Kündigung Probeabo
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, da eine E-Mail an Sie mit Hinweis auf Ihren überfüllten Speicher(!) nicht zugestellt wurde, auf diesem Wege: Mein Probeabo kündige ich mit sofortiger Wirkung. Bitte bestätigen Sie mir die Kündigung.
Ärgerlich:
1. Seit Samstag versuche ich auf das Abo zuzugreifen, um es zu kündigen, bekomme aber stets den Hinweis: „Der Zugriff auf die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein.“
2. Entgegen der Ankündigung bei Buchung des Abos wurde der Jahresbeitrag(!) meinem Konto bereits belastet.
Was soll das? Bauernfängerei?
In Erwartung der umgehenden Bestätigung meiner Kündigung und sofortigen Gutschrift des unrechtmäßig abgebuchten Betrages

Audit report to include message text
Include the e-signing message text (that is included with the email notifications) into the audit report, so that it provides the complete "picture" of events.

cant send a E-signature from the web/app
it has been extremely slow, I cant use it on my phone! I'm paying the premium, and i cant use it for what I'm paying for. i need these fixed on both the website version, and the phone version! I haven't being able to send a document through the app for 2 months. i need these checked or updated.

Fill & Sign once more broken - get it fixed permanently please!!!!!!!!!
Bug detected...
Fill&Sign does not save the entries made for downloading and or sending by email. The only way entered text can be recovered is by reopening the edited document in Fill&Sign during the same session but that is meaningless as you cannot download or send anyway. Pleas fix this bug asap because it makes a major functionality for which I have paid obsolete.1 voteHi Nils-Carsten,

Export quality is horrible
Have you ever tried exporting to PNG or JPG? Max quality feels like a preview at best. Any screenshot is better than this. Disappointed!

Disappointing Program
I pay $118 a year and consistently have issues using adobe because "my trial has expired" even though I'm paid up until March of 2023. Also, it's absurd that I have to be online to use these services and can't use them from my desktop.

Signed and Unsigned Contracts Suggestion
Have a preview as to whether it is signed so you don't have to click on the contract first to see. And do a filter for signed and unsigned contracts.
Or even better, produce reports for unsigned contracts.1 vote -

Device limitations
The device limitation is not suitable for an agency that utilizes multiple devices. Whoever I spoke with said we could up just Adobe Acrobat and that would solve the problem.
We need to have a solution so more than two people can view PDF's at one time without kicking people/devices off.

2) If you want that more than two people can view PDF at same time, please refer mentioned steps for sharing a document:
- Navigate to “Your Documents” section
- Select the file you want share. You will see “Share with Others” and “Get a Link” option in right hand pane :
- You can use any of the two options to share your file to others.

cant log in on the desktop app because havent received any verification email all day. Already turned off verification through email. Still it requires me to enter the code from email.
