Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Lamentamos que estes teniendo esta dificultad, apreciamos tus comentarios y tomaremos en consideración.

    Actualmente, tras preparar un documento y desplegar la ventana de "Revisar y Enviar", en esa ventana se puede modificar la frecuencia de los recordatorios que se le envían a los destinatarios. Posteriormente, tras enviar y hacer click en "Hacer seguimiento del acuerdo", te va a desplegar un menú a tu mano derecha, en "Recordatorios" puedes agregar un recordatorio y editarlo.

    Hello Ronald, 

    Please find the Crop tool following the next steps:

    1. In the home page
    2. Over over the "Edit" option from the fly out menu on the top header
    3. Under the title "Edit a PDF" select the option "Edit text & images"
    4. Upload a file
    5. On the left hand panel, under "Other options" you will find the crop tool

  4. I don't want AI access or icon in my subscription. How do I remove it without damaging the software? Also I don't want all my pdf's saved in distiller. I want to just regular adobe pdf.. So far I don't like the newest version

  5. Do not describe PDF to Word converter as "Free" when you in actuality require a subscription. This is why adobe is trash.

  6. There is nowhere to cancel my monthly plan. That's why more people don't subscribe. There needs to be a place where one can cancel their plan.

  8. I have contact adobe support multiple times today and after I finally get to chat with someone I ask my question and they leave the chat. This is unacceptable as this has happened 3x today.. If I were to do this with the company I work for I would be reprimanded

  10. I'm finding Adobe really difficult
    I can apply for a convert from pdf into docs but after its has been completed its imposssible to fdownload into a file to work on.

  11. When sending agreements, there is an option to download individual files that actually used to work prior to this update. Unfortunately, now all documents uploaded to be electronically signed are bound together and cannot be downloaded as individual files. Please change this back!

  13. When using the search field to find a document, the result won't take me to the document. it says, "Yes, it's here somewhere" but won't allow me to select it and take me to it. Must be a bug! Please fix because we have hundreds of documents to search for!

    • Reminders go to EVERYONE, not just the intended.
    • The links on those reminders do not open the document for the secondary signee.
    • The subject line of the automated emails has code and unfriendly for recipients.
    • Even when "Recipients must sign in order" is selected, all recipients get the email right away now.
    • Field validation no longer exists for phone numbers.

  15. had the WORST, SLOWEST time with chatbot. TERRIBLE tool. TERRIBLE customer service. Where is the phone number? Buried so deep it doesn't even exist? Very unhappy customer.
