OCR Exclusion zones. (Prevent or remove OCR from regions)
When using OCR on scanned documents, hand drawn images are confused for text and are reliably ruining the output PDFs. The easy fix would be to allow users to exclude "zones" (boxes) of the document from OCR scanning, OR allow users better tools to remove zones of detected text.
As of current, there isn't any easy way of correcting OCR from scanning hundreds of nonexistent characters from drawings and images. If OCR has detected many characters on seperate lines, the user will need to painstakingly shift through each correction until the document is cleared of all errors.
I'm quite confused why this isn't already a feature on a paid application such as this one, especially one that comes from the company who makes Photoshop.

Hiding recipient email addresses
It would be nice if Adobe would hide the email addresses of the recipients, when a document is going out to multiple recipients for signature. The problem we are experiencing is that Adobe will notify John Smith that after he signs the document it will then be sent to Jane Smith at janesmith@gmail.com. John Smith should not be seeing Jane Smith's email address. Those really should be confidential or hidden, or at least make that an option to enable or disable. Also, it shouldn't be plan specific. I was told that Enterprise plan has that option, but that should be an option for ALL plans, considering that email addresses should always be confidential from other people.

Acrobat DC has a bug when combining files.
Since switching over to Acrobat DC, when dragging and dropping files into the combine feature screen more often than not it will open the files instead of adding them to the list to be combined. This makes a slow process even more cumbersome.

Option to remove (Not minimize right hand tool pane)
This basically a bug that detracts from your product. Due to this feature, you cannot scroll on tablets. Minimizing does NOT fix this.

Ability to redact sensitive data from a signed document
Need to be able to remove sensitive information (such as tax file numbers) from forms and other documents after they have been signed but before they are uploaded into a CRM because of privacy issues. We still may need to send the signed original documents (i.e. no redaction) to product providers to be actioned.

Dark Theme / Dark Mode for "viewing" a pdf.
Dear Sir,
Please note that Accessibility Settings for enabling Dark Mode don't always work. They do work but in some cases only. Please see the attached images to understand the issue. It's high time that Acrobat DC should officially support Dark Mode / Dark Theme for viewing a pdf in the same way as the feature is supported on Android version of the software. Dark Mode is partially implemented in the product like the Tools Bar and all but not implemented for viewing a pdf. Please address this issue ASAP. Thank you.17 votes -
How To Correct The Missing Highlighter Feature in Acrobat Pro DC, etc.
After multiple Adobe Community searches trying to find how to correct the ongoing issue of not being able to apply a simple highlight feature to PDF text in Pro DC, we began to troubleshoot the issue on our end. Thanks to our IT manager, we finally found the root problem and then resolved it to correct this issue so that the highlighter tool now works as it should. There's an error with a default setting in the program. If Adobe has already resolved the highlighter situation, that's great. If not, please contact me to chat about the corrective measure needed. Thank you!

Sorting when Merging Components of Portfolio to a Single PDF
Right now, if I create a Portfolio using emails from outlook, I can sort the components by the email date so that they are sorted from earliest received to latest received. However when I open the portfolio, sort it, and select File > Create > Combine Files into a Single PDF > Add Open Files, the components of the Portfolio are sorted alphabetically instead of by the date as I have them displayed in the portfolio view panel. This means that I have to individually sort each component by date using the organize pages option before I can actually complete the merge. This is INSANELY annoying and should be fixed.

When scaling page content with the preflight the links are not scaled together with the text, but maintain their original size and position
When scaling page content with the preflight the links are not scaled together with the text, but instead maintain their original size and position and for this reason are all in the wrong places after scaling the page content with the preflight. Is there a solution for this problem?
For a submission I have to create a huge report consisting of a lot of documents. It is required for the report to have a continuous header on all the hundreds (or maybe even thousands) of pages. In order to insert the header I have to scale the content of the pages (shrink the content, so there will be place available on top to insert a continuous header).
The Preflight is a good instrument to do this, but the disadvantage of it is, that all the links (which are probably thousands) are in the wrong places after scaling the page content. They keep their original size and position and each one of them needs to be re-positioned and resized manually, which will take many days of work and also will cause errors, so everything needs to be checked afterwards. Is there an instrument or workaround that will solve this problem? I am using Windows and Adobe Acrobat DC PRO. A fast solution would be great, since I have already been researching on this subject several days in the internet and are running out of time ....When scaling page content with the preflight the links are not scaled together with the text, but instead maintain their original size and position and for this reason are all in the wrong places after scaling the page content with the preflight. Fill and Sign Checkmarks "MOVE" on the page after you save, you have to redo
when you put a checkmark on a page, then save it, and come back, the check mark MOVES to another part of the page. this is frustrating, why does this happen? I need to be able to tic/tac numerous points of data, and a MOVING checkmark does not help.

Can Adobe DC put in a presentation module.
Can Adobe DC put in a presentation module. Whereby I can present documents, zoom in on paragraphs, highlight sentences with a plain black or white background. Remove any tool bars or menus. Allow the user to activate the presentation mode from any document. All user to key in a file name and have it bring up the document in this presentation mode. I am trial presentation consultant and currently have to use third party software that can't handle PDF's the main legal way of storing and producing legal documents. The attached file shows a sample of what is needed. This would allow any one showing PDF documents in any environment, trial, Zoom meetings, to enhance, zoom and annotate documents. This would change the way PDF are presented. I am happy to elaborate or help. There are thousands of us who would greatly appreciate this feature or module. Thanks
