  2. Force Google search to update if you change so something is no longer free:
https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/ocr-pdf won't let me add a file - keeps popping up an ad
    Same for: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/pdf-to-word?x_api_client_id=adobe_com&x_api_client_location=pdf_to_word

I have no problem with your choice to charge, just disappointed because I thought it was free...

  4. My website is up and running, but something isn’t feeling right. Users are visiting, yet engagement is staying low. Is it the navigation? Share your thoughts. Do you know what are some of the best places to find UX design ideas that are truly enhancing user interaction? How should I face this situation?

  5. Cant easily digitally sign a document on multiple pages. You need to sign each page of the document, then close them. Then combine them. Then sign it. Then close it. Then open it. Then edit. Then finally after your hair falls out you sign each page. This is the most cumbersome process.... It just awful, please fix this.

  6. Document titles consistently fail the accessibility check when a title is already present.

This happens to me and my peer. We use InDesign 2026 to generate PDFs and the current version of Acrobat 2025.001.20997 fails the title every single time. It also seems to fail the title on documents created with MS Word.

The fix is to open File > Properties, cut the title, OK out of the dialog, open File > Properties again, and paste the title back in. Then it quits failing the title.

This is an annoying bug that should be fixed.

  7. If only 1 page in an 8-page booklet has a color image and the rest is text, the ability to print the document with the "auto" color option in print dialogue and it actually print only the first page in color and the rest of the document in black and white.

  8. When I create a PDF from Microsoft Word 365 using Adobe Acrobat Pro (Adobe PDFMaker 25/Adobe PDF Library 25.1.5) with more than one floating figure, the second figure element is not placed in the desired location in the tag structure.

The second figure element is placed, as it seems, randomly. The amount of other text in the document also affects the placement.

However, if I use the online service (Adobe PDF Service), the second figure element is placed in the desired location in the tag structure.

  13. Unlike a lot of users, I don't mind the home screen being there. It's a useful space - correction: it WOULD BE a useful space - with my recent files listed. Only trouble is, the top two sections on the home screen are "Recommended tools" and "Curated PDF Spaces". I have absolutely ZERO use for either of those sections on my home screen, but there is no way to customize the home screen to remove those sections so my recent files are at the top. It would be a lot more useful if it were JUST recent files. Sure, I…

  15. I am experiencing 2 problems: (1) When I close and reopen the file where I defined the OCR, it needs to be redefined. (2) When performing OCR on book pages that I scanned with vFlat, I cannot achieve complete success on some pages. Some parts of the page remain unrecognizable.

  19. Hi,

I use Acrobat for wok daily, and use the font selection on a regular basis to format for legibility. I know exactly the fonts I am looking to select. The feature was working just fine before.

Then you decided to add a sentence about a brown fox jumping next to each font selection. As a result, you managed to slow down both the app and my workflow. Please revert the change!!! You're making it so much more difficult for those of us who know what they're doing. I thought I signed up for Acrobat Pro. Why are there training…

  20. Strange behavior on Windows 11 taskbar when uncombined. As you can see in the attached video, the Adobe Acrobat icon is duplicated when shifting the windows to another monitor and stays like that until I close the app and open it again.
It becomes very annoying when opening many files such as 5 or more. The taskbar will be full of Acrobat.
