Idea-fire everyone who worked on the new interface
I LOVED adobe a few years ago up until recently, where everything is so overcomplicated and impossible to use that I would rather inscribe my documents onto a stone tablet and give it to my boss. Expansion and upgrades just to seem flashy while serving no purpose have ruined this application. Additionally, why is it impossible to save things to my desktop?? It wasn't an issue for 30 years but now there are 5 buttons to save something to my cloud and the desktop option is still MIA in my eyes.

this is the worst
This is the worst. takes hours to get a simple thing like a drop down list to work. (still Doesn’t work) Even your website is a convoluted mess. It took 15 min to find this then you have to go through 20 options to write a review. I shouldn't need a PHD to write a simple form that auto populates date and time. I've had to watch 10 videos, that were out of date, and still have gotten nowhere.
Your text boxes Choose what ever size they want to be and not what I need them to be.Ive given up with this Chat GPT can probably make me a better form and with less Headaches than this program. what a waist of time

It recovers the maximum possible data, including emails and attachments, and saves the recovered items in various formats such as PST, DBX, EML, MBOX, and MSG. With multiple recovery modes available, it can handle even severely corrupt OST files and retrieves tasks, contacts, calendars, and distribution groups. Remove "what's next" side panel button
The new "what's next" side panel button does not go away when de-selecting it from the side panel tool bar. It abruptly opens after changing between tools like Scan/OCR to Accessibility. This happens after editing a PDF as well. It is disruptive and unhelpful for my workflow.

The new layout has destroyed my productivity. Offer a change or I'm gone.
Every other stupid user interface you've introduced has at least been reversible or I could work around it. Now I'm stuck with a user interface that is COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE. For the work I do, I SIMPLY CANNOT USE IT. I need to be able to switch rapidly from one window to another, to compare for QC, so having immovable tools on the sides that get clicked accidentally makes that impossible. If this doesn't change, I will be forced to stop using Adobe products. Oh, and fire whoever thought this up, because they suck.

STICKY NOTE ARROWS
There should be an option for a Sticky Note arrow that points to the right. It's silly that I have to use left-facing arrows, which point away from the text I'm commenting on. Such a bizarre shortcoming that all Sticky Note icons can point only one direction.

It's not possible to type questions into the AI Assistant dialogue box with single key accelerators turned on. Any single key shortcuts activates the shortcut instead of being entered into the dialogue box.

Right panel collapsed when opening PDF created with CAD Software
I want to open these files with the panels collapsed; I want a clean view to view theses. And in general, to keep the panel collapsed, If I want to edit or anything I can open the full panel. I recently got an Issue with this. And I shared my screen with support, with the right configuration in the preferences, for regaular files like a Presentation or a Document it would open with the panels collapsed, but for documents like Plans created with CAD files it would keep opening either the thumbnails or layers panels, and we figured out that for certain files (PDF created from CAD software) keep opening the right panel, because they have it in their properties, like each files has its own property to open the page and the panels, so in order to keep this file from opening the panel you have to change this property manually and save it, so the next time you open it wont open the panels. It's so annoying

Differentiate between user set bookmarks and preset bookmarks
Preset bookmarks and user set bookmarks or bookmark groups simply don't exist and make it hard to print those bookmarked pages specifically. Please include bookmark categories.

Stop What's New popup
The 'What's New' popup occurs with every new document opened even if Adobe Pro is already running. It is horribly annoying. If it is supposed to turn off once you review the pages, that is not working. Please add a mechanism to 'turn off notification'. I assume that Adobe is not posting new features to the product every 2 minutes.

Always Show Scroll Bar Setting not Persistent - macOS
When the system setting on macOS for "Show scroll bars" is set to "Always", Adobe Acrobat does not honor this setting.
If you toggle the setting in macOS system settings to another option and then back to "Always", the scroll bar shows up.
If you close the PDF or Acrobat, or open a different PDF, the scroll bar disappears.
The scrollbar should always be present on all PDF's when this setting is checked in the macOS System Settings, OR an option should be available in the Adobe Acrobat preferences with similar functionality.

Fix the extreme memory and CPU usage
I am using Adobe Reader 2024.002.20759. Last week during the night when I was not using the computer, it ate all the available memory causing itself and other programs to crash. Today I noticed some high CPU usage (about 15%) by the Reader without me doing anything inside. It had also eaten 4GB of memory. I closed one document and the CPU usage fell to 0%. I closed all open documents but the memory was not released. I restarted Reader and reopened all previous documents, did some search and scrolled through them. No high CPU usage and the memory used is only about 500MB but keeps rising while I type this. Can you fix the program at least to not eat memory and CPU while being inactive?

Correct open password not accepted
In Acrobat Pro I cannot open a password protected file, in Mac Preview the same password works. This is an unacceptable bug for paid software. I paid to have working software.
