I totally dislike the new design. I don't like the tool bar down the side. It's terrible. I can click on what I need. It's too far down.
I feel like my hands are tied behind my back. I can't navigate the new design of the tool bar down the side. Let me have my tool bar back at the top

The e-sign tool appears when I try to enter text in a field that does not require a signature
The e-sign tool appears when I try to enter text in a field that does not require a signature. Customer service had me deactivate the "new" Adobe and then open "prepare form" from the toolbar.
Please change whatever is now causing this issue, as I have not changed anything on my end.

In order to put data into a fillable PDF, I must have the E-Sign side window open. This is very inconvenient.
Without the E-sign side menu open, I cannot enter by clicking into a field. It turns it blue and cannot type. (see attached screenshot)
I contacted tech support and they said to choose "All Tools" and "Fill & Sign" - that allows typing into the field by clicking into it, but now that E-Sign menu eats up a large portion of my screen. (see other attached screenshot).
This is very inconvenient to be forced into having that side panel open. I wish you would change it back to the way it was.2 votes -
auto zoom document when larger sidebars are opened - Like comments or thumbnails so that you dont need manually reduce size to view page.
The new larger sidebars make it so that when activated, you have to zoom out the document in order to view the fully width of page. If page view is set to automatic, it should automatically reduce the size of the page to accommodate the side bars.

BUG: Cmd+Tilde (~) to switch between Acrobat windows no longer cycles infinitely.
Pressing Cmd+Tilde (~) in Acrobat used to cycle between all active windows. A recent update changed that behaviour and it now stops after one window change. there is no easy way to flick back and forth between documents. This is different to how it works in other CC apps, eg, InDesign and Illustrator, so I can only assume this is a bug. I use Cmd+Tilde constantly. Please fix! Thanks!

PDF fails to display in multiple scenarios even within the Cloud environment
PDFs fail to display as attachment to WhatsApp chats; fail to display on the website of at least one of my banks; fail to open from the Cloud due to 'being already logged in" in another session.
Fail to display on my iPhone, using Acrobat Pro. Message states that I need 'Acrobat Reader', etc, etc.
I have a CC full sub and this is extremely frustrating. The reason I was induced to purchase CC was to avoid this kind of issues.

Address book
Please add an address book feature to Adobe Acrobat Sign so that I can save the name, title, company and email address of signatories to docs I send for signature.
Also, please make it possible to create signature blocks in Word that automatically generate the signature fields in Adobe Sign, without having to go through a separate process of inserting the signature, title, name, etc, fields in Adobe Sign.

Have to wait when I close windows with X
With last version (2024.002.20687 64bit) if I click on X to close document and Adobe Reader I have to wait about 3 seconds.
This doesn't happen if I do it after 20 seconds from opening or if I open application without opening any documents.
Please resolve in nex release thanks!1 vote -
New E-Sign Templates User Interface Bug: lost ability to add attachments to e-sign template
The new user interface for the e-sign template is a major problem for our business. It eliminates the option to add documents as attachments to the template (on the old user interface, this is possible under the "Files" section on the same screen that asks for email addresses). We use this feature on every contract we send -- it is critical and cannot be replicated in the desktop app.
Please add the ability to add attachments to e-sign templates back to the new use interface!

Lack of Customer Support
I notice A LOT of posts on this forum...funny, not a single posted response from any Adobe PM or Engineer, nor have I noticed any changes to the complaints folks post here...it's almost like they could care less what we think, say, or do...almost like Microsoft.

BUG: Printing in black/white in Acrobat Reader reverses print (white on black) unreadable
When print completed PDF in GRAYSCALE (print option, black and white), some sections of printed form are HIGHLIGHTED (white text on black background) when they shouldn't be, making the printed pages unreadable. If I switch. to COLOR print, the problem disappears. I tried clicking HIGHLIGHT fields options to toggle to see if makes difference, it does not. Also tried selecting other fields and different printers... HP & CANON. Same issue. You can't print PDF in grayscale w Acrobat Reader:

Automate combining multiple PDF documents
We can just now create singlular PDF combining multiple files. But we wish to automate combining multiple PDF documents, currently after a single PDF has been created after combining you have to queue the next document manually.
We sometimes have 20-50 PDFs to create a single time, its very time consuming waiting for 1 PDF to be created, the manually adding another set of files and combining... rinse and repeat 50 times.
We want a feature to initially add the files to a queue feature seperating them into seperate PDF documents, then click combine, and after the process is completed…

Display
The display mode buttons are awkward and unclear.
The icons do not permit to foresee the visualisation behavior.
The old buttons prior to this innovation were much more convenient.
Adobe should offer the option of reverting back to the old display.2 votes -
Failure to launch after a number of files are opened
After I work with a few dozen files in a day, Adobe simply stops opening. You click on a file or the app itself and the cursor flickers once and nothing happens. The only way to get it working again is to restart the computer. Very inconvenient when you are logged into multiple business programs and have to log out of everything and shut down/restart in the middle of the day. Have checked for updates - nothing.
