bookmarks that can be copied and pastedIn the regulatory field for medical devices or pharmaceuticals; we often have to create documents which refer to the many ISO regulations, etc. copying and pasting the bookmarks in their entirety, and in one go, would save these people a significant amount of time and be yet another reason why adobe should be considered over competitors 2 votes

Ability to Use Bookmarks to Reorder PagesIt would save me hours a week if I could arrange bookmarks the way I need in the file and then have the pages be reordered to follow the bookmarks. I deal with files that are thousands of pages and rearranging large quantities of pages in thumbnail view tends to crash the program. Thanks for your consideration! 7 votes

Enable screenshots in comments(Windows 10)
When we exchange layout PDFs with our clients, they send us the PDF back with comments. It would be really helpful if you could insert screenshots via copy/paste into the comment box.2 votes

Ineffeciency of updateA week or so ago, I went to prepare Adobe documents as per usual. Apparently an update was done. This update has severely slowed down my productivity. When I combine pages to create a document, I have to wait for Adobe to recognize the pages. Once that happens, I have to click on "save". Then I'm required to re-name the document (click and drag over the name given by Adobe) and click "save". Previously I could name the document while it was merging and could hit my enter button on the keyboard instead of having to use the mouse to click the option to save. I'm estimating I'm losing 30 minutes of productivity on a busy day due to this. A week or so ago, I went to prepare Adobe documents as per usual. Apparently an update was done. Allow Digital Signatures before and after requesting Fill & Sign signaturesFor regulatory reasons, we are using token-based digital signatures with embedded (time server) timestamps to sign PDF files. When using Fill & Sign to request external signatures, we need to be able to:
 (1) digitally sign the PDF document (using our tokens) before it gets sent out, without the signature being discarded by the Adobe Sign service, and
 (2) digitally sign the PDF document (using our tokens) again, after all signatures have been collectedI was very surprised that this was not possible. 3 votes

A well designed nice looking dark reading mode for the windows version like ios and androidA well designed nice looking dark reading mode for the windows version like ios and android. the ios and android modes have a nice simple dark mode switch much like many apps and operating systems of today now have. I find it's clunky and outdated to still have the only option for changing PDF document viewing options to a night mode-ish for reading at night only in the accessibility options.. a simple switch for on off would be VERY overdue on this relatively expensive product. I find it rather odd that it still does not despite the mobile options already having this! lol sorry but I have to laugh as I can't believe UI designers haven't even added it in the last 3 years yet. PLEASE. this is highly overdue and I think would be a very popular feature. Acrobat Pro DC - Sometimes Holds Lock on File after closing itHi, Arobat Pro DC closes file OK, but sometimes appears to keep the file locked against changes in Windows (Win10, 64bit, fully updated May2020) etc Win 10 \ Windows Explorer is prevented from modifying the parent folder name (for example). Does not always happen. Closing Acrobat Pro DC appears to release the file (in that it allows changes to the filepath etc using Windows Explorer etc). This is similar to issue reported usign Acrobat READER. The Windows Preview tab is NOT showing
(that Win10 bug (?) is a known issue, but relevant here).Regards

Workgroup email addresses should notify that given emailWhen using Adobe from a workgroup email. Adobe should allow notifications to go to that workgroup email.
For example, we have 3 users who are connected to a workgroup email Compliance@agencyname.com (it's a shared inbox)
We requested and CC'd signature requests to that email, but no notification was sent to that email address.1 vote

Creating fillable PDF (Prepare form) - add image compatible with Mac PreviewI am creating a fillable PDF and the users need to be able to add an image. I tried using "Add an Image Field" with Prepare Form, but the users are unable to add the image when they open the PDF in Mac Preview. Most of our clients use Mac Preview to open and fill PDFs we need to make this compatible! 2 votes

Allow the View>Page Display>ShowCoverPageInTwoPageView to be on by default. In the prior version, this option was on by default. Now I have to manually select it in the menu, for every document I open. This should be a selection in the Settings area, to enable this view as default or not. 1 vote

Zoom and Scroll while using connected lines comment toolPlease enable zooming and scrolling while using commenting tools like the "connected lines" tool. I often have to trace lines on a schematic and it is REALLY difficult to do without being able to zoom or scroll using control / shift plus the mouse wheel. Really this should be enabled when using any commenting tool but it's especially problematic with the connected lines tool. 1 vote

smaller Click Here area in lower rightIt would be great if only the words Click Here was the clickable part at the lower right, instead of the entire rectangular area. Invariably when I resize my window from that corner it launches whatever is the current content down there. Not huge but kind of annoying when you're busy. 1 vote

Office Save as Adobe PDF Bug: Synthetic Italics on Nonstandard Font WeightsInstalled Acrobat DC version: 21.005.20048
Installed Microsoft Office version: 2105 (Build 14026.20270)
Installed Windows Version: Windows 10 Home (21H1)When exporting any italic text from Microsoft Office that uses thick (but not Bold) weights, the exported PDF erroneously contains synthetic italics applied to the non-italic font of the same weight. The font files themselves are not the issue--this problem occurs on Microsoft and Adobe fonts alike. Using FontForge, I have narrowed down the bug to the OS/2 weight class of the font. The export feature seems to give up on finding the italic forms of particular weights. OS/2 weight classes <= 400 and == 700 work correctly. Any other thick weights (500 Medium, 900 Black, etc.) have synthetic italics applied upon export. If I change the weight classes of a Medium/Medium Italic pair from "500 Medium" to "400 Regular", for example, the italic counterpart is found and exports correctly. Attached images:
 - PowerPoint1.png: all weights of Roboto display correctly in PowerPoint
 - Exported1.png and Exported1.pdf: with the original versions of the fonts, Medium and Black italics are synthetic
 - FontForge1.png: the original OS/2 weight classes of Roboto Medium and Roboto Medium Italic are logically set to "500 Medium"
 - FontForge2.png: I have changed the OS/2 weight classes of Roboto Medium and Roboto Medium Italic to "400 Regular"
 - Exported2.png and Exported2.pdf: after updating the troublesome weights to have the incorrect weight class of "400 Regular", exporting each weight works perfectlyCould you please fix the export so that it finds italics for all weight classes? Installed Acrobat DC version: 21.005.20048
