5. No funciona mi suscripción

   Buenos días. Tengo contratado Adobe Acrobat Export PDF, pero no puedo ejecutarlo ya que cada vez que lo intento lanzar, me pide suscribirme y cuando así lo he hecho para comprobar si por ahí se resuelve, me indica que ya lo tengo contratado. Por lo tanto no puedo ejecutarlo.

6. I can't use features I pay for! Broken for hours.

   Hi- I desperately need to combine some pdfs and this site has been broken since this morning. I am getting this error message: "Adobe Sign features are temporarily unavailable. Some documents and information may be missing. Please try again later." PLEASE FIX THIS. I pay lots of money for this feature.

11. Can't edit PDF's from home

    I am a principal at a public school. I use a desktop at work but we are using Google for Education and are using chromebooks more and more. Since working from home during the Covid-19 shutdown, I have not been able to do much with PDF documents since I am working on my Google Pixlebook. It is very frustrating that Adobe does not work with Google Chrome. I like both but I will not continue to pay for a product that I can not use so I will be cancelling my subscription with Adobe.

13. Adobe Sign Testaccount wesentlich besser als die Abo Variante Small Business

    Hallo,

    können sie mal bitte dafür sorgen das man auch den gewohnten Zugriff auf Adobe Sign so bekommt, wie es in der Demo präsentiert wird?
    Wir haben unseren Test Account jetzt noch einmal auf den Small Business Account umgestellt allerdings ist die Oberfläche jetzt noch einmal komplett verändert und gewohnte / geschätzte Funktionen aus dem Test Account sind nicht mehr zugänglich!

    Ich werde mich morgen erneut mit dem Support auseinandersetzen müssen was weder uns noch Ihnen Zeit und Mühe erspart.

14. False Subscription activation ERROR

    The software CONSTANTLY kicks me out with an error stating that my subscription cannot be found, even so it is paid automatically monthly. After over 1 hour with tech support, nothing is better. Extremely disappointing.

15. Typing RETURN creates unwanted "/n" characters in message field

    When I type a "Return" into the message field this causes the characters "/n" to appear in the message (Windows 10 PC). Can you please stop that? I would like to have the ability to present a message properly spaced without extra characters (I don't want) appearing.

18. Export to PDF to EXCEL

    this is not what I expected, yes it turned the doc to excel spreadsheet, but i thought i would be able to adjust the spreadsheet into approiate columns for my use, EASILY! its very time consuming. Wont be resigning. Just wasted $35
