Umlauts in “Correct Suspects” dialog (UTF-display issue)
Umlauts ("äÖüß"...) are not displayed correctly in the “Correct Suspects” dialog.
Reproduce: scan a german text, OCR, "correct suspects".

Bad language on acrobat signing
When I send some documents to my clients for numeric signing, they receive an email with 2 languages (half in French / half in English) ; next, when they click on the email to proceed to sign the document, the interface is too in half-french / half-english.
Il already signaled the bug to the Adobe team, but they never take care about that. They only propose me to use the old version which is full translated in French. There are three methods to achieve this:-
The first is using MS Outlook, which is free and effective, but it can be time-consuming. Additionally, if you accidentally choose the wrong option, you'll have to start over.
The second method is through Google Takeout, but I wouldn't recommend it. The main issues are the limited backup options and the fact that it converts files to MBOX format, which you'll then need to convert to PST using other software.
The best option, in my opinion, is Sysinfotools Google Backup Tool. It's automated, fast, and saves you a lot of time. With just a few inputs, you can get the result you want. I personally use it and highly recommend it.

form field auto-detect
Ever since the recent update with speeding up the auto-detect for forms, it is not detecting most of the fields in a very simple, basic, table and I increased the boarders to 2.5 (very dark) and it is still not detecting the entire first page of fields.

Highlight
I'm trying to highlight in my document, but when I go to the floating toolbar, the highlight button first expands so that I can choose highlight, underline, or strikethrough. I tried editing the toolbar so that I just have a highlight button, like you can with Stikethrough and underline. But you can add it as a standalone button. It's making highlighting very tedious. Now I'm also copying some of the text into a Word document to keep notes. Once I've copied it, the smart pop-up that allows me to highlight immediately disappears, so I then have to reselect my text, which makes the process longer. I just need a highlight button that is pinned to my toolbar, please.

Add an action button to close window when signature is complete.
In the Conga CLM environment we have to "x out" of the Adobe window to get back to the Agreement Record. We would like an action button that closes the Adobe window and returns the user to the Agreement Record. We had this until the last upgrade in April 2025.

Make links open in new window
When inserting a link in a PDF, we need to be able to specify that the link open in a new window. Our old version of Acrobat had this functionality - it was part of the process of inserting the link. That option is no longer available and it really needs to come back.

Adobe Does Not Understand Their Users
There are so many parts of Acrobat that seem completely out of touch with how users actually use the software. Who in their right mind would make UI element states save in EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT? The bookmarks bar, the tools pane, the page view and scrolling method, etc. should all be part of the default software UI settings. I don't open the same PDF 20 times a day, so changing the view setting and then saving the document doesn't do anything for me. In fact, I mostly work with controlled documents, so I can't even save them if I wanted to. I open dozens and dozens of PDFs a day, and every one of them changes my UI. So every time I open a document, I have to hide 3 things, change the zoom level, and press f8 and f9. Please, for the love of whatever, separate the UI settings from the documents. Do you even use your own software? How does this not drive you crazy?

Track Comments Feature Must Be Activated
We are currently facing an issue with the "Track Comments" feature under "Send for Comments" in the latest version of Adobe Acrobat:
In the latest version, the feature cannot be added.
In the previous version, the feature could be added, but it appeared in a disabled state and could not be activated.
This functionality is essential for our document review workflows and must be enabled as soon as possible.We have already contacted Adobe Support, and they advised us to submit this issue as an enhancement request via UserVoice.

PDF Edits Not Overwriting Original File as Expected
When editing a PDF in Adobe Reader and clicking "Save," the software unexpectedly prompts the user to select a folder instead of simply overwriting the original file. Even worse, it only displays a limited list of recent folders, not the original file’s location. This disrupts the user experience by forcing additional navigation steps and increasing the risk of saving the file in the wrong location. The expected behavior is that "Save" should automatically apply changes to the original file in its current location—without requiring the user to manually browse folders or confirm paths.
