The date of a new comment is in the future one day

It is 2:30 AM on January 1, 2025. I just added some markups and comments to a PDF document that I have been working on for a few days. Two of the operations are dated tomorrow, and the next ones are dated correctly. It can be seen in the attached PDF, in which I have cut out a few pages where I entered comments today, and the first ones have the wrong date, tomorrow.

Field correction
It really should be possible to modify one form field that was in error without invalidating the whole document.
If George, Becky, John, Jim, Sally, Jesse, Fred and Paul all sign a document in 8 places, and one line item in one place erroneously says George and not Becky, then it should be possible to switch George's field to Becky without all of them needing to re-sign the entire document, which is a giant annoyance and waste of time.
Because, ya know, people make mistakes.

Why change the layout?
I hate it when you do updates and move or change the set up of toolbars etc. Please give us a choice to keep the old format or change to the new. I hate that the toolbar is no longer at the top. Icons are too small for older people to see. Bad, Bad, Bad. Disappointed in the "updates".
Although I am given an opportunity to revert to the old version, it does not happen when I close the app and restart without administrator access, which ads another layer with the IT department.

Bug report: Toolbar emtpy
If I select any tool in the most recent version, the sidebar turns black/white but is otherwise empty. OCR and editing of a document are therefore impossible.

I would like the addition of two new date formats, "dd mmm yy" and "dd mmmm yyyy", which are the officially sanctioned formats for use in Air Force memorandums. Currently, our team must manually update the date format on each individual document, which can be time-consuming. We Need a Flip (Horizontally) and Stick Floating Toolbar
Please give us a floating bar with flip and stick functionality. The request is two part:
(1) THE FLIP: Please program a floating toolbar that cab be flipped horizontally. The vertical bar can be problematic on both small and large format screens. On small screens it may float over the text (where documents are maximized for readability) making documents less readable (I see this problem commonly in Adobe Discussion threads). Adobe Acrobat Pro: Compare Files - improvement
Unable to remove Summary page from first pages.
Ability to delete both Summary page and Compare Results using Organize Pages.
I can delete the Compare Results page using Organize Pages, but the Summary page is not visible in Organize pages, even though it still exists with the other pages.There is no need to share pages like Summary page and Compare Results with coworkers. I used to be able to add text, lines, highlight, etc. on Construction Plans when I used Adobe Pro before it became a subscription service. I lost it when I had to change my computer from Windows 7 to 11. I'm on a trial version. Scroll bar - Why is there no scroll bar?
Please put a scroll bar on Acrobat like every other program has. Hiding the scroll bar unless I use the wheel on a mouse does not work because due to repetitive stress injury as a production artist I can not use the wheel on a mouse. Why can't we just have a normal scroll bar? There is no reason to remove a scroll bar. This is so difficult to work on multi page documents and having to use that wheel is painful. I can't imagine this is considered ADA "accessible" and what purpose does it serve to make it harder…
