For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I cannot open some of the Adobe files I have been working on. rebooted several times. no change. checked for updates and when I try to do it I get this error page. I cannot figure out why it's not working and I pay for this service every month. :( Please help!

  3. I uninstalled adobe on my laptop thinking I can re-install it because all functions stopped. Now I can't do that. Your brainless robot is useless and needs to be removed. I don't want to spend more money and I'm being forced to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. I had Acrobat DC, it had an autosplit function, your so called Improvements have removed this function, I split one PDF into multiple documents by a string of matching text, now we can no longer do this, any suggestions for a solution, there is no support for your expensive product!

  7. Please, please, please, please turn off automatic field detection. It's ruining documents pre-prepared to send out for signature. The auto field detection is covering information already populated on the form and, in some cases, erases the information. This causes the client to have to sign multiple times or I have to print the form after signature to fill in the erased information. HELP

  11. Cuando trato de comparar 2 documentos en pdf no me deja, ya instalé de nuevo y borre carpetas de adobe. Pero al tratar de realizar el procesos el programa se cierra y no genera nada.

  12. Also related to the new e-sign interface, I don't see an option to cc a non-signatory administrative assistant who helps with tracking the progress and final filing of the signed documents. This has a significant negative impact on our business process and workflow.

  13. The new Request E-Signatures interface is un-intuitive and restrictive:
    - I was not previously restricted to a maximum file size of 8mb. I often work with large files that need signatures and this is very prohibitive for me.
    - I used to select an e-sign template initially before adding my other documents to be signed, and I had to google how to add other documents.
    - When adding multiple documents to sign initially (after discovering that I needed to do that), the only way to change the order is to use the arrows on the side, which is very clunky…

    Hello,

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
    1.    Click on your profile icon.
    2.    Select "Settings".
    3.    In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  16. Recently Microsoft has been first converting all pdfs to their version of PDFs in Windows. I set up the default to only use Adobe and now I can't highlight because the cursor is paragraphs long. Is there away to format the text or highlighter? It is rendering the PDFs for me as useless.

  18. When using a fillable form and requesting an e-signature with the new update, it removes some of my fillable boxes and when it gets sent out it is sent out in a different format then what I had it in.

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.
