For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Hello!

    How can I connect Document Cloud to Creative cloud? And why are they separated in the first place..Or alternatively, Adobe Scan app should have an option to save the pdf in the creative cloud instead.

  4. I'm so frusterated!

    I am trying to convert a Microsoft word document to a pdf. I have a subscription that includes this. I get an error message every time I click on convert to pdf that says:
    Your adobe acrobate trial has expired. Buy now to restore full access....

    I click on buy now and it brings me to this account. I try to upgrade my subscription and it sends me in a circle. It wont let me buy anything else it is trying to make me either upgrade this account or switch to a different account. What am I…

  5. The new interface makes it virtually impossible to see not only which images have been view, but which have been downloaded. The old interface presented me with a simple window that showed which files had been viewed or downloaded and when.

  7. Why in the world would you make us email ourselves a link to be able to download? And we pay for the service. Then when you try to delete a X you can not do it. Totally disappointing. When my subscription runs out I will be be finding another program to use.

  8. Bring back the Adobe Sign Dashboard. That was a great dedicated contract tracking and managing tool. Tracking and managing contracts is essential to businesses and doing it well can significantly impact profits.

    The "all-in-one" Adobe Cloud tool is vastly inferior to Dashboard for tracking and managing agreements. Cloud eliminates or buries functionality Dashboard offered. Instead of Dashboard’s clean, organized categorization of agreements by status (signed, out-for-signature, etc.), Cloud intermingles critical agreements with insignificant documents.   9. I hate how quickly it signs you out of the program. We need to be able to stay signed in for hours. We use this all day and it very annoying to have to start the program all over all the time!! Please fix this

  11. Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.

    We identified and corrected an issue that was affecting uploads of large files.

  12. This new website is terrible. Not user friendly at all. We send out a large batch of contracts to our clients twice per year and have enjoyed the simplicity of using Adobe Sign. I especially liked how easy it was to send reminder emails. This new layout makes it difficult to find a specific client (I have to click through each document), and I haven't been able to find the reminder option anywhere. Yes, it has a more modern look, but when you're sending out 75+ contracts at a time, you don't care how it looks, you want it to…

  14. I signed up to combine pdf files and after paying I am only limiited to a12 files. I am not happy as I cannot do my work,

  15. Easily able to compare a previous version to the new version. And make the resolved issues still appear when reviewing.

    Right now for review, the person has to click the on the previous proof link (the one they marked up with their comment) and the link for the new proof that was created and toggle back and forth between windows to make sure the changes they requested were made. Also, if they can't remember what changes they requested, any change that I mark as "resolved" disappears and you have to click the filter icon and click "resolved" to get them…

  16. YOU CHANGED THE APP SO BAD!!! I can no longer "forward: to another person, the same group of files and wording that I sent to another person previously. This really renders your app useless to me, because now I must rewrite the introduction each time. ????

  19. FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.

    FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.

    PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.

    Thank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?

    You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?

  20. I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

    Like how many are still out for signature??????

    I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?
