscription does not include advanced e-sign and that I would have to upgrade. When I click on Buy Now for Acrobat Pro DC with advanced e-sign, I receive a pop-up alert that says, "Your Creative Cloud All Apps includes Acrobat Pro DC with advanced e-sign." As I'm not able to access web forms, this is clearly false. The inaccurate information needs to be corrected on the website to avoid confusion. 1 vote

Viewing Bates numberingI have used your products for years and rely on Bates numbering often. I can not understand the way you designed the viewing in Bates before hitting ok. I can only see the top of my form or the bottom. Why on earth can't we see the complete sheet? 1 vote

Option to toggle Form Field Highlight on/off at document levelPlease provide an option to disable the blue form field highlighting for a particular pdf form, rather than expecting all users to change this in their preferences. It is frustrating to design a form (in either InDesign or Acrobat Pro DC), then preview the form and discover blue highlighting everywhere. Changing the preferences only changes it for one user not all users who open the file. For a plain B&W form, the blue highlighting may look fine but for a more custom form, it often ruins the design - this is very limiting, please give the form designer more flexibility to customise the design and override user preferences for that document, to ensure it consistently displays as intended. Please remember that there are many users of Acrobat Reader who just use it to read pdf documents - they never change their preferences and wouldn't even know how to change the field highlighting settings. Let the designer have the freedom to design a user-friendly form that doesn't rely on auto-highlighting to show which fields a user should fill in. Auto-highlighting can be useful but we need the option to toggle it off without needing to use Javascript (as this only works when the file is viewed on a PC not a mobile device). Combine Files - Closing w/out Saving AlertOn older verisons of Acrobat, when triggering the combine files function, if you exited and closed the app without combining or saving the files it would give you an alert. On DC it does not and ive accidentally closed out of a ton of times where I'm half way through moving files around, combining and then accidentally close it and have to start all over. Should be an easy feature to re-add. 1 vote

Error with PDF Maker: missing <Document> tagWhen using PDF Maker 20 with MS Office 365, the tag tree is missing the document root tag. Has a Sect tag instead of Document tag. Please correct this tag structure to meet the PDF 2.0 tag standards requirements. Screen capture shows the error. 4 votesHi Thanks for your feedback. Acrobat currently doesn’t support PDF2.0 creation. We have taken your bug report as a feature request and will be prioritized based on other backlog items. Thanks

Adobe Acrobat - Excel Cell Contents Paste As ImageAdobe Acrobat version 21.001.20135 appears to have a bug related to pasting contents from Excel and LibreOffice. The contents will paste in as an image instead of text in the focused textbox being edited. Troubleshooting this with Adobe support had no luck, but Adobe support was able to successfully downgrade me to version 20.013.20064, which does not have this issue. Thank you. 2 votes

Add last updated time on delete agreement pagePlease add the last updated time to the last updated field on the Privacy page so people can easily identify the date and time of the agreements to delete. It is because it is quite difficult to identify the correct file to delete if users accidentally created the same file name with the same date but different time. Thank you. 1 vote

Scrolling and Autoscrolling for Adobe Digital EditionsThese options can allow for a smoother reading experience. Also, a good chunk of the population has neck and shoulder issues, and autoscrolling allows one to read without constantly having one arm curled forward on the mouse or keyboard. 2 votesHi Nancy,
As told by you over mail that you want to raise an issue for Adobe Digital Editions and not Reader, you can raise your query on https://community.adobe.com/ for Adobe Digital Edition under “Digital Editions”.I hope this will help you. Thanks

Preference Settings for Initial ViewI just purchased a brand new Dell with "supposedly" current version of Adobe Acrobat. I learn today that the version installed by Dell does not include the global preference setting to set file name instead of document title. This is EXTREMELY frustrating lack of a basic setting. Why would anyone think that the user's preferred name for a document is less relevant than where ever it came from. I can have hundreds of documents that need to be submitted in very short periods of time and now I have to go in and change each and every one to show the file name in order to differentiate it from all the others. I see in responses to other similar bug reports that this issue is supposedly fixed ....yet the version I just purchase (May 2021), does not have this feature. Please tell me you have a patch/or something i can easily get to fix this. My version code is 2020.001.30025 I just purchased a brand new Dell with "supposedly" current version of Adobe Acrobat. EVV (location of signature) for Adobe SignI have a small business that performs in-home services to people in need and Medicaid is the payor for the services. Due to the 2016 Cures Act, all companies who provide Medicaid-paid services in homes must comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements in order to receive payment for services billed. Currently, Adobe Sign meets all the requirements for business to use as their EVV solution EXCEPT "the location of of where the service is offered." If Adobe could add an optional requirement to catch the location of a signature (e.g., GPS coordinates or IP Address) then the problem could be solved. Here's more info on EVV for context: EVV is a system that includes multiple point-of-care verification technologies, such as telephonic, mobile, and web-based verification inputs. The system electronically verifies the occurrence of home or community-based service visits, identifying the precise time that service provision begins and ends to ensure accurate claims disbursement. EVV is required for all Personal Care Services and Home Health Services under Medicaid effective July 1, 2019*. Providers must select their own EVV service vendor and have records available for review upon request. All systems must be compliant with the Cures Act requirements including: the type of service performed
 the individual receiving the service
 the date of the service
 the location of service delivery
 the individual providing the service
the time the service begins and ends
the date of creation of the electronic record
Providers may choose the EVV system that best meets their needs and are not required to use a specific software or vendor as along as the system meets federal requirements.*While a July 1, 2019 compliance date has been set, recoupment/penalties for not having EVV data will not take place until January 1, 2021 for PCS and January 1, 2023 for HHS. Pin Certificates to toolbar/shortcut for Digital SignatureIs there a way to pin the Certificates toolbar, or at least the Digitally Sign button? Each time I go to sign a document, I have to go into "More Tools" on the right hand side, and then click on Certificates. 6 votes
